Lovely place for a coffee, hot chocolate, waffles and all kinds of treats. Very good value for money and a nice modern place. We went and had a fondue sharing board with cookie dough and we very much enjoyed it. I would reccomend this place to anyone who fancies a sweet treat it was beautiful!

Not sure what happened this visit. Ordered a Lotus sundae and what arrived was a block of icecream, with all the sauce and biscuit pieces sprinkled on the top. This picture was taken after I had eaten the round logo wafer and a little of the sauce off the top. Compare with how the same item looked in July when I ordered it. Not only did it come with spray cream and a stick wafer, but you can see the sauce is distributed throughout the icecream and not simply on top. I had also ordered a coffee with milk, which arrived black. When I requested a milk jug, they gave me an icecream bowl of milk strangely enough. All the icecream tubs on display were empty and it wasn't the usual staff I'm familiar with, so I assume they were juggling serving customers with some other tasks in the background, which led to a drop in the quality of the experience. Putting it down to a one off, hopefully not a repeat experience.

Had the banana and strawberry crepe. It was fantastic! Chocolate sauce was smeared all over the crepe and it was sprinkled with chocolate chips. The strawberries and banana were fresh and sweet and the crepe was nice and hot which actually made the dish more delicious. Would highly recommend!

Didn't have snickers chocolate for one of the toppings the waffle was supposed to come with however it was quickly resolved by asking me what else I'd like to substitute it with. Great waffles and equally great flooda. Just as good as the original ice stone gelato.

What a place. Me and my Four year old had had a great day, but by now we were hot and shattered. The inside was cool, refreshingly chill from the hustle and buzz of the centre of town and the staff greeted us and got us settled immediately. Awesome range of Ice Cream on offer. We chose and it came to our table in no time at all. I wish I'd got their names, it was on Saturday 22nd June, mid afternoon. My Daughter loved the place and would off stayed all day. Thank you for making her feel special. Great place. Will come back again and again.

Staff member who took order (who we think was the manager) was just awkward. He asked if we wanted anything to drink, after we finished ordering. I said tap water would be fine and he asked if we wanted bottle water (twice) in a really condescending way. (They only brought one glass, no Ice or straw) Waffles were nice, came pretty quick. Cookie dough was very thin, was getting hard quite quick so had to eat it very quick otherwise it’d just go to waste. It was also very buttery, more than expected. No warning about the skillet being hot either. Waitress was very nice and polite. Interior is really really pretty, clean, and perfect for a date. Quite a big location with lots of seating. Don’t know if I would come again

Looks like quite a nice dessert restaurant, it's got plenty of booths for mice intimate dining. When my wife and I went there recently the place was quite empty, our desserts were brought to us relatively quickly and were very, very tasty. I would recommend this place, especially after going to Five Guys downstairs.

We went to celebrate a birthday as they do take bookings. Sitting area is very nice& clean. Staff are lovely. About 15 of us and ordered at the same time. Received staggered 10-40mins of each other. Had to prompt staff there was till orders needed. Had to leave some extras we didn't receive as kids got bored waiting.

Nice place and the desserts are nice but not like they used to be. Always get a crepe with strawberries and Nutella and the strawberries balance out the otherwise sickly taste for me however there are hardly any strawberries on this one now. The ice cream is ok. Toilets are always out of order and it could do with a deeper clean but the food is ok.

Nice, can be sickly so choose the food in moderation. Pancakes were quite nice, hot chocolate was adequate but could use some optional marshmallows and cream.

The staff are really nice, the place is clean, and so are the toilets. Some of the tables are very unstable and not safe for hot drinks or anything to be placed on them as they wobble badly with the slightest of touches. I would definitely have this looked at as it can cause a upsetting accident.

First tried in Manchester and when I heard they opened one in Liverpool, I was over the moon. No longer did I have to make a 45 minute drive to Manchester for my favourite ice cream parlour. The delightful variety of flavours can almost be called bespoke to their own. As well as their buttery smooth ice cream, they do sell a range of cakes, warmed to your satisfaction, to give it a balance of temperature.

Visited Ice Stone yesterday with the kids, they loved their deserts very yummy . There was a nice atmosphere in the place and the younger girl with the glasses and braided hair was very friendly and polite . Would recommend as it’s a great place for kids and plenty to choose from

I think someone was streaming the music off their phone. It kept skipping and breaking up and then it stopped when someone got a phone call. Decent service but you have to go to the counter to order once you have been seated. There was someone filming the counter area on his ipad (hopefully someone related to promotions?) The ice cream was good.

On a visit from Dublin and we came across this amazing dessert parlour. Lots of variety to choose from and opens until 11pm which is a plus when looking for a late night treat. Raj the general manager was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Offering us a range of tastiers of their delicious flavour gelato. Highly Recommend. Will be back when we return from Dublin. Thanks Raj, from the Dublin sisters! 😁🍰🍨🍦

Not the best icestone I've been to service needs major improvement. Parking can be tricky but there is a q-park 2 mins walk away. The place has been finished to a high standard with plenty of tables but expect a wait for your order as the staff are still struggling to use the tills a few months after opening.

Visited today 12.45 pm nobody in so how come the service was so bad??? Waitress ( clerk 2 ) was very rude when we told her she had got our order wrong. Did not offer to correct and vitually threw the plates on the table & walked away. Wont visit again

Our first and last visit to the new IceStone Gelato in Queens Square, not going to lie we are fans of Kaspas but thought we would try here... However the portions are nowhere near the same size, there are hidden costs not displayed on menu and prices are more expensive, plus the manager would rather talk to staff than stopping beggars coming and disturbing you while you eat... Think we will stick. With Kaspas in the future.
