Had such a lovely lunch on Saturday. The Buttermilk Chicken Burger was amazing we had the Tropical smoothie. The staff were so polite. The place looks really cool too.🍽🍽🍹🍹👍

I ate very good. In my opinion the prices are a bit too high. I paid 58 pounds for 2 pints, a halloumi plate, poached eggs, dumplings and a dessert. The quality, the location and the staff was great. Totally recommend for a brunch, the menu is very complete.

We went to Bills yesterday evening to celebrate my sons 40th birthday. We all had the most amazing time, the staff were fantastic (Sorry but I've forgotten our servers name) She was absolutely brilliant, very attentive to us all, nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was first class and the atmosphere in there was so warm and welcoming. I recommend Bills 100% and will definitely be returning. Thank you all for such a memorable occasion made more special by your lovely team. X

Love everything about bills either in Liverpool. The ambiance is just lovely.the genre of music is so diverse and a large selection of so many different taste of music.loved the decor and the customer service I received from Dan was awesome.thank for giving us excellent service. The staffs are all lovely. And the food was absolutely delicious.i had rosemary french fries and halloumi burger but without the avocado. And pressed strawberry and lime juice and mint.wow!! The desert was bread and butter pudding with white chocolate and custard. Could of had a blob of ice cream with thst however it was so delicious. Loved. If and when I come back I will definitely come again.

What a brilliant little gem of a place. Absolutely gorgeous food and lovely coffees. Providing a very relaxed atmosphere this place is delightful and worth the visit. Don't be fooled by the exterior as the quality inside is not reflected by the outside. However, there is a service charge of 12.5% on the bill.

Had a fantastic experience today. I’d messaged ahead to see if they could do something for my daughter as it was her 16th birthday. On arrival the host made a big fuss of her and they had added balloons and a card to the table. She looked after us fantastically and even played Happy Birthday to her. I've been here quite a few times and I'll be going back. The food is great and not expensive for town prices. The service is good, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Ant (Anthony to his mum), who is an absolute force of nature! I'd definitely recommend the sirloin steak (which is over £7 cheaper Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 9pm) and the warm chocolate brownies. I know the world and his dog does brownies - but trust me, not like these! One thing to watch out for is that the loos are unisex.

Had a family meal at Bills in Liverpool, there were 13 of us. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. It was busy night, but we weren't being rushed. The food was great. Very tasty. Be aware of the "OPTIONAL" 12.5% service charge they put on the bill and don't tell you!!! It's a lot of money, unless you challenge them.... From £46..... We got £5.15 back because I asked about the "optional" payment! I ended up walking out and left no tip, because I was SO discussed!!

Good restaurant and great on a hot day to people watch as it's right by the fountains. Great decor inside and service was good. Has the ribs which were possibly some of the best ribs I've ever had. Friend I was with had the vegetable curry which she said tasted nice, but portion was a bit on the small side. Decent childrens menu and almost the same size as adult portions. Would recommend for a bit to eat during a shopping trip at L1.

Firstly, full marks for the staff as they were lovely. The brunch breakfast was disappointing though. Everything was overcooked and dry, particularly the fried eggs which were solid. I have been to this particular Bills a number of times before, but today's experience fell a little short of the mark unfortunately. It was a Saturday morning, but we had pre-booked in advance. We arrived slightly early for our table but were seated straightaway, which was a positive. The waitress then came round to take our order, again in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered drinks (latte and a coca cola) and our food (Bills brunch and eggs benedict). No longer than 5 minutes after placing our order did our food arrive, whooshed out of the kitchen in lightning speed. For the brunch we'd ordered it without black pudding but with an extra sausage, which was overlooked. However the real problem arose with the eggs benedict - the ham was cold and slimy, and looked as if it had been waiting around for quite a while. We asked the waitress to exchange it for a fresh one, which she duly did. It still came out pretty swiftly, a little bit too quickly, but was definitely a new plate of food. We still didn't have our drinks at this point but they were sat on the bar waiting for us... we could see them... The waitress appeared a little while later and did immediately bring them once she realised we'd not had them. Following finishing our food we asked for the bill - beware the 12.5% service charge they sneak on. It's sad because the food used to be pretty good but today's experience was a let down. The waitress was great but the serving staff can only do so much.

