loved my double chicken burger. loved that you can choose your own toppings too. it’s probably a little over what I would normally pay for a burger so be prepared to look deep into your pockets. and be prepared to wait when it’s peak time but these burgers are made fresh and the flavour is worth it. I had double fried chicken burger with loaded fries and ginger beer (surprisingly flavoursome compared to other gingers)! we went on a saturday night at 7 so peak period indeed. we didn’t wait long but had finished our drinks by the time our meals came. and I know other customers waited quite a bit longer than us. but I would still go back. my burger was tasty and the others I saw they looked sumptuous too.

I heard about this place when it was pretty new. All my mates went there a few times before I got the chance to go myself. Very highly rated by by my mates, I had to check it out. When people go on about how good a place is, it usually doesn’t meet your expectations as you expected it to be perfect in every way. I have to say this place didn’t let me down one bit! The place looked good and clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was 11/10! Burger was “BANGING” as the name suggests! It was full of juice and flavour, and every bite was as good as the last one. Gourmet burgers are hard to make like that as usually the middle don’t taste like the sides of the burger. The chips were perfectly salted (not too much or too little), they were crispy and they still had the skin on them! Their choice of drinks is out of the ordinary. This place stands out from your usual eating places! I’d give more stars if I could! My mates and bro told me their consistency of great food is always on point, so I’d definitely recommended if you’re in the area. And if you’re not in the area then I recommend you to travel here to try this place! It’s worth your time and every bite!

It's my first time experience having a Smash Style Burger, you have to choose your own fillings for your burger so I went for a Double Beef with Cheese, Caramelised Onions and Jalapenos with Burger Sauce and it was amazing!! The smash beef patties were juicy and crispy so flavoursome and went perfectly with the fillings, the fries were great too I'll say it is in between a frie and chip with slight skin on. Their drinks were in house tried their Strawberry and their Mango soda drinks and they were great too, the Strawberry one tastes like Strawberries and Cream. The only dissapointment was the Fried Chicken Strips, they were overdone, too hard and crispy, flavour wasn't great probably because it was overdone if that is their intended style, could have been 5 stars minus the chicken strips. Definitely the best beef burger place in the Stepney/Mile End area, definitely revisit when I'm in the area.

Are you ready to taste the best burgers ever in East London? This place sells high quality burgers, triple cut chips and unique drinks. I was sooo impressed with flavours and the attention to detail. Located on Mile End Road, near Stepney Green Station. Easy to get to, plenty of parking nearby, pay and dislay or free after 6:30pm. The burgers are freshley made from the finest ingredients. I really enjoy eating at this place. My sisters and I decided to try another restaurant out the other day and as we ate the food (which was nice), we spoke of how Andy's would have been a better choice 😂 Personally I'd say the beef burger is better than chicken, I found it quite salty when tried it, and decided to stick to beef thereafter - others have said the same. The beef is juicy, with the possibility of endless toppings, and cripsy hand-cut chips. I love their drinks, a range of flavours, both sweet and satisfying. What I like most is that their food isn't processed, so I know I'm getting actual beef and none of the junk 'meat' that burgers typically have. I prefer to take the food away as seating area is minimal, also I wish they would deliver!

Right let me just start by saying I have never left a review if the food is bad or good but this is THE place. Hands down this is the best burger place in London which is halal also. No fee for extras aswell!? First of all I would like to congratulate Adull, he is a a burger master the way he assembles it like a peice of art not to mention how very friendly & pure hearted they guy is. He has looked after me very well to say the least. Iv never been treated with such hospitality ANYWHERE. Also loui who I recently have met who just started greeted me with the one of the biggest, warm hearted smiles you will find. The team is strong & diversity is amazing here with the different cultures. It is a gem in in the endz. Simple concept executed brilliantly 👌🙌 this is my 2nd burger I just cant help my self it or be bothered to show the burger. Everyone knows it looks amazing aswell as taste. Im too eager to eat it but everyone should know by now the burger is bangz if you don't know just get know 🍔 byyeee 😋😋😋

We visited here on Saturday 12th/June for lunch. The burgers were absolutely amazing, really well cooked and the chefs care! The chicken tenders were so delicious. They'll give any chicken shop a run for their money. Staff are really friendly too, we were dining in and they also gave us a free milkshake. I would definitely like to go back.

I would say the chicken burger is a lot better than the beef burgers from my experience. The drinks only the blue flavour and the mango flavour was good, banging cola is not banging unfortunately. The chips I would not recommend from my experience of coming here several times it becomes boring and taste bland; my family agreed with me and they said next time just order the burger. I should have taken a better photos of the burgers and the meals that me and my siblings got. The customer service was decent even though they forgot to tell us there was no chickens strips and we had to tell them we didn't get it so we got a milkshake instead.

