Simple interior, good service, superb food. We had mains and dessert. Wagyu Sando for me, cooked to perfection: melt in the mouth and surprisingly filling and paired with one of the nicest ciders I've ever had. Pistachio eclair and americano finished it off nicely. They have a brunch menu too and that looked excellent as well.

Ambiance and employees were nice. However, the food we ordered was extremely disappointing. Maybe it was because we got the hot chocolate first, which I have to admit was the best I ever had, but the truffle scramble and avocado toast tasted very off and flavorless. It felt as though the chef had never tasted it before, even if the idea of the flavor combinations and presentation looked good on paper. Lastly, the only reason I gave three starts instead of two, as the food was underwhelming and the price was overwhelming, was because of the hot chocolate. Might come again for it, too...

We came here for a business dinner, the food was really nice and the price very affordable (3 course meal for £35!!!). This branch is fairly small compared to other Aubaines in London, but it fit perfectly for our party of 40. The atmospher is dimmed and relaxed. The staff is lovely and takes great care of you! Highly recommend! (Oh and the nutella profiteroles are to die for!!)

Brunch here was mediocre at best, which is a shame because it looks promising from the outside. The setting is nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. Sadly the food just didn't live up to that. I had the omlette which was just a flat disc of egg, not at all what I expected. And it came with a few salad leaves and a tiny piece of toast. Certainly not worth £11. My friend had eggs royale and the poached eggs were sadly overdone - not at all runny. I would expect somewhere charging this much for brunch to at least be able to cook eggs properly. Don't think I will be returning here for food. Perhaps just for a coffee would be ok.

Re-opened since lockdown and, whilst it's always been a great location, the menu seems even better than before (Wagyu Sando is excellent). Wonderful now that so many tables are permitted outside - hope that lasts and no good reason it shouldn't - making it a great spot for brunch (people & car spotting: it's Lambo-&-Ferrari central) or a relaxed evening meal. It was nicely buzzy this evening - just two waitresses coping admirably - and it'll be popular this summer.

Lovely understated restaurant. An odd mix of exposed overhead infrastructure and sophisticated tables and chairs. Welcoming and friendly staff and although they made a mess of our dessert order, they apologised, explained and discounted our bill. It's a really good place to eat when you've emerged from one of the museum's. Most importantly, while the special menus are a bit restricted, the à la carte menu is excellent and little more. The kitchen know their business.

The food is ok but overpriced, which is no surprise is this neighborhood. A bit surprising is the clueless staff in a place which acts „french“ and has no idea what you are talking about when you ask for a café au lait. It should also be possible to serve two breakfasts for two persons at the same time, and not the second one when the first person is nearly finished. High prices should also be justified by good service.

How the mighty have fallen :-( Aubaine has been my favourite place for breakfast in London for years but the past few visits the quality of food and service has dropped each time to leave us with an average reminder of what used to be. Before Covid the serving sizes were getting smaller and smaller while the prices were getting higher and higher. I could still deal with this to a point as the Lobster Benedict was generally worth the visit. Today however I was really disappointed that I won't actually be coming back. I understand that due to Covid places are understaffed and reduced menu's need to be implemented, I have no problem with that. But it is unacceptable in my eyes to serve an entire table of food (5 people) absolutely stone cold. Regardless of whether breakfast is only 9-12 quid with the options available, serving up cold eggs & benedicts is just unacceptable. They were evidently busier than expected and one of the servers was lovely and she even apologised for the rushed service. The other server was however totally rude and useless, essentially bringing our cold eggs and handing them to us while empty croissant plates were scattered on the table, was an interesting awkward reorganisation of plates with no care or assistance from the waiter. 100 quid for a rubbish breakfast that left us all desiring much much more. Today was the last straw of a gradual decline, unfortunately Aubaine is now one for my memory books.
