Dined here with my partner. A lovely restaurant with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was 10/10 and the staff are really friendly and know when to leave you be. Would definitely return on our next visit to Liverpool

I wish we would have stopped and ate here sooner!!! The Halloumi fries are to die for. My husband and I decided to stop here so we could share the Ultimate Platter and it was plenty. I had a ginger beer for a drink and my husband had two Panam Four beers, he would highly recommend because they were so smooth to the taste. We were full, but couldn’t go without trying their dessert so we shared a Wild berry Cheesecake. Don’t pass this place up if you are in the area. We had great service, all of the dishes they brought out looked delicious and I don’t think this restaurant should have $$$. We ate at a more expensive place a couple of days ago and it was more expensive than this. This place is reasonable for two and totally worth it!

Delicious food and a beautiful ambiance! I had the duck salad and it was so good and really plentiful. Plenty of the vegan duck which made it good for a healthy dinner. I also had the brownie! Also a tasty vegan dessert option.

Visited Panam last week while shopping in Liverpool. Seated immediately and told how to order online. We ordered drinks first and they came promptly. Clean tables and nice outdoor eating area. Ordered mains, salmon salad which was a huge portion and really nice. The fish and chips as well which was also really good and crispy. I went for the down and dirty burger for my main this was really good and cooked medium/well as I requested. the potato fries were lovely. Good drinks selection. Great place to visit if you're wanting a good quality burger and fries. I do feel sorry for the servers as they can't really be true hosts and must lose out on tips. Overall this place is really nice and would highly recommend. 5 star!

I met my work colleagues at this restaurant. The setting is really nice. The staff are very pleasant and are always asking each table if everything is fine. The food looked very nice and well presented. Was packed out as there was a concert somewhere the centre of Liverpool. Even though it was very busy, the service was also very good.

I visited my friend in Liverpool after returning by ferry from Douglas, The Isle of Man. We had a lovely meal together at PANAM. The pricing was very fair, the food was excellent and the service was great. I liked the decor and the ambiance in the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend for a lunch date. Haven't tried it on an evening though.

We visited Panam for the Bottomless Brunch for a friend's hen do last weekend. The brunch was great, two courses starting with a lovely brunch platter (pictured) followed by a good meal selection afterwards. You could have fizz or aperol spritz as the drink options. The service could have been a little quicker however we were a very big group so understandable.

Was pleased that we didn't need a booking to get in, it's cozy and a lovely atmosphere inside despite a long wait. One dish was too cold on arrival , asked to reheat and ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes for them to cook another from scratch, while the rest of the food was going cold watching my friend finish her meal. It would have been nice to be asked or just reheat as requested

Bottomless brunch, staff were amazing and kept checking us to top up our drinks. Food was lovely, however ordered a medium steak and would say it was closer to well done. Nevertheless the atmosphere was good with a live DJ and free flowing drinks - I would recommend asking what drinks are available on the bottomless brunch outside of what it says on the menu as there is a larger selection that it states.

Jambalaya was perfect - calamari, prawn, muscles etc and the spicy rice. Washed down with a pint of Panam larger. Meal and drink for about £25 but worth it. Friendly staff and spacious too. Walked in from Dock entrance to find place was bigger than it looked.

Very nice venue after a long walk through the docks. I love the industrial interior. Service was very kind. Meals were very delicious - had the black bun burger with blue cheese - delicious (if you like blue cheese of course, it is very strong) Would definitely recommend visiting this place and take a look into the menue. I have been on holidays in Liverpool and went to the restaurant I wasn’t very hungry so I only ordered a bowl of fries, I had to wait HALF A HOUR just for the fries and when I asked for salt they said okay but didn’t give me the salt. However the fries were okay and the place is nice and cozy the costumer service is the only problem.

The roast was a rip off - for £15 you received 2 cold roasties, a fatty piece of beef and measly bits of veg. The jerk chicken was not rotisserie as advertised - it had clearly been shoved in the oven with some reggae reggae sauce on top. Prices were higher than what was delivered.

We stumbled across PANAM as we were walking around the docks looking for somewhere nice to have lunch. The menu suited both me and and my husband and prices were very reasonable. The food was amazing, I usually try to go for gluten free dishes due to intolerance, but I couldn't resist this garlic mushroom pasta dish. It was 100% worth the indigestion later in the day! Would definitely visit again and have the same dish again!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. 😊

Stunning find whilst visiting Christmas Markets. Our first visit. Staff very friendly. Lovely lay out and seating areas. Also a balcony area for extra seating which did look lovely. This place is big. I wasn't expecting this restaurant to big as we entered from Albert Docks but it can easily accommodate big groups of 10+. Food was nice, but drinks are a tad bit expensive compared to other places in the vicinity. Worth a visit if you're a tourist and also looks like the go-to with locals

Had an impromptu meal at Panam with colleagues tonight as up in Liverpool on business. The service was great and food was absolutely delicious. Our jovial waiter said at the end of the meal that the menu was new...and was a hit with all three of us. The pork belly and seared pineapple starter just melted in the mouth and had the most amazing sauce, so much so I asked to keep the plate so I could mop up the remaining liquid with the chips from my main course! This was also extremely tasty (I had the half chicken with Jamaican jerk seasoning and a delicious portion of truffle and Parmesan chips.) Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Would highly recommend. They just need to open one up in London now!!