My first time at Andy's and as they have a create your own menu, didn't know what ingredients and sauces to put in my burger so left the decision to the person behind the till. Ordered the double beef, not sure what was inside but was a very nice burger. The loaded fries were amazing. Overall a bit pricey but I'd say worth the money.

In short, very good burgers. I am always skeptical about burgers as my standard for them is quite high. The beef burger: Very high quality meat and well cooked. You can taste the freshness. The add ons inevitably compliment the burger. I would recommend a "Younis Burger" arrangement. This burger is the crem de crem of the burger Market. The fish burger: The big surprise. I anticipated a disappointment or a poor imitation of the Filet-o-fish. How wrong I was. They use fresh fish and it was so tender and juicy. Many would really knock this one on the head... Defo one not to miss. The grilled/fried chicken burgers: Nothing special but not poor. They were good burgers and would do well at other establishments. However these burgers was overshadowed by the quality of the others. Not a bad selection for one who is fond of poultry. Don't get put off trying it. Blue mix drinks are known universally to be good. The thickshakes are fantastic. The loaded fries are very good. I would recommend having it with chicken strips.

An affordable - filling meal in London that I enjoy going back to is @andysburgers_uk I got their double beef burger meal, consisting of a double beef burger, medium chips & a medium drink. The double beef burger is ideal if you enjoy lots of toppings and condiments; mine was full of cheese, beef bacon, tobacco onions, jalapeño peppers, lettuce, truffle mayo and chilli jam. I love the various textures yet complimenting flavours you get in this specific combination. There’s no doubt that a build a burger place like #andyslondon is perfect for those who want to play around with flavours and textures and those who are reserved and picky with what toppings they enjoy. From the few times I’ve visited Andys, they’ve been consistent in their seasoning - isn’t under seasoned or over seasoned, it’s in the middle I’ve tried their lemon & lime juice, it’s nice though it has a strong, sharp bitter lemon & lime aftertaste that I’m not fond of though their mango drink is refreshing and is what my friends & I typically opt for. #andysmileend provide hand cut chips that could do with being a bit more crispy. Service was quick to order & staff are very friendly and nice. Andys is a takeaway place though they do have one bench inside for those that want to sit in. Dead chips, but they give salt and pepper so you can add some flavour to it, it would be better if they did that however you can still order loaded fries which are £2 more to avoid that. Kinda expensive in comparison to burger places but it is worth is for the burgers, they are definitely bangin burgers, the bun to the variety of burger options are very well made. The customer service was good but waiting times are long, which is understandable as it is very popular.

Everyone I come here I am surprised and amazed by how good the burgers and food are! Simply the BEST in London by far! I have traveled and eaten so many burgers and I'll always keep coming back here, me and my partner came to visit when they had just opened. Excellent burgers. Simple and straight to the point menu. Chose any number of fillings go in you burger, including beef bacon and fried mushrooms. Skin on fries are nice, my only problem is that it was served in an air tight box, which made the chips go soggy quickly. Didn't much fancy the fish burger, very greasy. £10 for a double beef buger meal is a good price. Not much seating so best for a take out.

I have been meaning to try this spot for months and finally happened to be walking past in need of some food. The reviews are totally accurate - the burgers here are fantastic. All cooked fresh in an open kitchen with toppings to die for. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 Note that there isn't very much seating here (just be aware) and they don't serve alcohol. Would love it if they started to serve onion rings. But you can't have it all!

Beef burgers are pretty good. Chicken burger so so. I asked for a Coke Zero the first time I went and when I tried it, it was literally zero. Not sweet at all, not even any sweetener. Tasted bitter and couldn't drink it. Thought this was an error and the machine ran out of sweetener. I was told however on my next visit that this is what their 'coke zero' tastes like. It wasn't actually coke, it was their own version. Very strange.

