Lovely place, kind and polite staff. Lovely décor that is inviting and gives a nice atmosphere to the place. The food was ok, it was a bit lackluster and very safe. Not very thought through as you end up with a bit of everything, fries, rice and bread for example.. but nothing to complain about either. I would recommend this place as it is decent value for money and easy dining.

Large, bustling restaurant that's situated in central town centre. Polite staff, clean and nice setting. The lamb chops was amazing - worth the wait! The food here is halal and the portion size was reasonabley priced. For me personally, I'd come everyday if I wasn't working as a chef myself.

The waitress was really courteous and repeatedly checked on us. The food was okay, also the place is a bit dull. We ordered a non vegetarian platter, and considering the portion, it was too overwhelming for one person to finish it. Loads of options to choose from and try. Must visit for kebab lovers.

First time coming here and won't be my last, came with family and friends and was seated straight away, the table did have water on it like it hadn't been cleaned but it was only on one side of table so wasn't too big of a fuss. One other bad thing was we were table of 5 and they gave us 1 napkin between the 5 of us haha, like what, it don't make sense, every person should get one. So we ended up asking for them and they got us some more. Other than them two issues all was good, toilets were clean, cutlery was clean, glasses were clean, food was very nice. I enjoyed my cheeseburger and garlic bread, portion sizes are ok, they do a lot of cocktails and only like 5 mocktails compared to the 30 or so cocktails you do haha, you should add some more mocktails :p, will be back, staff was very friendly, food came out fast too wasn't waiting around too long. One more last thing to add was one person on our table was still eating and the lady came asked us if we was done while the person was clearly eating still while she was asking this. Me and my cousin both were shocked as we both own and run restuarants and always teach staff to let everyone on the table finish their food before we try clearing the table of plates and stuff as they might find it rude which in this case my sister the one still eating did find it a bit rude. But i'll let this one slide this time as your staff might have made a mistake. So yes ill be back hopefully next time none of these small problems will occur. Keep up the good work.

This is by far the best place to come in Liverpool for a breakfast and is served right up until 2pm, non greasy, they also do children portions and have a range of cuisine on offer, kebabs, pizza. There's seating inside and out, table service and always received high quality service from staff.

Greeted at the door and seated with no fuss. Drinks ordered straight away. Our food order: I started with king prawns very nice. Main course I had lamb shish kebab my partner had chicken shish kebab (so we could share) the meat was tender and juicy and very tasty. We finished of with ice cream and a cocktail. 2nd visit for us. We enjoyed it so much the first time we thought we would eat here after getting married in St.Georges Hall. We reserved a table for 8 a couple of weeks ahead. We sat upstairs which was a bit quieter but it suited us fine. We had another fantastic meal. Shame we weren’t informed the 2 cocktails for £10 deal wasn’t on before we ordered drinks. Last time we went we were told it was on all the time do we didn’t check. My daughter told them we were celebrating our wedding and they even have us a free piece of chocolate cake with a candle!

Had a one night stay in the city for a comedy show, had a bit of a heavy one and had to find somewhere for breakfast, a quick search on Google recommended me this place and we just had to try it. Within 5 minutes we were seated and within the space of 20 minutes we’d ordered and received our perfectly cooked food! I’ve had a lot of full English’s and this is top 5 easily! The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, a golden orange-y colour and the sausages are easily the best I’ve ever had on a breakfast! Will be coming here again next time we visit the city!

We sampled their breakfast menu last Sunday, 3rd November 2019 and it was massive. We ordered large breakfast and the word large is an understatement. My friends and I had trouble finishing our orders not because the food wasn't great but because of the large portions. So if you're not feeling ravenous in the morning, maybe try the small breakfast. Oh, the staff were nice and very friendly. They made sure everything was alright and constantly checked we had everything we needed. The food prices were reasonable as well.

I was v skeptical as this place had pizza burger along with the kebabs and I don't like places with mixed cuisines but the Kebab platters turned out to be awesome, Shiraz special sauce was yummy giving a unique taste to the food. We loved the decor and the atmosphere, the staff is really friendly and look after you very well and the food was amazing, all tasted so fresh, flavoursome but delicate, well presented so so enjoyed it. There is good choice and caters for all needs and tastes and is reasonably priced. You can see the kitchen and chefs cooking and I have to say the cleaning was rigorous both in the kitchen and the restaurant. If you go to Liverpool don't miss out go to the Shiraz Palace.

Oh my god the food they have! And the portions are quite big, you pay around 13pounds for a chicken kebab but it's totally worth it! As my partner said "best food I've ever had in the UK". The spices on the chargrilled chicken left us wondering what they are as it was so delicious. Everything on the plate has a smokey taste to it which we absolutely loved. We had dinner two days is a row there, and we only visited Liverpool for three days. Had no room for dessert though😟, but I will be going back.

We came here for breakfast as we were staying at a nearby hotel and didn't fancy paying hotel prices for substandard food. We were very pleased to find the Shiraz Palace as it was in a great location near to theatre, shops and hotels. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food and drink was great. We ordered the Full English breakfast: Black pudding was hard but I think this was because it was deep fried. There was a small mix up with a drink that appears on our bill that we never ordered but this was very quickly rectified. Recommend this lovely place and will come again if we are in the area!

They were attentive to detail, for example, a waiter getting a rose for our table (even though we didn't ask for one). The restaurant was packed but I would expect that on a Saturday night. Prices were good as well with bill being £30 for 2 meals and 2 cocktails. Overall good experience

On our first visit we got to the restaurant at 10:35 and last food order was 10:30 were we turned away..... no we were welcomed like long term customers even though this was our first visit. We visited the restaurant on tbe second morning and purchased a breakfast (breakfast menu is until 3pm). The food was great and once again the service was brilliant and staff were friendly. We are now in the restaurant again for our evening meal. It's happy hour and the cocktails taste like actual cocktails and not syrup so that's a big difference to the bars in London. The staff ate just as friendly. We are in Liverpool until Tuesday so i will probably have all of my meals in this restaurant as the menu is very varied (pizza, calzone, turkish, omelettes, breakfast till 3pm, toasted sandwiches).

For main course we had Chicken xacuti, it was recommended by the waitress. The flavor was very rich and quite spicy for me though, but it went well with the freshly made roti so I can manage the spice. But for chicken dish, it is very hard to cook it right because its very easy to be overcooked and taste dry.

Fast, friendly service. Reasonable breakfast was spoiled by cheap margarine already spread on the toast, surely butter isn't too much to expect. Eggs were a bit undercooked & slimey but everything else OK. Don't think I'll rush back for breakfast though.

The steak was tender and juicy, but I've had much better polenta. I don't think one can go wrong with polenta, but I had the sense that these were not made fresh but rather purchased frozen and fried. The wild mushrooms were both lovely and earthy in flavour. The lamb shoulder was tender and delicious. The roasted cauliflower combined with the yoghurt and pomegranate made for a nice contrast.