Went for Bottomless Brunch at the start of December and although we had seen similar offers for cheaper elsewhere thought we would give it a go. We were not let down. Great Service. Had the dinner menu. Jamaican Jerk chicken is subpar. Please look up how to use jerk in chicken. Jerk is not just the sauce you pour over the top of chicken. It's the time preparing the chicken that counts. Please remove this option if you are not going to do it justice.

I'm posting this because l dinned at the restaurant Monday 4th October 2021 and l need to inform them as a matter of urgency but I am unable to contact them by telephone so l have left a message via email. I have been trying to contact the restaurant today to advise them l have received a possible covid result today. I am doing this because of the implications of me being tested positive and that l could have infected others.

We had a fantastic evening here lat Friday to celebrate our son's 30th birthday 🎂 There is a lovely atmosphere here that's great for spending a few hours either to enjoy a nice relaxing drink or for a meal whilst your looking out over the Dock towards our wonderful Liver Birds, even better of an evening when the waters glistening and the array of nighttime lights are everywhere. In total there was 20 adults and 2 toddlers and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful waiter who made our experience here a great one. The menu was varied and even catered for the fussy eaters in our group, and all of it was delicious. We've never been here before but it's definitely a place we'll come back too. Would highly recommend popping in whilst your at the Albert Dock as you won't be disappointed. This place is definitely worthy of my 5 stars all day long. Thanks for making us all feel welcome 👍

brilliant 👏 had a office summer party at a nearby bar the revolution but the bar manager DAVE was so impolite we had 50 staff in attendance we had hired a room but DAVE refused to put a member of staff on the bar so we had to go to another part of the pub to get drinks after numerous requests to put a member of staff on the bar we left and had a great time in PAN AM DAVE cost revolution about 3 grand well done DAVE you will go far

Beautiful location, views and venue. Staff were very courteous and attentive. This place is let down by their food unfortunately. The menu feels uncreative and unoriginal, with not much pizzazz. My friend ordered the tuna steak and specified quite clearly she wanted it really pink, but it came out pretty much medium-well and chewy - such a shame and waste of a good steak. We also had to ask for the starter menu, not sure why there is a separate menu entirely and also not sure why it wasn't given to us to begin with but there you go. They said they were running out so we had to share the starter menu.

Long wait for food (I think they lost our order), waitress kept saying it would be in 'just a minute'. I honestly would give 1 or 2 starts but I have to admit when the food finally did arrive, it was really very good. BUT the waitress informed us they had run our of Ketchup and there was none in the building.. on a Saturday afternoon. In the end we were compensated by them taking off one bottle of prosecco from the bill, which I feel was a bit lame between a group of 7 of us, but as we were by this point desperate to just get out of there we didn't argue.

I ate here years ago and found the food delicious but overpriced for very tiny portions. I have been twice this summer and can say things have definitely changed. Portion sizes are generous and reasonably priced for a bar of the smarter variety. The food is still good quality, although I was concerned that there didn't seem be much choice for my vegetarian friend. The staff have been incredibly friendly and very helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable about the drinks selection available. Speaking of drinks, I was mildly disappointed by the limited selection of cider. Strongbow is what I might drink on the day before payday, when I'm a bit skint, and only if there's nobody around who knows me. The only alternatives were bottled "ciders" with varies sweet fruit concoctions added to them. As a cider drinker, I would welcome a broader range of good quality ciders, particularly of the drier sort. That said, I was more than pacified by the availability of a very good range of gins at affordable prices. The decor is very attractive and soothing, without garish colours or lighting. The semi-enclosed tables and booths of varying sizes allow for a degree of privacy while diners can still feel part of the bigger atmosphere. All in all, the Pan-American Bar is a bad place for small or larger groups to have relaxed fun for add long as they want, and I'll certainly be going back.

Went to the Panam restaurant (as a party of 4 ) a couple of weeks ago whilst visiting Liverpool. Initially went in for a drink and we sat outside in glorious sunshine and it was lovely. After a walk around the Albert Dock and venturing into a few other establishments to be told of the waiting times decided to return to Panam where we were seated almost immediately and the food was varied so we could all choose even though we had one plain eater (i.e only really wanted fish and chips ). The food was lovely service great and all in all we had a lovely evening ..would definitely go back there again..( I had the gorgeous chicken in truffle sauce and will definitely have it again followed by sticky toffee pudding ..yum yum )

Easy to find in Albert Dock, a vast place on a couple of levels and a bar thro the back ( or front depending on where you came in from) Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. Reasonable menu. Lamb kebab starter was a good portion and very tasty. This was followed by a fish stew( cant remember the name but it had a...qu.... In the middle). Very tasty stew served with rice and bread. Again a good portion. Friends had roast chicken and beef which they enjoyed. Good atmosphere, worth a visit.

After the inital drinks order we had to call staff over to bring us menus, take all drinks/ food orders and even pay the bill as we waited so long for everything. In 3 hours we managed 1 course and a coffee! We could have walked out without paying if we hadnt walked over to them and offered to pay the bill before leaving. Disappointing...we wont be rushing back.

The food and service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We were there from 1pm until 8pm and Megan and Joe were great looking after us.