The chips didn’t taste as good but wasn’t bad. 3/5 The burger needed more seasoning and wasn’t as juicy as the first time. 3/5 I’ll be lowering my rating from 4/5 to 3/5 22/07/2021 1st Visit The burger was an 8/10, needed gherkins or dill pickles. For me the perfect burger is simple. Smash burger Pattie, cheese (low melting point), pickles and mustard. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Soft brioche buns The chips (not pictured sorry) were like Five Guys chips which is a 10/10. I ordered the ginger beer as my beverage and that hit the spot for me. Look at the presentation of the burger 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 It was a takeaway also. The bad for me was the waiting time to be served. They should have opened up a second till. The till person didn’t seem in much of a rush I will be going back and hopefully give it 5 stars

I see what the premise was here. A replica of Five Guys but they cater for the Muslims community too. So how does it compare to the national burger joint? In my opinion, it is a good attempt and with a bit of work it can be a close substitute for Five Guys. They have replicated all of the elements, but fall short in a few areas. We tried the beef burgers with a good selection of toppings. The chips and drink come with the meal and the price is a lot cheaper than Five Guys. I liked the burgers which was 7/10 in terms of juiciness toppings were 8/10. The bacon substitute in my opinion was no where as good as the real thing. Chips were very good, crispy without being oily. The drinks in my opinion were mediocre. They tasted like those E numbered drinks u used to drink as a kid which tasted ok but was far too sugary and would seem to glow in the dark. Good customer service. However, we asked for a hand sanitiser as we touched the door but was surprised to find no sanitising gel offered, only a wet wipe. The sit in area, although was fairly clean, felt more like a fried chicken shop with a front door that does not close properly. This means the cold air comes in which does not make for a comfortable sit in.

So impressed by this little burger joint. I cycle past this place on my daily commute and had to stop tonight to try the burgers I smell all too often. I wasn’t disappointed - awesome flavour, the peanut butter milkshake was wonderful and nutty, most importantly there was a lovely vibe from the serving team and despite getting the order slightly wrong they more than made up for it with a freebie and a smile. Oh and the burgers are also awesome!

The burger was not bad, about the same or a little lower than five guys but the range of toppings is much more limited. You can choose any toppings without extra charge. The chips tasted good but needed a little bit more cooking for a little bit of a crunch. The service is quite bad. I ordered a burger and had to wait 35 minutes, 15 mins longer than the estimated time on the receipt. The place was busy but not that busy. They either need to get a bigger grill or hire someone who can flip more burgers. The staff was interesting. The guy giving the orders to customers waiting outside looked objectively miserable. He obviously made some bad choices in life and was just trying to get through the day. The guy at the till had cold dead eyes, joy has never lit up those eyes. Maybe he was going through an existential crisis. They didn't enforce the use of masks on customers and some customers were waiting inside without masks. They should take their orders outside.

Great place! I've never had milkshake made so quickly. When you go to Shake Shack or Five Guys you often have a feeling that they are milking the cow and churning the ice cream after you ordered it. Here I got my milkshake in under a minute, it was delicious and cheaper than most places.

Winner! I got finessed into getting the double beef burger because the server was a lil charmer and I left it to him to build my burger and I was not disappointed! Double beef patties married with caramelised onions, jalapeños and cheese with their children Chipotle mayo and chilli jam. I very rarely go for meat burgers but I was trusting this young man to elevate my experience and I was lifted! The patties were flavoursome but not with the smelly meaty odour that I avoid. The sauces really made the burger and I love that you can customise your toppings and sauces to really make it personal. Come prepared though because these guys don't mess around. Busy as it was, my burger was ready within 15mins and there were a fair few groups of people before and after us, as well as takeaway orders. I think they handle themselves well and are situated in a prime location for many customers to benefit. My only grumble is that drivers will find it difficult to just pull up. Parking in front is non existent and nearby side roads are busy. Will be back to try the other burgers!

The place is maybe a little untidy because of its size and staff being mostly behind the counter. The options are plentiful but tbh the actual burgers are a bit underwhelming and the chips are a bit random - varying in size taste and dryness and the pickles aren't good either. My main takeaway is this: is it better then most standard halal burgers you get in chicken shops n such? Miles better. Does it scratch the itch it was going for in essentially making a halal five guys (I.e. a gourmet-ish style fast-food burger)? Not quite. Still it is good value for money. I would advise them to get a better crust on the beef burgers, cook the beef bacon at a lower temperature, make smash burger rather than use the beef burgers they are using now, use cheese with more flavour, add some sort of topped fries dish to the menu and make better pickles. I would still advise anybody to give them a try first.

Triple beef burger with unlimited toppings and large drink and skin on rustic fries (that taste like chippychips) for £12 cant go wrong - truffle/chipotle mayo, crispy tobacco onion and beef bacon is a must. - ive been told by friend burger is very similar to Fiveguys. Usually theres a wait for the food, no fault to them its cos of all the Uber/deliveroo orders that they fulfill - 15-20mins - hope they implement a better queue system for the drivers, theyre all scattered on the street making it harder to socially distance when waiting for food and people walking on the street have to filter walk through them and their customers. HMC certified meats used.

