Nice interior, heaven double glass door difficult to get in as wheelchair user. Food was burnt and cold and arrived after other diners who were not even seated when we ordered. Value for money poor. Manager took 50% off bill. Disabled loo lock broken and not enough room to turn my wheelchair around to easily transfer.

Went here on the off chance of getting a table, told there was a 45 minute wait for walks, had a drink at the bar and were seated within 20 minutes, did have to wait a while at the bar to be served, as there was only one person serving, but he was very apologetic and very helpful when we ordered the cocktails. After being seated, our food order was taken very quickly, had the nachos and asked for the chillies and salsa to be put only on one side, when the food arrived, all the toppings were brought over in a separate bowls, which thought was good. My main was teryaki salmon, Pak choi and savoury rice, the meal seemed a bit small, considering the cost of the meal, also salmon was a bit crispy. All in all a lovely evening.

This is actually my favourite restaurant. I just think the food is so consistent and at such a fair price. The drinks menu is varied, full of passion and flavour. This is exactly what I like good food ambiance and drinks I always like it here. Also download their app its reward scheme is actually fantastic. Packed full of rewards.

I was hesitant to try Fridays at first as my kids are fussy and I’m even fussier but I’m so glad we did! Firstly the chap on the door was so warm and welcoming he put me at ease immediately. I had to wait around 15 minutes for a table of 4 in the middle of the evening on a Saturday which seemed reasonable. 20 minutes to by and our table isn’t ready so he goes out of his way to rearrange some things and get us sat down somewhere warmer! No task too small for him, it was very much appreciated. We were initially due to be served by one waitress but she had too much on her plate so a lovely young brunette girl took our order instead, didn’t catch her name but she can’t have been older than 20. She said she was still new to it all but was doing so well we didn’t notice! We had been warned food may take an extra 5 or 10 minutes due to the peak period and instead it came out 10 minutes sooner than expected, much to our surprise! My girls had kids chicken bites and are normally so fussy about the batter on these things but they said they were delicious! Veg sticks were a nice added treat as well (made this mum feel less guilty for the processed chicken hehe). I had the Steak Fajita! I was recommended it by the manager as it had everything I love in it, I was wary as I don’t do well with texture but it was delicious!!! And finally! Pudding was the brownie and it went down a treat with the girls. The manager (I think? She had green hair and a lot of pins!) made us our desserts as we were in a rush to beat traffic home and she gave the girls an extra few sweeties and a balloon dog eat. They loved it! Customer interaction at this place was fantastic, truly an experience. You have made customers for life here Fridays. I will definitely be back! If this goes to any team please tell them hello from the crazy ginger lady in the booth with the princesses! You guys are brilliant!

Visited recently and the curly haired table cleaner had wonderful customer service! Very quick with orders, and although she seemed very busy she managed to do everything with a smile on her face. Good food and friendly staff - would definitely recommend for a good time!

The service at this place is excellent. I've been to a lot of restaurants where the service is basic but here, the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. I rate the food too. The sesame chicken is delicious but when it's dipped in burger mayo - *chef's kiss* 😋. The decor is colourful and lively and it's great for kids. Highly recommend!

Wow what a fantastic experience we had tonight! I visited with my toddler and friend. I am heavily pregnant and the staff were just amazing! They were so helpful and friendly and truly are a credit to the company! They took the time to interact with my little girl and even make her balloon flowers which she thoroughly loved! This made our experience so much better as we didn't have to keep trying to occupy my little girl and were able to have a very enjoyable meal! I didn't realise Leicester had a TGIs until I was looking for somewhere to eat yesterday. We will definitely be returning as the staff were brilliant, my little girl had a fantastic experience, our allergies were catered for and the food was delicious! Thank you very much to everyone who made the evening extra-special for my little girl! She hasn't stopped telling Daddy about her dinner, special ice cream and balloons! See you all very soon! 🙂

We always loved dinning at TGI's and we decided to go there a few days ago, again. The food was very tasty as usual and the young waiter very polite and very cheerful. What makes it even more fun is that if it's someone's birthday and you let them know, they bring you a hat made of balloons and at the end they bring you a piece of cake and sing you happy birthday in their own style 😅 It's especially entertaining for children as I don't think you find something like that anywhere else. Overall I would say great food and lovely atmosphere, I highly recommend it ❣️

Cannot thank Olivia and the team at TGI Fridays enough for thier wonderful service lastnight! We were greeted by our host Olivia who let us choose which tables we wanted as we were a large party celebrating an 18th Birthday. Unfortunately the cake had completely melted in the car on the journey and it looked ruined but the amazing kitchen staff took it and fixed it up for us. It didn’t look like the same cake anymore but still looked absolutely amazing. We had a lovely evening and the food, drinks and the service was fantastic! Thank you guys xxx

Went with my girlfriend and shared cheese nachos as a starter and then each had The Warrior Burger. Nachos were absolutely delicious and very high quality, and the burger was nice but slightly overcooked and burnt. Sophie M was our server and was very delightful and inviting. The decor is just like the ones in the United States and it's clear the standards transferred over seamlessly. Our starters took around 15 minutes, so they've got their timings down pretty well. Would come back!

