Me and my fiancé came down to Liverpool for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. I booked for an evening meal as a surprise date night. A few things need clarified, such as we only received 2 courses not 3, however when selecting our options we only had the option of 2 courses. We also didn't get our complimentary glass of fizz. I think their advert needs amending just for some clarity. However, this doesn't take away from the experience and value for money. We arrived back around 9:15pm after touring the docks for over an hour. The captain gave us some history of Liverpool, then let the music play for the rest of the trip. The food was lovely and the drinks are at a good cost! It was a romantic setting and something quite different to do. Overall really recommend this trip!

Absolutely fantastic experience on the Floating Grace. Would highly recommend for something different to do when in Liverpool. We were a party of 8, maximum number of people who can sit together is 6 but that didn't stop us having a great time. Staff were brilliant, knowledgeable and attentive. 3 course meal in the evening was great. Prosecco £19 per bottle and beers £3.

Husband booked this to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. We loved it. Commentary was very informative with some humour. 3 course meal was well presented and tasty. Bar prices roughly similar to pub prices. There was a stag do on there at same time and everyone partied together. Fabulous night. We did expect the complimentary glass of fizz on boarding but had to ask a couple of times before receiving it at the end of our meal.

Myself and my son had Sunday lunch on the floating Grace, the food was delicious, glass of champagne a, treat and the staff where fabulous, from the captain who gave us a commentary of the history of the docks which was very interesting and informative and full. Of laughs. An at the end we all had a dance and a sing along. Fabulous relaxed atmosphere an nothing was to much trouble. I was so impressed I booked the evening dinner cruise with entertainment from non other than Liverpool's own famous comedian Stan Bordman complete with a band so looking forward to the nights entertainment. Thank you to all the staff. I recommend you try this boat trip you won't be disappointed.

Absolute must do in Liverpool. Great value for money, £25 for Sunday roast, dessert and complimentary drink. Great commentary and visit of the Dock. Can be a bit loud if there are groups and music playing but a really fun moment overall.

The Floating Grace was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was excellent - the apple pie was particularly good. A reasonable occupancy of 50 people means that it doesn't feel crowded, and the captain's historical tour of the Liverpool docks kept the journey and the meal interesting.

Food was good. Nothing special but certainly not bad! What really makes this is the experience. Witty banter from the host, who will talk you through the fascinating history of the liverpool docks. Truly engaging and a thoroughly great experience. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely little boat restaurant with fantastic and helpful staff. With cream tea that we had at this time we had also historic guided tour through the locks and docks. It was fantastic, it was more than we expected. We are looking forward to go again for an evening meal tour. Recommend you book the seats well in advance as they are going like hot cakes. Amazing trip and Amazing food. I called today as it was booked out online and the gentleman on the phone couldn't be more helpful. We got availability for this evening and the food was absolutely gorgeous, full of flavours and cooked to perfection. The guided tour given by the captain was brilliant and I learn so much. The captain made the tour as he was so knowledgeable. All the staff worked so hard and were very helpful. Will definitely be back soon. I been Iver toiverpiol on many occasions and didn't know about this and so glad I found the leaflet in my hotel.

Valentines Couples Cruise. Captian and staff was lovely, but overcrowded, Allowing couples who are overly intoxicated (and on other substances) on board. Food and drink was slow and Unorganised. Well my experience was the opposite to Phina The food as she said was amazing The cruise around the docks and the insite of peter was also amazing And can I say if you booked for a party then maybe you should of read up properly about your venue as it clearly states theres a cruise and talk during your meals as for being dark and didnt see the point the docks are lit up and are more amazing in the dark also I thought the evening cruise boards at 7 and starts 730 so clearly not late but you were early All I can say about floating grace was Absolutely amazing thank you peter and crew

If you want to go out for Sunday Lunch that is going to be a little bit different then I can certainly recommend booking on to the Floating Grace. The guided tour is informative and humorous. The staff are friendly and they couldn't do enough to help make sure every table was being looked after. The lunch itself is really good especially as its being turned out in the tiniest of kitchen spaces. My only reservation is the guided tour is followed up by music so conversation can be a bit restricted if you're in a larger group but a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

From start to finish this was a most pleasurable experience. With a 90 year old mother in law in a wheelchair, we expected it to be a pain, but all the staff went out of their way to make it a very happy time. However what a fantastic evening, we were attended to by the captain and the chef, the food could not be faulted nor could the service. Was on the boat last night with 15 others who I brought with me for my birthday party. Food was excellent. However we were stressed not to be late and the cruise was an hour late in moving. We had to just stand on the dock. My mother has severe arthritis so that was tough for her. There was a terrible moment when the captain insisted on giving a revisionist history of Liverpool. It was very loud and when we told him could we not have the talk since it was pitch black outside and his “history” seriously impeded our natural conversation. He took it to a vote. We won the vote to not have the history. He then stated “ It our heritage” and continued. We still had a ball because we were determined to and it was novel. But whatever happened to the customer is always right. We spent 500 pounds there!

Our 4th cruise onboard the fabulous Floating Grace. The Captian onboard (Peter) is extremly warming and makes you feel right at home the second you board the Grace. His knowledge of Liverpool Docks is second to non and his humour to match is just superb. The boat is exceptionally clean and very comfortable from start to end. Lastnight we witnessed a cracking sunset over the pierhead whilst being sat in the middle of the Albert Dock. It was great. Three course meal cooked by Julie was spot on, BBQ chocken wings, Lamb shank for mains, finished off with Chocolate cake for dessert, Well worth every penny, Drinks onboard - Free welcome glass of pink champahne. Then we had beer ( Bud/Carling?Coors just £3.00 per bottle/can. We boarded at 7pm and we where the last ones to leave at 10pm. Going out you have a fantastic tour, coming back you get a bit of music at your choice, If you havent already tried the Grace, its certainly a must. My wife on our first cruise was a little nervous about being onboard a boat and sailing through the docks, lastnight was our fourth cruise and she loves it!! Ideal for a romantic night or a perfect family get together kids included. Already looking forward to our return visit. Honestly its the perfect night out in Liverpool city centre. My friend surprised me with a trip on Floating Grace for my birthday and it was really enjoyable. We had afternoon tea and prosecco. The quality of the food was really good, with a selection of sandwiches and cakes, all very tasty. The first bottle of prosecco was Kirkland brand and it was lovely. The staff where great and the Captain is a fountain of knowledge on the history of the Liverpool docks. I would love to return and would certainly recommend.