A delicious double beef burger, just rare enough in the middle, except I ordered a double grilled chicken meal. My fries and drink were okay though. That meal cost me more than what I got. If you're going to get my order wrong, at least give me my money's worth! I'll be back to try the grilled chicken burger - apparently it's large enough to justify charging for the price of a triple beef burger - but that'll be the end of it. This place is a "two & through" proposition you should try at least once.

Travelled all the way from West London to East for these burgers (twice already!) after going my first time 5 days ago and I don’t regret the journey at all. One thing I really dislike here is that their staff are very unprofessional. Little boys casually spitting and smoking at the entrance of the shop. What is this behaviour?? Probably nice guys but leave that roadman character at the door when you're at place of work. Address your customers properly and not "yo" and go smoke away from the shop. This is all I could smell on two visits. The beef burgers are on point however, really enjoy these every time. The cispy texture on the patties elevate the burger. This is the only good thing about their menu. Chicken burger lacking flavour, you're better off at a PFC. Fish burger was very disappointing, nothing like they advertise. Go get a filet-o-fish instead. Chips are hit and miss, some days awesome but other days they taste like plastic.

Ordered on Uber eat loaded fries and single burger meal which includes fries and drink. I got strawberry crush I tought it’s a can drink. Defo better than Five Guys - an evident inspiration for this great local business. Beef is great. Would be better if they had set combos with the option of adding your own toppings (like subway). Burger had too much mustard, I asked to tobacco onions but got fried onions in the burger. Chips were cold, I’m sure they would’ve have been great if hot. Strips were good in size but bland. Got 6 ketchups but charge extra for Mayo? Charging 75p for standard sauces is embarrassing. I feel like they were going for a 5 guys feel, but didn’t really deliver. Finally I feel like the price was not competitive, perhaps they justify that with the hype. Overall 6/10.

I would have voted 2.5 but there's no option. The single beef burger with all the relish was excellent and cannot fault that. However the fried chicken burger was a bit overdone. Adding to that are the very dry skin on fries in a paper cup which I found odd. The fizzy drinks which we had were the guava and the grape which both were so syrupy sweet. It was just way to sweet even for my kid. I do think it needed more carbonated water to balance the flavour out. Both of us felt super tired after eating and I do think it's all due to the drink. Next time if I eat here, I personally will only go for the beef burger.

We placed our order at 9:00 pm four burgers three signal chicken meals and one double beef burger meal, we were told 15 minutes for the food to get ready. All. I will say don't expect quick service on a Friday evening we waited 50 minutes for oir food. Amazing customer service. The signature Beef burgers are a little under seasoned for my taste buds but given the variety of toppings you won't be short of choices to add some extra flavor. Pottaoe fries could be better to compliment the burger however it was dried up and if I may say so dead, even with a little help from added ketchup and mayo it couldn't be resuscitated. I prayed my final prayer and finahed off with Bangin Cola which was flat No fizz or a bang but as calm as the good old plain tap water. I went to Andy's because of the social media hype and tried both the beef and chicken burger meals. I don't recommend the chicken burger at all, it was one of the worst fried chicken burgers I've tried. It was quite dry and lacked flavour. I couldn't taste anything, I thought I had covid for a second, where was the seasonings? The beef burger was slightly better than the chicken but again, it wasn't great. I'd say the beef burger was just bang on average. The chips were decent. The one thing that really stood out to me was the chilli jam, its got a nice flavour. Pricing was pretty cheap and affordable. Overall (excluding the chicken burger) Andy's was bang-on average. Unfortunately it didn't live up to my hype.

We have experienced long queues (you have to queue up to order) but this is too be expected due to how great the restaurant is. The fact that you can choose how spicy you want your food is a really good idea (you can even have it plain if you don't do spicy) and do fully customisable burgers, its insane. On the drinks side there are all the usuals, hopefully they add some specials, but they should have something you like. Service was great and the hygiene and cleanliness was very good too. Me and some mates came in at a busy time around March. Many shops were closed and Lockdown was going to start in a few days. There was only one guy working, he was so kind and accommodating making everything from fries to fish burgers and regular burgers from scratch. He never raised his voice and even made pleasant conversations. The wait was 10 minutes, but the store was packed. This was the best service I've ever had in all of London. Turns out he was one of the owners. I 12/10 recommend this joint. The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. I will surely become a regular. Went looking for a burger joint after bouldering in Mile End and stumbled upon this gem. Had a burger with a beef and mushroom patty with alot of the extras on offer. Beef bacon was a nice surprise as it is a halal place. Staff were lovely. Burgers excellent and the fries are what you expect fries to be. One of the owners sat and chatted with me and my friend and was so generous to offer us more fries and drinks on the house. Great place and run by great people. Definitely will return!