Leah, looked after us extremely well. She was friendly and helpful and did not try to rush us to order. After our meal she checked that we had had everything that we wanted and that we were happy with it all. This was our first visit to any TGI Friday's restaurant - we rarely eat out so we are very choosey about where we go - but thanks to Leah and the very positive experience we have had tonight, it will definitely not be our last! Dont recommend to buy sea-buss. Tastes like average home made steamed food. But i loved their shrimps and sweet potato chips. Drink was good, but they had too many strawberry seeds inside. Was super noisy, when we asked them to give us a seat in less noisy place they refused to do so. Also we found 2 knifes under our seats. I agree that it is slightly overprices for leicester. Toilets were clean, which is so rare in leicester

First time going to TGI’s on my birthday was great. Good seating, choice of drinks and they even sang happy birthday and offered free cake! Good vibes!

As a family we always enjoy the food here, however the service was not quick. Our drinks were slow to arrive and one was wrong, then the replacement was left waiting to be delivered for 20 minutes. After food arrived it took 20 minutes to be cleared, in fact we had to ask for this to be cleared. we also had deserts which again took so long to be delivered the ice cream was 50% melted. I don't think the kitchen were to blame or the bar in this instance, it was the service staff not being quick enough or had too many tables to look after. The food is always good to my opinion but the service was not good hence 3 stars.

Had a really good experience at TGIs today. We went a lunchtime and were greeted by a friendly young lady. Initially a server introduced himself as Joe and also pointed our other server Derry, and took our drinks order. Derry served us for the rest of our time at the restaurant and was attentive, helpful and very personable. It was nice to have a waiter who was friendly and also clearly thoughtful, noticing when refillable drinks were empty and clarifying our (slightly amended) order with us. Overall, it was a really positive experience. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is we waited a little longer than I would have expected to have our food order taken. I think this is due to the change over in waiting staff and the busy-ness of the restaurant at lunchtime. The moment Derry noticed this, he apologised and rectified this, therefore would give 4 and a half stars if possible! The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The staff were conscious of allergies and whether people were celebrating special occasions and were still offering the opportunity to follow COVID safety procedures with the majority wearing masks. Definitely will be back.

Service is slow but from our point of view, in a good way, but I know some diners found it too long. Price is a little more than usual but worth it.

We did have an issue with some chips coming out cold, but the staff were amazing about it and it's such a minor thing. It was also one of our parties birthday, which the staff picked up in and sang a birthday song and brought a slice of cake. First time visiting and I'll definitely be back!

The food was great our night was great until my daughters refill drink came with tissue in it we never notice till she took a drink and thought what's that? Called a staff who claimed he was the manager and his attitude was sorry about that didn't sound sincere, we'll give you a free drink, my husband was trying to get across with the virus going around it's just sad that our daughter had this experience...he was like well what do you want? Like he thinks we want a free meal...we can pay it's the none care attitude of the so called manager it's great the other staff were more polite....in the end he gave 10% of the bill which remained £150 to pay. As always, a great experience. It was really busy so there was about 15 minutes waiting for a table. That bucket of bones is truly wicked! Can't recommend it enough. Ate so much I couldn't move after, and our waiter still tried to get some complimentary dessert into me! The ambience was awesome, and the bar got my order - an old-fashioned - completely right which doesn't happen often in Leicester. All in all a really good evening.

Went for my daughter birthday, staff were lovely, food was great and prices weren't to bad either. They had sent a voucher to my daughter for free birthday cocktail, that was for every1 on the table including mock tails for the kids!!! Burger was completely dry and overdone, there was one leaf of lettuce on there with a few pieces of onion. Restaurant was so cold that most of the few customers there - including myself - were eating with their coats on. I wasn't given any cutlery and ended up having to get it ourselves as the waiting staff didn't. Dreary atmosphere. At least the smoothie and chips were nice. The manager was helpful with allergy information. Hopefully the poor experience was a one off.

Ordered a warrior burger without onions, and whilst they took out the normal ones, they still put it fried. Spoke to a manager about it and they gave us a dessert free. Friendly and quick service, the food was fantastic and good atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

What a great experience! Had to wait for the Texan grill ( steak, half rack ribs, fries, sweetcorn, but they forgot the spicy beans, had to wait longer than normal for some reason but our waitress/server Carla, kept us informed and apologised repeatedly. How refreshing that she took the time and effort to talk to us and keep us in the loop regarding the food coming out, she even got my meal price taken off the total bill because my meal took longer to sort (think they forgot to do it) but it was defo worth the wait! Good size portions, we had extras, garlic ciabata and apple slaw, really enjoyed the food. Will definitely be going back, not because of how good the food was,(it was really good) but because of Carla's honesty and openness and professional manner. !! Thank you to Carla ! By the way, she works weekends only ( incase you want to sit in her section).

