Been here twice now its a lively place to go the scenery reminds me of Amsterdam beautiful! Staff are lovely... photos I have uploaded have been on 2 occasions! The food I had was buttermilk chicken could of been abit more flavoursome but the sauce! THE SAUCE was lovely think it was called Katsu mayo I'm not to sure but was still nice I've been back again for cocktails! That were also amazing highly recommend mango sling... lovely!

We visited on a Friday evening for an early family meal. All the team were very friendly and helpful, we have a son with a severe nut allergy and the manager confirmed the restaurant is nut free. But they still took extra precautions which was very reassuring. I had the buttermilk chicken burger with a friend egg and it was really nice. One of my sons had the kids English breakfast for lunch and he loved it. Recommended

Visited Volpo Lounge on Sunday evening for a coffee. It was decent and nicely presented. The place is well decorated and has comfortable vintage sofas and chairs. We didn't eat any food hence will not comment on that. The only reason for not giving 5 stars are the house flies which were sitting on our coffee mugs every now and then. It was annoying and could be one off but thought of mentioning that cleanliness is not ignored anytime.

Went on saturday around 11:30 am for brunch. I was amazed how big the place was and that there was a lot of seating areas. Decour is amazing, it makes you feel warm and cozy. Staff was very pollite and eventhough it was busy we were seated quickly and food arrived within 10 minutes after ordering through their website which was very easy. Nice selection of food and drinks and prices are reasonable.

We've had lunch and dinner here but this was the first time we'd had brunch. The restaurant is part of an out-of-town shopping centre and is adjacent to single level, safe and free parking. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Menu is extensive and service good - the staff work very hard and remain cheerful. It's possible to order and pay via their app or at the bar. The app is good and allows 'tailoring' of certain menu items. The range of menu items we ordered arrived hot and tasty - something for everyone

I personally love the way you order here. You get a menu on the table but you order and pay via their website. Really efficient. All the food was well cooked, good quality and really tasty and I really enjoyed their cocktail selection. I love the small differences between each 'Lounge' restaurant. They all have a very relaxed/chilled vibe but with different layout and presentation of all the different pictures and lampshades/lighting. The service was really good too and it's located in a lovely part of Fosse Park. Would recommend.

This is a great new place to open in Leicester. It is a little pricey and I wasn't impressed with the brunch on a couple of occasions. This time I ordered the Avocado on toast, really nice but my eggs were over cooked and the salsa was so cold it made the rest of the meal cold quite quickly. The coffee and drink options are really good, a little over priced if I'm honest. But the atmosphere here is really nice and it's dog friendly. I would go back, I have done several times but I wouldn't say its better than average. That's based on quality of food vs price.

This place has an amazing atmosphere. We have been coming here frequently for date nights. The staff are all friendly and very kind and can’t do enough . The food is simply delicious. A very varied menu with lots of options for all dietary requirements. Every time I have been, I have tried different dishes and never been disappointed.

My go to place on Fosse park! Visited again today with the whole family and as ever it was fantastic :-) kids menu for the little ones with colouring pencils, staff were amazing all friendly and smiley and interacted with kids and our puppy which is always nice as, 1st time visiting since the update menu and it was a success! Can't wait to come back. The manager on shift (we didn't catch her name) was lovely and even gave the dog some water and treats which we never get when we eat elsewhere. Highly recommend

Visited din the afternoon, nicely decorated and clean plenty of seating.had lunch the chicken and noodles were good a tad salty and the tapas was OK. Both dishes had chicken and it was dry! Stopped for lunch after shopping, the food was delicious, the cocktails were nice, the atmosphere is perfect for a quick bite and a coffe/drink. There is a great selection of food with gluten free option. We had to wait 40 minutes which the waiter was told us about but we were fine with that. Recommended.

The first time we have visited one of The Lounges. As advertised the place had a great atmosphere and home from home decor. However our first interaction with one of the bar staff named Robyn was less than ideal. And unfortunately we had to return one of our meals because the chicken was so over cooked it was inedible! However this was dealt with in a swift and professional manner by a lady who appeared to be the head server. So all in all a mixed experience, which I'm sure could be much better on a different day!

Went for brunch on a Sunday morning. Great choice of dishes. Get there fairly early as it gets busier after 10am. Service is pleasant and very efficient. There's a nice relaxing atmosphere here. Highly recommended.

Popped in for lunch pretty much knowing what we wanted, the beyond meat burger, so tasty and made from Vegetables. Quite busy on arrival.but lucky to get a table quickly. You can order via a.QR code from the table and pay at the same time which is great when you want to leave or oder at the bar. The food was great, service a little slow, our drinks sat at the bar for nearly 10.mins before they were brought over which also stopped us getting a second round. That slight annoyance aside, decor is different a maybe even a bit wacky but fun. They do however let you bring dogs in and even provide water bowls and treats for them. You can decide if that is a good or bad idea. Overall, good experience but I can only account for the vegan food which was delicious.

Excellent service, staff very friendly and attentive. Food was yum, and served quickly. Huge variety on their menu, and easy ordering from your table with QR code. Bit on the loud side, but that’s just because it’s popular I guess. Not ideal for work meetings unless you want to shout. Would recommend though and visit again.

Very trendy, but not unpleasantly so. Have had tapas a few times and most of the food is good although a couple of the dishes can be a little uninspiring. Fritters and whipped feta are excellent. All ordered via an app and arrives fairly promptly so there is not a great deal of staff interaction, but what there is is quite pleasant. Lost a star as it isn't cheap and on this visit the music was dire (included Simply Red)

A good experience at Volpo, went for lunch and was told it was a long wait for food orders which was surprising as it didn't look too busy. Ordered a range of tapas dishes which came quite quickly and they were very tasty, really enjoyed the sweetcorn fritters and the feta dish!