This was not the first time I had visited Bill's but it was the first time I had visited for breakfast. The queue almost out of the door told us everything we needed to know straight away! Despite the queue we were seated quickly and the waitress took our orders. I ordered an orange juice and the pancakes with caramelized bananas, salted caramel ice cream, chocolate sauce and almonds. This was a pancake special for pancake day which unfortunately finished today! The pancakes were fantastic! Soft, fluffy, full of flavour and filling without being too overfilling. The rest of my group ordered pancakes also and one person ordered the full brunch which he gave "a solid 8/10"! In short I would highly recommend Bill's for the amazing food, friendly service and great atmosphere

Absolutely fantastic! Came here today with 2 friends for a meal and you couldn't fault it. The place itself has a great vibe to it with friendly and caring staff who also were very cautious in regards to any allergies - something you don't see enough of. Lovely food, service and cocktails had with my daughter last week in Bill's Liverpool. However my daughter attended the toilet and swiftly came back only to tell me that a man was in the toilet once she had come out of the cubicle. On me checking I found that the toilets were unisex. Whilst I understand that establishments have to move with times and be more open to all genders, I also feel companies are leaving themselves wide open to consequential attack due to these changes and are placing young children in very vulnerable positions. Not all parents attend the toilets with their children and therefore I found this particular change to be somewhat upsetting.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff - Mother asked too move as table was too dim for her eyesight and they were happy to accomodate straight away. Mains were nice but Mother had Half Roasted Peri Chicken and wished there was vegetables on her plate. I enjoyed my Roast Chicken with Wild Mushrooms but certain parts of the chicken were chewy which was a shame. Brownies and boozy hot chocolates pictured below were perfect! Well balanced. Although the last time we ate there the food was lovely, yesterday's experience was such a let down, we both had the steak, rosemary salted fries and lettuce and half of the steak was gristle, as a whole the meal seemed to be missing something, still not sure what, and it wasn't just us who had a problem, a couple sat next us has the same experience. (didn't even take a picture of it) The staff although competent in their jobs looked and sounded bored, at one point I turned and observed the person behind the bar just staring off into space. The gentleman who greeted us at the door was a bit brusque, he was like that with everyone, it didn't make us feel wanted. I know people have off days but the whole restaurant seemed to be having an off day I'm sorry but I do not think we will be going back!

I dined here for a business lunch on the 2nd May 2018. The service provided by the manager (Laura) was above and beyond I would have expected. As a Diabetic i explained that i would like a flavoured drink that was sugar free (not diet coke). Laura suprised me at my our table with a sugar free drink she had sourced out of her own pocket. Service such as this makes Bill's Liverpool an outstanding example and I look forward to dining here again soon!

Visited this place on 28/12/2020 for a booking at 3pm. When we arrived we was greater by a man who asked us to wear a mask. When we informed him we were medically exempt he asked for a exemption card which is not required by law. We Informed the man of this to which he refused us entry and then stated they were fully booked and were not taking bookings. As we had already booked we informed him of this which he still refused us entry. We informed the man we would issue against him personally and the business in court for discrimination under section 29 of the equality act. After some time and some embarrassment he allowed us to sit down and passed us over to another server. After this the experience and food was brilliant and the other hosts were fabulous. For future it may help if you know the laws and guidelines you are trying to enforce. THERE is no legal requirement for ANYBODY to present a medical exemption card! And by asking for proof you are breaking the law

I visited Bill's for my 21st and we had a lovely time. We had the Monday set menu. Which was very well priced for three courses. The food was fantastic. We all had halloumi sticks as our starter and they were good but the best bit had to be the mains and the pudding. I had the crab and lobster risotto and it was delicious, the best risotto I've ever had. My friends had the wild mushroom and truffle mac and cheese which they said was amazing also. For dessert we had the doughnuts and the salted caramel and chocolate tart. Both were great but I would definitely recommend the doughnuts they were sensational. In terms of atmosphere we went on a Monday during the local lockdown so there were maybe four other tables filled when we arrived, so we could choose our own table which was nice. By the end of our meal we were the only table left. But the atmosphere wasn't too dead. It was still a really good time. The staff were great as well. They were very attentive and our food came very quickly. It was a lovely way to celebrate.