This was my first experience of dining, and I must say it was a lovely place to visit. Beth our server was very polite, friendly to our children and very prompt in greeting us and throughout our visit. The food selection was very variable for both myself as a vegetarian and also for our dairy free children also. Beth was very helpful in adapting to cater for our needs. The food waiting time was adequate for such a busy eatery. And I must say was very nice indeed. Portion sizes were perfect for the children and adults alike. Very well presented and a very enjoyable visit indeed thankyou.

Staff are great, really helpful and everyone is so lovely, even whenever they're really busy day 7 on a Friday night it isn't even a long wait for your food. I think they need to make their menu bigger though because currently they don't have many options especially for a vegetarian I would believe please correct me if I am wrong but they just seems to have plain old salads maybe 1 or 2 other dishes for vegetarians. Food is delicious when it comes though cannot fault their burgers and love the sesame chicken strips to start 😍.

I've always enjoyed visiting TGI Friday's, whether here in the UK or in the States. The atmosphere is always great and the service friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that my meal did not meet expectations. I ordered the sesame chicken strips, which looked delicious on the photo! I've had similar (to how it was presented on the photo) before and really enjoyed it, however when served, the chicken looked nothing like on the photo; it was much darker and hence overdone (a tad dry), did not have the characteristic curly spring onion strips, just some sort of herb as an alternative, which you could barely spot amongst the chicken and it didn't come with a dipping sauce on the side as in the photograph. I did finish the meal and it was filling and tasty enough, but not quite as nice as I had hoped it would be. Hence the less-than-perfect score.

It's a standard TGI Friday's. Slightly overpriced food that tastes great in a nice themed restaurant. The food in general is very good with a nice variety of very American items. The Jack Daniel's sauce is an excellent addition to the menu as it adds a little nuance to the food. Desserts are similar in the sense that they are nice with a decent variety available however overpriced and slightly small in size. Overall a fairly nice place to go.

What a great place to hang out and catch up with family and friends. The staff are very helpful but very busy. We did have a long wait even though we booked a table and arrived 15mins early we still had to wait over 20mins extra. But the food and drinks made up for the time waiting. Toilets were almost clean, parking is great and only over the road. Would of given 5 stars if we didn't have to wait so long. Top job Guys.

Food was great, JD Glaze was as fantastic as ever. Ordered from their midweek discount menu which was previously called the uptown menu, where you get a starter and main for £15.99, but this new system means you pay extra for things which used to be standard and they've moved the best starter (sesame chicken strips) into the mains section just to increase profit margins. Ended up paying £18.99... Unfortunately the table wasn't clean and didn't have cutlery set-up either so had to prompt them to do so a while after we had been sat down, and as person who has previously worked for the company I wasn't very pleased about such. Staff however were nice and friendly. Fridays has always been expensive compared to other brands so you knew you had to have deeper pockets to dine and experience here but the JD Glaze, it's food and the personality of the staff were it's Unique Selling Points. It was indeed enjoyable due to the great taste of the food, but this individual experience was lacking overall due to the initial hosting and in addition what the brand now has to offer in trying to make more money off the customer. I would suggest trying it if you haven't before but just make sure it doesn't make you deviate from your financial lane!

We went just after lunch so it was quiet but you could tell the staff had been busy. Didn't stop them from giving excellent service though, especially our super lovely waiter Alex T! I had the vegetable fajitas which were a little undercooked and lacking flavour but I would still come again with such friendly staff.

Good food, friendly staff, OK prices. Toilets weren’t very appealing, probably hadn’t been cleaned all day or perhaps since the day before. The booth tables are at an awkward angle, seats are very far back and the table is very, very high, even for someone who is 6 foot tall.

Went for daughters birthday and they really looked after us. Service was amazing with wonderful smiles and banter. Made the trip extra special even down to the birthday song.

The cherries that come with the sundaes had one at the bottom with the stalk on it went to make a complaint only to be told that the stalks are edible went to try and it's like chewing on a piece of string it's just shreds and shreds no where on the menu did it say they were edible, like the decor though

Bit of a delay with ordering and receiving food and drinks, food arrived luke warm at best but staff were extremely helpful and had a fresh meal made, this took around 10/15 minutes but I was kept up to date with the progress of the meal which in the end was removed from my bill and upgraded to a larger portion as well as a portion of chips given for me to nibble on while I waited, the manager came over to let me know about the meal and apologised profusely but all staff were friendly and helpful, as someone who has worked in a busy chain restaurant I understand how hard it is to keep numerous orders piping hot under the heat lamps as well as keeping all customers happy so I applaud all the staff who were working on this busy Saturday evening, in the end the food was lovely and very filling

Came in on Friday last week with my partner and 9 month old, door host Beth L, was very polite and sat us in nice quiet area where we could enjoy our meal, I had the Texan steak off the new menu before release, and my partner had a cheese burger delux with potato skins as a starter, Derry took our food and drinks order and was more than helpful telling us what he thinks suited us best, Emma the manager on duty gave my son a fruit yoghurt pouch and when he started to cry, Megan one of the other waiters asked if she could pick him up and carry him for a bit while we enjoyed our mea over all food was great service was great and staff are fantastic will deffo come here to eat again
