Spacious out of town outlet that is clearly still new with everything clean. Seemed like no one actually steps foot inside except Uber and deliveroo delivery people (and yours truly) as people just sit in the drive thru queue. Despite ordering in advance on the app I still had a long wait despite being the only actual normal customer. Bit disappointing, although staff did apologise. They had forgotten to give me the bottle of coke with my order so good job I realised before I drove away. Food was so and so, not the best KFC I've had but they are all much of a muchness really. Large car park with plenty space.

All self service kiosks were not printing receipts. Lunch service wasn't the fastest however food came out hot and tasted good. Toilets didn't smell the best, could do with more regular attention.

Pretty good in all fairness. No complaints about the food, decent, well cooked food which you don't always get at other KFC's. It was very quiet when we went in and the only small observation would be that the tables were a little dirty

We went for a Sunday night and was not disappointed! We took out and all the food was hot and correct to our order. We had a really kind member of staff serve us (the kindest member of staff i’ve ever met) I believe their name was Ashley as it said on their staff tag and it just made the experience so much better! We forgot something and they let us add to the order with no problems or hesitance.

Delish KFC, much better than the one in town. Although it's the first day of opening so I hope they can keep the standards up. Quite a small KFC and the car park looks like it could get cramped at peak times.

Fantastic new shop and now the closest to our village. Prices are reasonable and always got offers on the app. Drive thru can get busy but in store always seems quiet so I generally pop in and grab food.

Had a few drive through s and it always seems slow ,why because they have one person taking the order taking payment and getting order together, then by the time you get to the window there on with someone else.

Best KFC in Lincoln by far. The food is red hot, staff are great. Never got an order wrong yet. Would not go to any other KFC in Lincoln. Nettleham Road is god awful, had food poisoning three times from there. Teal park is the best one by far. Spot on.

Food was OK. Had a zinger tower burger and the bun was dry so started crumbling whilst eating. The general area was not dirty but I didn't necessarily think it looked clean. The Wi-Fi that was advertised did not seem to work and the employee I spoke to didn't realise they even had it. When I pointed to the sign she shrugged. I would happily use this KFC again as a short stop if I needed something quickly but I would certainly temper my expectations. Unfortunately this seems to have become more common at most KFCs I have visited over the last year.

Food tasted good but was missing a wrap from a wrap meal. We waited a while as they was waiting for food to cook. Staff didn't seemed fazed even tho a line was forming for the drive thru. One girl seemed to be taking the orders and paying and giving the food thru the one window(surely more windows would be better) didn't know food item was missing till we got home a good ten minute drive away. Wouldn't visit teal Park one again. Nettleham Road one much better.

New restaurant, modern and clean. They sell fried chicken you know. Food was hot and served pretty quickly. One negative, on our visit there were no napkins or wipes available. Had to go to the bathroom to wash the greasy chicken fingers after eating.

Decided to go old school and order food in person at the counter. Service was quick and the order was correct, however whilst the chips were ok, they would have bern cold had I elected to use the drive through and take my food back to the office

Having a KFC nearer home is great, but our first visit today was disappointing. We went through the drive-thro. We were unable to see our order on the screen so we had to hope it was being taken down correctly. Then the only drinks available to us were fruit shoots or water due to no cups. We had ordered 4 meals (2 large and 2 regular) and politely asked if they would consider exchanging the 4 fruit shoots to a bottle of Pepsi Max but we were told we would have to pay full price for the bottle on top of our meals. Slightly disappoining as all our drinks were the same size and not a choice we would ever have. We paid for large we got the same regardless of meal size. We got home and no dips had been included and one of our meals were wrong. When trying to find a contact number for the KFC, we couldn't find one on Google or the KFC website, and nor were we given a receipt so we couldn't check. Food was hot though and service seemed quick. A disappointing first visit to this KFC.

Colonel Sanders should be proud of himself and his fried chicken power house. We all know that KFC chicken is awesome and the flavours are unrivalled but so many KFC restaurants across the world are not living up to Colonel Sanders expectations. This restaurant has got everything absolutely spot on right from the start, fresh juicy chicken with all menus items available and enough staff to take down North Korea’s army or make sure you are not sitting in the drive through for hours! 😁 Fly High Colonel Sanders, you can sleep tight knowing this new Lincoln KFC is smashing it!

Its KFC so you know what you're getting. I've only used the drive through and had no issues apart from the wait times. They've only got 1 window for both payment and collection which seems to slow things down compared to a system like McDonalds who have a separate payment/collection window.

Food was usual tasty KFC, couldnt believe how long I had to wait thou, over 10mins for a meal for 1, not even a sorry for your wait, which to be far I normally do get. Would I use again of course its KFC, speed up the service and use some manners and they might get 5stars.

Have just come back from driving to this kfc, we had abit of a wait in the drive thru, but honestly it was the best kfc I’ve had in years, everything was hot and cooked perfectly. 👍🏻 Staff wear friendly and apologised for the wait.. definitely my new favourite KFC
