The food I got when I ordered wasn't great. The chicken didn't have the charred look or taste associated with Nando's. Also, the skin wasn't crispy. The sides of garlic bread and peas were the best part of the meal. The carrot cake tasted so artificial. Definitely, won't order the carrot cake again.

Very helpful server. Went in for a takeaway and was happy that the staff were willing to adapt the menu for allergy reasons. Felt a little uncomfortable with the amount of people allowed to wait in the entrance area, it was far to busy and needed better management.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Nandos Highcross location. I had the medium spicy half chicken, with tender stem broccoli & spicy rice and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely visit again.

Nandos is 1 of my favourite place to go for food. This particular one is good with food not with service I work for NHS and they are giving us 10% discount all you need is to show the id, i showed the id but the lady on the counter did not enter the discount so i have to go back so they return the discounted money but not full.

No longer have menus everything ordered via scan. Took me ages as this as I needed to register first. Decor a bit worn. Plenty of staff who are there to deliver food to tables and clear away. Self service cold drinks. No coffee as machine was broken. Only chicken, they used to do a steak Sandwich which is no longer available. My butterfly chicken was tasty but small. Sides were good and hot. Probably won't return.

Good food and fast service. Make sure to check your portion sizes. Someone ordered a butterfly chicken burger, to find the chicken inside practically the same size as a single chicken breast. They changed it when we complained, but this couldn't have happened in the first place.

virtual queue took very long, hate ordering online because i cant customise my order. i wanted half medium chicken and half very hot, when the food got brought out it was wrong. i waited for my food for at least 2 hours total. customer service was great all expect for one. shamira was very chatty and friendly with my boyfriend and was talking to him at the toilets about personal things and asking him personal questions such as “what’s your instagram?” “where you from?” and so on.

Arrived, seated immediately. Staff were very friendly, and the food came out fast and well prepared. It wasn't very busy at the time of my visit so the food flew out of the kitchen. I didn't even have time to finish my starter before my food arrived! The location could be a bit better, it's a bit tucked away behind the cinema, but the interior is nice as in any other Nando's. If you're craving some chicken, this is a good location for it!

Absolutely impeccable service, would 100% recommend. I came on a date here because she just found out I'd never been to nando's before. The thing I was most surprised by was how good the service was for a very busy restaurant, especially when it came to my peanut allergy. I told them about it when I got there and they made every precaution possible to ensure I didn't have a reaction. It was possibly the safest I'd felt eating in a restaurant. The place had a decent atmosphere though, the only thing being that the tables are a bit close together in places, but that's only a very minor detail really. Overall the food was decent, service was excellent and I would definitely return.

Great central location. Staff are friendly and always appear busy. The drinks are overpriced but they do offer free water. The table was sticky, wobbly and it felt very close to other diners. The food options are varied, it came very quickly and was cooked to my satisfaction. It was full of flavour and the sharer option was great value. Very clean and tidy restaurant. The decoration is fantastic. Also, the staff is very friendly, they ask if you need something and how was the food. They prepare the food quickly. And everything is delicious like any other Nando's restaurant. Nando's is always a great option for family and friends who want to enjoy a great time together eating a delicious chicken. I highly recommend it.

Food was delicious after a respectable 20 minute wait on a busy Saturday night. The only criticism I could give was that no one checked back on our meals or took away our mains plates, even when they brought over our desserts. That's only reason it's not a 5 star review. Dirty cutlery was an issue. Cutlery is also self-service so you can just get other ones so not a huge issue. But this isn't the first time I've experienced this at a Nando's so... Otherwise typically decent quality of food and its limited service. Nice central location with an unusually high ceiling making it seem very spacious. Bit overpriced.

Had a Birthday meal booked for me and my daughter at the weekend at a peak time!! We had a lovely time and the staff were really good I evan thanked the staff for sorting us out.... my only downfall is when I got theyre I had to remind them of my balloons that were given the day before, which I really wanted to be on the table as we walked in as it was mine and my 3 year olds birthday but they came after and also as we were a big group we did try and order together but as I said it was very busy, so it really would of been appreciated if the team could of made sure that our table was served together as they knew our number table was for a birthday so we all got our foods at different times. I think if it's a birthday it should be abit more organised. But never the less we still had a great time great food and the staff were on point.

The staff at Nandos Highcross have a great understanding of allergies. I am Ceoliac and they go out of there way to make sure that there is no cross contamination (obviously this can't be guaranteed but, they do their best). They even came over to the table before the food was made to check that this was the only allergy. It's great to know that a chain restaurant is doing this. Thanks for the great service.

This restaurant is a very well presented overcrowded cossy please with less waiting and self ordering and payment options at the till with table number. Now at a glance some pros and cons analysis from a general Customercare prospect. Pros: ** Awesome ambiance to attract crowd. ** A good stop for meat eaters. ** Descent price food with quite big portion ** With some meal u get unlimited drinks options as well. Cons: ** The sitting is not brilliant with hardly any any gap between tables. ** You might easily end up listening conversation between the other two adjacent tables for no good reason. ** This place could be bit loud sometimes not ideal for having quite private conversation. ** Tissue and Catlary needs to be picked yourself as well. ** In this specific store didn't find seafood options so was bit disappointed. ** Not many options for vegetarians.

Overrated. Lemme get straight to the point - Most of the options on the menu are priced as you would expect in a franchise restaurant. However, the chicken is given too much credit in British culture to being apparently "the best". Spoiler alert: It's more mediocre than one of Amy Schumer's parallel thinking 'comedy sketches'. The chicken is tender yet it lacks the essential flavour. Pouring Extra Extra Hot sauce only showed me that Nando's don't actually understand what spice is and is incomparable to a standard chicken breast from takeaways like Pepe's Piri or Chilli Flames. Also the fries are overpriced.

Meal out with friends. Close to highcross parking which is only £2.50 after 17.00 until 06.00 am. I have an allergy to a few foods and this was dealt with brilliantly. Great atmosphere and great food.. As a bonus NHS discount available.

Upon entering this nandos we where shown to our table. All four of us ordered and had to wait 10 minutes after which only three of us received our food. The fourth order that had to be stated to the staff came eventually after 15 minutes. We all started to eat and the food was much better than normal however the food that was late had a troubling specimen in it. A DEAD SPIDER was found on the food and as a result nandos has lost a valuable customer. Very disappointed.
