Went for my sons 10th birthday...we preferred a quieter seating as my son has autism . The staff were very accommodating and performed will in the birthday wishes . All food was great but I have to say I was dissapoknted with the ribs ...dry and tough and did not pull away from bone as easy as in othere resteraunts I frequent . But still all in all a good night

Visited late Monday evening with 2 of my daughters after shopping. We waited about 20mins to be seated as we didn't make a reservation (we'd been advised approx 45mins, so we were delighted to get seated quicker - hungry teenagers). Sat at the bar with soft drinks, spotless counter, friendly service. We asked to be moved from some flashing lights when seated for dining, this was done without fuss. Our food was delicious! Even my fussy eater devoured hers. Hot, tasty and enough to calm the grumpy, hungry teenagers. Service was excellent, a lovely girl.

Starter potato skins were cold, tho they replaced them with a new warmed up one there was hardly any cheese on them and 2 pieces of bacon. The chicken burger, the chicken was bit raw in middle and the avocado tasted off. The rack of ribs was very good and the fries were ok . The girl who who served us was lovely really friendly and helpful.

My 1st time at TGI's but very impressed with the whole experience. Ray was really lovely and clearly someone who goes above and beyond in his job role. Ray and the team really made Jack's 14th amazing and in his words "his best Birthday ever!!". Can't wait to come back again for the phenomenal food and service!

I love TGI Fridays... However, I only go for the classic ribs barbecue with the legendary glaze. So this is the only dish I can recommend. It is really good.. but the service was amazing and the waitress let me and my friends sit even with the kitchen almost closing. Thanks for everything...

The sirloin was very good just as I like, rare. They have an online menu, you are expected to scan the QR code and find the menu. I tried to order online too and after a few trial I understood that you are not ordering online. It is good to dive into the menu. The service is very good and quick too.

Fantastic service by Lewis and Helen (I think that was her name) Lewis was friendly and helpful and Helen was great at advising what my husband could have due to his nut allergy. We've been to another tgi fridays and they have never asked about allergies before so we were made up with the service. Food was lovely and hot. Couldn't fault any of it. Will definitely be back.

Our visit here coincided with the covid-19 regulations. Well what a wonderful restaurant very clean and stylish everything that you expect from TGI fridays. The lunchtime menu is great, a bit expensive but hey it's nice. Quick and friendly staff would highly recommend going here on a date or a night out. Will be back again at some point. hopefully when all the regulations are no longer needed.

Great addition to Speke retail, the place is massive, loads of room and the decor is superb Food is like every other TGI Fridays, only complaint is drink service could be a bit faster and cutlery replaced quicker after starters but I’m sure they are teething problems with it just opening

Went yesterday with family for my daughter's birthday and we had a great time. Staff were lovely. Approachable and really friendly. They made a real fuss of my daughter and she felt very special in her balloon that, especially when everyone sang the birthday song to her. Food was good; for the most part hot, tasty and decent portion sizes. My mum's pasta did get served cold but when we pointed this out the staff made sure they got the whole dish remade for her and also removed the charge from the bill so that was a nice touch. All in all a good night and we would definitely go back again.

Went for a family birthday, really easy to book online and able to state it was for a birthday. When we arrived the table was ready and dressed with balloons and a balloon hat. Our waitress was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the kids menu give a good choice. The staff came and sang happy birthday and gave us a large piece of cake with a candle. We have been to other TGIs but this was the best so far.

First time at TGI Fridays, I wasn't disappointed. Got to mention the staff first as they are all amazing so friendly and helpful in a very natural way. We had the midweek two course meal deal, 3 price ranges to choose from. For starters we shared the wings and Tacos and for mains full rack of their famous glazed ribs and the sesame chicken. Everything we ordered was beautiful and the portions are so big they give you take out boxes on request.

A good overall food experience, not fantastic but tasty either way. This store does often have a wait for food so account that into your day. Also, the music here is always too loud in my opinion but that's just my taste, I think it's the same in a lot of restaurants. The decor is very well done with many I interesting art pieces and memorabilia on the walls to look at including one wall with a lot of video game related things for fellow game enthusiasts out there. The waitress who took our order (group of 3) was friendly and welcoming and sat down which makes the whole process seem less rushed and that you are a higher priority. I personally have a milk allergy so I ordered with a manager and a whole thorough cleaning process was done in the kitchen. Unfortunately by the time I had nearly finished my garlic bread (does not use milk) I found a strip of cheese stuck to the bottom of the last piece. So if you have an allergy be careful about coming here, the process may well be in place but it completely failed me at this visit. A shame really but they replaced the whole garlic bread platter free of charge. Just be advised that if you're allergy is life threatening and not just an intolerance then possibly consider elsewhere or heavily stress the point.

