Finally got to visit our local restaurant and I am really happy with it! Food is good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Can't wait to come back. Haven't tried the cocktails yet but they look amazing 🤩

Now a very busy bar since they had added big screen TV's and are showing the Premier league matches, friendly staff and good selection of drinks. Sunday roasts to die for but a bit on the expensive side.

This was my favourite Italian restaurant before covid since then it has been revamped and is more like a bar that also serves food. I'm gutted :-( Service wasn't great either had to wait 30 mins before the drinks order was taken and extra items were on the bill, though the staff sorted this quickly with no fuss. Food was tasty though Overall I won't be going back.

This is our second visit and I have to say it was even better than the first time. The staff are attentive without being intrusive and nothing was a trouble. What can i say...went on Saturday 15th of this month and was just stunned with how we were looked after so well by Annabelle our waitress and the boss lady. The place was very busy as to be exspected on Valentines weekend so it was very loud, they made a table up in a lovely quiet corner by the bar which was great. We ordered our food which was nothing short of superb and cooked to such a high standard, it realy is a gem of a place hidden away and already looking forward to going back . Once again a huge huge thank you to all the staff for looking after myself and my wife the way you did, well and truly above and beyond .

Nice, cozy place. Very relaxed and comfortable. Reminds me of a restaurant you'd find in Boston's North End or New York's Little Italy. More room inside than it appears from the outside.The excellent Ceaser salad was made by the server at table side. Very good!

Great little place to dine the staff both friendly and attentive explaining what each dish contained and what it came with, the special this evening was 8oz steak cooked to your liking served with a creamy pepper sauce and some of the nicest skins on chips I've had for a long time. The starter we chose was king prawns in a crisp chilli batter served on a bed of crispy fried kale. We were in a group of 12 to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday the staff brought in the cake and sang happy birthday with us after they supplied plates, a cake knife and some pouring cream. Over all a very pleasant and enjoyable evening we will definitely be visiting again.

Booked for today (Sunday 17th March) my birthday meal ! was disappointed to find it was a set menu , should of been told upon booking ? Wasn’t offered a wine menu , had my 9yr with us was not offered a kids menu ? But as a good eater left it at that and ordered from the set menu , he like tomato paste so ordered that , he don’t mind a bit of spice but omg it was extremely spicy even for me to try , thankfully he had a garlic bread starter and he shared his sisters pizza , when asked was food ok I said it was far to spicy for him , she said do u want to take it home ? Spicy food should be stated ? Our meal was nice but not the best I have had there , so will Probably not return 😩 set menu bit expensive for what u get !

We love Piccolas . Staff and food are great . In my husbands words the ribs are ‘tremendous ‘. I went with friends last night . We all had a great time . Lovely food and drinks . Would love to see salt and pepper king prawns in batter with chillis etc on the menu and salt and pepper chicken pancakes . Clearly we like salt and pepper haha .