Okay so an honest review. Andys is nothing like your normal Burger joint. TL:DR highly recommended, great experience. First of all, the venue itself is nice and clean, had a very good vibe to it. The service is excellent, the staff are polite and friendly, and our order was made quickly. The menu is quite simple however what makes Andys special is the vast amount of choices you have for toppings. Price wise, it is very good value for money. A double patty meal is only £10 and you get a lot of food for your money. Now I don't think this is part of the normal service, but during my visit I spoke with the owner, and this alone would be reason enough to visit Andys. An extremely nice guy who is very passionate about his product. Showed me around and one thing I noticed is how fresh the ingredients are. They make their own fries and buns which is something not a lot of other establishments can claim. Reviewed by your Bengali brothers from Leeds.

The two things that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I think the price is a bit expensive for what it is and they do not do any ice for the drinks. Apart from that I would definitely recommend it and I will be going again.

I have to admit, the burgers there are really good and top quality. The beef patties are very flavoursome, and moist, unlike other places who overcook the meat. With the good topping selection where you are more or less creating your own burger, it really does stand out. Amongst all these self proclaimed 'burger joints' creeping up around Tower Hamlets, I would say it is definitely living up to its name. Definately would recommend to go there.

I recommend for topping, truffle mayo, burger sauce, tartere sauce, jalapenos, lettuce, cheese and other goods. They did make a minor mistake with one of my family members order though by not giving the tomato topping but that was a minor mistake we could overlook and they were busy at the time so I could understand. Prices are a little high and scary but the meal deals are fair. I'd love to see a triple burger some day though, that would be amazing. I recommend this place to anyone nearby as it's the best burger's you will ever get.

I went to Andys tried their double beef burgers and with the choice of my toppings, I can say this burger was very nice. thats all positive i can say about their food, their chips did not taste nice. Over cooked. when i went to pick up my food, i had to wait a further 15mins to get my drink. this was because there is only 1 person taking orders and giving drinks out, even though im already a customer and had paid it would had been ideal to finish the service off to me and see to the next cutomer, but no. I had to wait 15mins and by then my food had gone cold. After all that, i wanted some sauce for my chips as the chips was very dry. I looked around for sauce, they do not have sauces anywhere. So i asked the guy on the till, i got ignored for 10mins, then the guy making the burger asked me what i wanted, i said sauces for my chips. He told me he will give it, and went away chopping onions and flipping burgers. roughly 14mins went past. i asked anopther staff that i need sauce, he replied his making the sauce, so i decided i dont need the sauce anymore. i had my burger and some of the sauce from teh burger dripped to my shirt, there was zero tissue so had to use the packaging paper from teh burger bag to wipe the sauce. The staff comes after i finished the food with 2 small pots full of mayo and ketchup. moral to the story is burger was nice, but dont expect anything more than that. BRING YOUT OWN TISSUE AND SAUCES. wont be heading there anytime soon. ps. staff didnt even care, felt like more like a "Frat group"

Andys 'bangin burgers'.. It's a bold claim, but they sure do live up to it. Hands down the best burgers I've eaten. The soft buns, the crispy onions that meaty perfectly seasoned patty. Disintegrates in your mouth the second you take a bite. The chips really were the let down of the day but because of how well the burger was cooked I'm gna put it down to it being a bad batch of chips or even that they may have been left out too long. Finally got a burger from Andys - got the ‘Big Ting’ which comes with bottomless drink and chips, however they didn’t let anyone sit inside on a Saturday afternoon which defeats the purpose of the bottomless chips and drink - they also didn’t have any large cups so we were given regular sized cups, so no bottomless drink, we got a regular size drink for the price of large. After ordering we had to wait outside for our order. The service was also very awkward, the guy who came out to give our order seemed really disinterested and was a little rude to my brother when he asked for a refill on his bottomless drink. 2 stars lost for the above. Now onto the food, the burgers were seasoned very well, my double beef with fried chicken was cooked perfectly - the sauces/toppings were quality and didn’t disappoint. The chips were nicely cooked and salted, however the sauces were standard, BBQ sauce or chilli sauce would’ve been a nice touch but no complaints about the chips. My wife’s grilled chicken burger was not very good, the chicken was tough and dry, however the beef patties made up for it - i would suggest you stick to fried chicken rather than grilled. Overall the food lived up to the hype, was really pleased, however due to the service i’m not sure i’ll be giving them a go so soon, really a shame considering this has become one of my top burgers. Since we weren’t allowed to sit inside i couldn’t really take many pics so here is a snap of my burger 🍔