My husband and I go to TGI Fridays at least once a month. We love the atmosphere, the music and especially the food. I'm in love with the glazed baby back ribs... Our last visit was not all that pleasant. They run out of corn and instead of telling us they just didn't bring to the table. Also, the Macaroni and Cheese was cold and tasted weird. However, as I said before, we go a lot to TGIF, so one bad day will not make me change my review. In my opinion, this is a good place to go with friends and family.

Today I visited TGI's at speke retail park and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. All covid guidelines are in place and we where greeted in a timely and friendly manner. The food came promptly and was hot throughout. As it was my daughters birthday she received a free slice of cake to take away. Our server Charlotte was wonderful, she was polite, helpful and had a great rapport with the children. We shall definitely be visiting again, thank you

If you ever have a bad experience at TGIF i think you can safely blame it on planetary misalignment or in some people's case bad Karma. TGIF is one of those safe places where the menu is predictable but quality is guaranteed. It is the place I am always torn between deciding whether to go for the 12 Oz Rib eye steak or the full rack of Ribs in TGIF legendary glaze. Both are fantastic. The ribs are very tender and generous in portion. Service is great. Music not loud at all.

We went for a family meal, ages 2 to 93. Had a sharing portion of chicken wings to start, very nice. A varied selection of mains followed and I thoroughly enjoyed my rack of ribs with a Jack Daniels glaze which came with sweetcorn and fries. As someone who doesn't really do fries, I can't understand why they don't offer an option of thick hand cut chips. I have to say that the staff were very helpful with the 2 year old who has a milk allergy. The manager brought a folder showing all the allergens present in the different meals and the type of chicken we chose for him was very obviously enjoyed. As a criticism, I would say the music was far too loud for a family type meal. Conversation was impossible with any but the person next to you.

There was a long wait for food, was worth it, my dad got a steak said it tasted like rubber, manager swapped it immediately for a burger which he enjoyed. I also enjoyed my burger and chips. Mum and partner both went for ribs, glazed and bbq, not aj empty plate in sight. Just avoid the steak lol. Beers a little pricey. Would return again.

It took 30 minutes to get a table (they said 15), which is fair enough. But the 2 tables either side of me had their food orders lost and waited 45 minutes further for food! Writing this as I'm sat at the table and this is purely how amazing and gracious the staff are. Server is Josh. Hes lovely, attentive and quick!! Also happy to answer any questions! I ordered the Sesame Chicken strips and the chicken fajitas and let Josh know that I cant handle spicy food very well (currently waiting for Gallstone op updates, spicy is a no no). Wasnt aware the chicken fajitas are coated in Cajun spice. Josh and the manager were quick and understanding to resolve the issue and have served a plain chicken fajita within 5 minutes of raising the issue. Thank you guys so much :)

To say we had a couple of problems and then to score 5 stars seems to be a contradiction but it isn't. We had a little wait for a table as we hadn't booked but this was fine. We ordered and were unfortunately advised the starter we chose wasn't available having joked I hope everything else was ok the waitress (is this still the acceptable term?) Checked and unfortunately there was also something missing from the main too. We had had one of those days and this just seemed to make us laugh for some reason. The manager came over and comp'd us a drink but to be honest it was how they looked after us that earnt the 5 stars. Top staff and good food.

Food was sitting under the hot lamps in the kitchen for a while before it was bought out. It was still hot but would have been even better if it was fresh. Kids mocktails- ask for no ice in the raspberry one. Couldn't give it a lower rating because the staff were lovely.

Five guys has all the decent american food options and stuff that comes with it. I'd advise booking a table ahead of time for an evening meal as it always seems busy and you have to wait for a table if you do a walk in. The speed of service really does vary and I think that's more down to how the company structures things as it seems like neither the servers are intentionally being slow or the kitchen take forever but you can wait over 40 mins from starter to mains. I think the servers have to many tables to manage maybe cos they never seem to stop but your food can be waiting on the kitchen counter for service. I noticed this more than once cos the place is all open plan. The food tastes great, steaks are good, ribs are nice and I love the bbq sauce.

Went today, felt like we where forgotten about by the servers. After an hour waiting for our food (while watching people who came after us, get served and pay/leave) we asked about our meals and if the children's meals are ready, they arrived shortly afterwards. Looking at the kids meal, burger/hotdog and chips, it makes me wonder if they forgot to place the order for our meals, then quickly plated them up for the kids. Our meals arrived about 20 mins later and where a bit of a rushed mess. Although the food was ok-good, it wasn't worth the wait or the price. The glaze sauce literally covered everything, and you could tell this was to "hide" the overcooked dry burgers/chicken. I'll be Thanking God It's Friday elsewhere in future!