Even though it was Saturday and they were very busy the staff were all very attentive, they explained the food may take a little while but the drinks were served quickly and the food didn't take that long. My dad and I happened to stop here for breakfast due to bad weather. I am so pleased we did as this is now my favourite spot to eat and have coffee since I moved to Leicester a year ago. The venue is very cool has a great atmosphere and decor. The staff are really lovely and the most friendly and helpful I have encountered for some time. The food was absolutely amazing I had the Lounge breakfast and it was lovely to taste fresh ingredients...My dad and I can't wait to go back for the pancakes! Next time you are at Fosse Park do yourself a favour and pop in for food or even just a coffee.

Went on opening day. Great place to go for a late breakfast/brunch. Staff are welcoming and the food was great and they are on top of allergies awareness. Brilliant place to bring our little one and great to see healthy food options for kids/little ones. Our 5 month old had toast and broccoli tenderstems which she enjoyed. Service was fantastic, just a shame we didn't get check back after our food was brought to us. Recommend for couples and families. Would come again in the future.

Menu has good variety for Vegans. Can't understand why they do not offer table service - there were more team working than at their sister site (cosy club) yet all order at the bar (the app hasn't worked for us on any occasion here) For this reason, its OK for a quick pitstop but you would be less likely to go for a night out with friends

We were taken to be seated and find the sofa seating had loads of food crumbs and the floor was literally covered with food crumbs and we were actually treading on these crumbs and then decided to sit elsewhere. Doesn't look as though the place gets cleaned after the guests have left. Was shocked to find a lovely place to enjoy and relax dirty.

Went here tonight, big fan of their restaurants in Liverpool and Loughborough. This one is a massive disappointment. We ordered two Aperol Spritz - they were so tasteless that I went straight to the bar and asked for them to add more Aperol. The guy said he couldn't give me free alcohol, so charged me another £2.50, on top of the £16.50 I'd already paid. Or, he said, he could put some more oranges in the glass. I paid the £2.50, & they were marginally better. He told me that the measures are 50ml Aperol, 25ml Prosecco, then topped up with soda. No wonder they didn't taste right, the Aperol website says:- Making the perfect Aperol Spritz is as easy as 3-2-1 – our official ratio is 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda. If you’re looking for precise measurements for your Aperol Spritz, that’s 75 mL prosecco, 50 mL Aperol, and 25 mL soda. I would have gone and complained to the manager, but she was too busy disciplining her two unruly sons who were running amok inside and out. As we were leaving one of them was standing in the doorway spitting. Definitely won't be back!

Love cosy clubs and lounges but... So this time I decided to get 3 tapas dishes, all around £4.50 each or 3 for £12, considering most of the main dishes on the menu average £8-13 (eg burger with fries, rice bowls etc) you'd think with 3 tapas dishes it would appear the equivalent, but no, the tapas portions are extra tiny, had the chicken bites with katsu, you get 3 pieces of chicken, had the beef chilli, comes in a small shallow dish about 3 scoops to eat it all, and a quesadilla (which was the most laughable), which is made from the tiniest wraps they could source folded in half with not much filling and that's it! Each dish is £4.50 alone on the menu without the deal, and even then it doesn't feel like a deal! Absolute rip off for this! You could probably get a toasted sandwich from other cafés and restaurants up Fosse Park for £4.50 or not much more and it would look like more food than all 3 dishes together. If you were to go, just make sure to just get a main dish off the menu if you want something substantial as you'll get more for less cost. Disappointed and know what not to order next time! I'll also add, I visited a cosy club a couple of weeks ago and had 2 tapas dishes from there, both of which were much larger in size and better value for 2 compared to this for 3 dishes.

I love the lounger concept and have been a frequent visitor to Mercado Lounge in Harborough and Tarro Lounge in Hinckley. Volpo Lounge repeats the tried and tested concept well. Decent quality food (I’d say it was better food than the close by Everard’s Beer Hall). The staff are pretty ‘too cool for school’ but as you order on your phone via a QR code these days, it matters little that they aren’t the friendliest most engaging waiters ever. my only criticism really - and trust me I know this shows I’m getting old - is that the staff aren’t in any kind of uniform, they just rock up looking all young and trendy, and that sometimes makes it difficult to spot a staff member over a local youth. The drinks are great - coffee, orange juice, cocktails, beer - its all here and done well. Back to the food, one of the best things i like about their online ordering is that you can easily ADD or remove things - so i had the ultimate burger without the bun, add a side salad, add a fried egg - the options are numerous, and that makes a difference. Look, this isn’t fine dining, but its a great place to meet friends n family for a reasonably priced, decent quality food in a great environment.

This is an excellent Lounge, we have the Tarro Lounge in Hinckley and the Volpo Lounge is the Fosse Park version. As you would come to expect from a Lounge it has chic furnishings and a nice atmosphere even when it gets busy. The food is always good and reasonably priced and the coffee which we had was also very good. All the staff we have encountered have also been very friendly and helpful. One thing to note, their Google maps location is incorrect, it’s surprisingly not located right in the middle of the Currys store at Fosse Park, it’s actually at the other end of the food hall, just I’m outside of it very close to the new Next, I’ve put an edit in on maps but it hasn’t shown up yet, it’s was quite confusing to find the location on or first visit. Highly recommended.
