It's okay for bringing your own games however I was overcharged for food and drink. You can't bring your own food or drink in and be warned, you might be charged for tables if events are going on even if you aren't joining the event. Stock is usually quite low but when they do eventually have stock in its good

I will say they make a great cup of coffee here, nice and casual atmosphere and staff are friendly. Only thing I will say is that stock seems be lacking slightly, card booster packs I can understand but I expected to see more toys/games lining the shelves

Opened late so not a great start. Drinks sightly expensive and food uninspiring. Place was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Toilet needs a service and a spruce up.

We turned up before 11am for the "DnD for kids" session, to figure things out before it started, pricing, etc. The event timing said 11am to 1pm. The store didn't open until 12pm though, so we actually ate in a nearby café instead. This was a shame because we would have liked to have checked out the food here. We asked before we came where the best parking was, but unfortunately it's obscenely expensive. £8.50 for 4 hours. If we can't find cheaper parking we won't be back, which again is such a shame. Obviously that's not their fault, we get that :). If we knew Lincoln better, I think there is cheaper parking, it's just a question of how far away. But when we were inside the staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. They listened to us and helped out with what we needed. The DM was great, and my daughter really enjoyed playing her first proper game of DnD! :D They have a great games selection; more mature games for adults / hardcore gamers, as well as family and kids friendly ones. I'd love to be back regularly to play through all sorts. I expect there will be a charge for this once the pandemic is under control, but I'm okay with that :). The family board games night sounds great, and should be exactly this? We did check out their milkshakes. They were lovely! Possibly a little more expensive than I'd like. I personally would prefer a charge for entry and cheaper food / drink, but that's me. In all the kids and adults had a great time. It's just a shame there isn't a geek retreat closer to Scunthorpe or Gainsborough! ... Yet?! :D. Thanks guys.

I went in yesterday for the first time, staff where very friendly and polite, nobody is pressuring you, its a very relaxed environment and I will defiently be going again. Food and drinks seem very reasonably priced.
