Normally I have a pretty average experience ordering takeaway from inexpensive places, as food is usually soggy or has no flavour, it's either tough, raw, cold, or greasy. However, every time I have ordered from Laros, their meat was perfectly cooked, extremely flavourful, nice and hot, and overall a joy to have. Their chips are also really good, and came in nice and crispy every single time. I would 100% also recommend the sweet potato chips, which were heaven on a plate. Also, both types of bread were really tasty, the regular and the corn-based ones, and the sauce that came with was delicious. Honestly, if you're thinking of what to have for dinner, stop thinking and have their food. I don't think having a kebab/gyros will ever be the same for me after this.

100% recommend! We’re visiting Liverpool from London and walked by Laros. Speaking to the owner and his wife they were so friendly and explained that the ingredients they use are imported from Greece. I’m veggie and there were plenty of options for me here. Also very delicious deserts.

I am a big fan of Greek food and my number one go to is always Laros Greek either at bold st or their newest site in south liverpool So I went down to the new south Liverpool site to try some greek pastries and coffee Laros Storrsdale have a range of different bougasta, which is a breakfast pastry with fillings such as cheese, cheese & spinach and also custard. I went for the custard filling which is topped with icing sugar and cinnamon and it tasted so nice, I just think there’s something special about warm flaky filo pastry with a delicious filling really hits the spot So if you love a bit of Greek food they also do amazing gyros, souvlaki and also they have there own vegan/vegetarian range which is available in the restaurant or available to order via various delivery partners

Amazing authentic Greek food, the portions were absolutely huge for the price, made me and my boyfriend feel like we were on holiday in Crete all over again. Great location, the owner was really lovely and chatty and made the atmosphere great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes Greek food as it was phenomenal!

100% recommended! Everytime I go I try something different from the menu. Never disappointed. My favourite is the talagani cheese fries, just delicious!!! I love their homemade sauces and the crispy corn pitta bread. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with the menu. Keep up with the good work!

This is my favourite food spot in all of Liverpool!! I've never written a google review before, but I feel like I have to. I've been ordering takeaway from here throughout university (for three years now) and have probably placed 20+ orders. It's always delicious, fast, and well priced. They never make any mistakes with the order and the food is all amazing. If you're a vegetarian, I recommend the talagani pita wrap with an extra pot of sriracha (if you love mayo). The loukoumades are also amazing, my favourite are the Nutella ones. I've also visited in-person twice, and both times the service was fast and the staff were lovely. Please try it if you can!

Ok, nice and friendly service, ordered Chicken box meal and Greek sausage meal, 3 dips and cheese chips, at 5 .20 said I’ll pick up at 7 went for a pint in the Storsdale , picked up at 7.08, got home my sausage meal very nice, chicken meal was not, so the lamb I never ordered 👎 (put me in the dog house) then I’m sorry to say £1.20 for the smallest pot dip I’ve ever seen in a take away. Amazing!!! I messaged the restaurant to see if we could pre book to cater for a hen party of 17 for a Saturday night. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The food arrived on time delivered to the house and it was the only quiet all weekend as the ladies loved the food! Delicious fresh boxes with generous portions perfect for our hangovers! Went for a gyros today for the first time at Laros. If you have ever travelled through Greece and had one of these then make sure you go to Laros. It is the real deal. Alex is keen to tell you that he imports what he can from Greece and he sticks to freshly made everything. You can tell if a tzatziki is bought in as there is never a kick like the one you get from a fresh garlic laden one! Can’t wait to detour to Bold Street again.

Pricey. I wish those guys the very best for the future, but for me this to happen, and considering other similar/relevant food options in the market, I suggest that the prices are reviewed for the quality and/or quantity of what they offer. Also, the pork gyros I ate was of rather average quality (not to say poor). Guys, that’s from me with all good intention.

The Chicken Gyros with pitta bread and chips were quality, really tasty and fresh 👌 unfortunately, the portion size is really too small for the price you pay so I would suggest changing that 😕 not enough sauce was added to the gyros either .. but other than that the customer service was excellent 👌

One of the best souvlaki I have had ever. Meat was good quality and tender, not too fatty. Fries were crispy and crunchy but not overdone. The tzatziki was really good and not watery so pretty much 10/10. Portions go a bit on the smaller be side so order the souvlaki box or 2 souvlaki wraps.

I actually really liked the taste of it, reminded me my trip to Athens, but let's be real... I must have paid almost 8£ for a very small sandwich. it had literally 5 fries a bit of meat and tzatziki... It's really overpriced in my opinion, even for an authentic taste of Greece here in Liverpool. In comparison The same delicious sandwich i had on Lodge lane for 3.50 i was myself shocked by the price at that place called Shawarma in lodge lane. So in conclusion; Good but overpriced.
