Attended About Thyme (great name btw) as part of a work function. The restaurant kindly and comfortably accommodated 16 of us on a Monday evening. As it was a large party we had our own private area upstairs on an L configuration table which was excellent. Te red and white wines were very nice and because we were a large party we had a set menu. The starter of Ham and melon was amazing! (SERRANO HAM RESERVA) Welsh Lamb shank for main - cooked to perfection it just fell off the bone as you would expect and the dessert I could eat everyday forever CHURROS. (no picture of lamb unfortunately) I believe the set menu is reasonably priced at around £30pp which is very good value in my opinion especially on the quality of food and service we received. Thank you for your hospitality.

The food is 4 star. The service is 6 star. A really special night made more special by having service which is beyond expectations. We all enjoyed our mains. The Lamb shank was a stand out. I think we all enjoyed the starters we had. Maybe some finesse would elevate it. We shared everything off the pudding menu. All were on point. The service was above and beyond what is expected. This place is fantastic all the way around. We had reservations for 9:15 but showed up about 30 minutes early. They accommodated us temporarily in a table until ours on the second floor became available. We were treated with such care by Isidro , not sure if he was the sommelier, Maitre'd or owner, but such a knowledgeable and caring soul. The food was incredible. We had a goat cheese encrusted with nuts and a beef carpaccio that were to die for. I had the tuna steak, lightly seared. One of my friends had the pork and two had the veal chop. They couldn't stop raving over their dishes. The wine recommendation was great. We went through two bottles and photographed it so we could purchase once we got home.

Was here with my husband in July on a warm evening for dinner. Good food, decent portions & pleasant surroundings. Bread with olive oil dressing comes as standard/complimentary with meals plus some lovely personal touches with the way water and complimentary water is served. Clean decor. Shame they've got such a wonky pun name - it's actually pretty great! Nice simple menu with a Spanish focus. They catered well to our vegan friends, and the serving staff were absolutely fantastic throughout. Price is a touch steep but I was surprised to find somewhere so nice in that area so can definitely deal with it!

Wonderful dining experience. The attention to detail is impressive. A very personal place that makes you feel warm and welcome. The food is nothing short of incredible. My partner had the Duck Confit which was lovely and I had the Rib Eye Steak... cooked to perfection! A lovely little place.

This restaurant is my favourite default when I meet friends centrally in London but more importantly I chose to dine here with some erstwhile colleagues - nine in total, all of whom had not visited previously - as I knew the welcome and food would not disappoint. And it didn't! As usual, the staff were delightful and attentive and the food excellent; all in the company were happy and content - even the most fussy of eaters could find no fault - resulting in a joyfully relaxed evening. As I said, this is my default restaraunt, I may well be biased but until this restaraunt fails to deliver I will continue to offer my patronage and exalt their virtues.

The experience was stunning and memorable. The preparation and presentation of this wonderful meal and accompanying champagne and wines was exemplary in every way. The "About Thyme" experience is something very special, provided with every care and attention to detail by Issy and his exceptional team. Customer satisfaction is top priority at About Thyme with a superlative variety of dishes and selection of fine wines. My party and I were privileged and absolutely delighted to spend time and dine here.
