Lovely environment with a beautiful restaurant to note the signal is very little below. Had the set menu which was great but if I had half a chance I would only have the shellfish. Crab was amazing and will def be back. Also had amazing cocktail that I will definitely recommend

We had a brilliant experience at Beast. The steak was perfectly cooked to our requirements and super tender and flavourful. The sommelier Gabriele educated, surprised and delighted us with his wine recommendations. Allergies were taken very seriously which was reassuring. Every single member of the team we interacted with went above and beyond to make the dinner an unforgettable one.

An extraordinary experience that is unlike anything that I have seen/experienced so far. Firstly, the way the restaurant has been set up is through a mix of modern and classic design all done in a very elegant way. It felt quite special being in such an environment. Secondly, the service was perfect! It was clearly apparant that the staff was passionate about what they are actually serving and take care of things. Our main waitress spent time elaborating about the different meat cuts they had available and everyone seemed to have an eye for detail on almost everything - the way how things are presented, the way how things are carried, warm plates for the main course and cold plates for the desserts, etc etc. Last but definitely not least, the restaurant caters to Halal dietary requirements when notified at least 24 hours in advance - for now only the Australian Chateaubriand is Halal and there needs to be a minimum of 400g per order. I requested this one and I can highly recommend it. The meat was so tender and succulent and complementing it with the tripple-cooked truffle chips and fresh peppercorn sauce just blew my mind. Everyone else decided to share different types of meat with each other and they all loved what they ate. In addition to this, the Wild Nigerian Prawn was insanely delicious. As for the desserts, these were shared amongst us and were nicely presented. My favourite was the Pistachio crumble cheesecake. Bottom line: Yes it is a very expensive restaurant but if you want to try something different & boujee of a very high quality then this place really ticks the box.

My husband took me there to celebrate my birthday and can only say first class food and service. We had the tasting menu and there was so much food! The crab was fantastic and the steak beautifully cooked. I prefer mine a bit more cooked and my husband likes it rare, they were able to get it perfect.

Impeccable in every way. Service was beyond amazing - swift, polite, knowledgeable and with a smile. Food cooked to perfection. We celebrated my husbands birthday here and I had got in touch prior and they handled everything perfectly and truly went above and beyond. They recreated a tasting menu type experience catering to our needs of halal. Also their non alcoholic drinks were great. The ambience of the restaurant was decadent but not pretentious. Just wow! Took my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and everything was perfect from the food (we had the king crab legs which was the best, steak, truffle chips), the surprise birthday cake and all the kind staff who made sure we had the best service :)

Top meal at boisterous restaurant Beast, brought to you by the same owners of Goodman. The setting is an opulent downstairs banqueting atmosphere with long thick wooden tables with only temporary covid barriers separating diners. Lively fun loud atmosphere ideal for a group of friends etc - not convinced it’s ideal for a date night though just FYI. Great cocktail list, in particular the truffle negroni was amazing and innovative. The tasting menu includes oyster, scallop, wagyu tataki, and then the stars of the show - the king crab legs and the T bone steak. Both were delicious - the crab succulent and sweet and the steak perfectly cooked and flavoursome. Some cheese and a chocolate tart finishes off the menu. Total £200 pp for the tasting plus a few cocktails. Really good stuff, and would come back for a slap up, but non fussy night out with friends for sure. 17/20

We had the most incredible experience here last night, our waitress Teresa was unbelievably knowledgeable about all the dishes - we tried pretty much everything on the menu and we were not disappointed! Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and really made the evening special. The food was exceptional, we loved the scallops and the crab in particular. The restaurant is perfect for a romantic date night or a dinner with friends, (I believe it was the manager) Antonio even came over to ask us how everything was which I thought was lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

Hidden away at the back of Oxford Street we would never have found this gem without someone recommending it. We had the experience menu with the wine selection which was excellently presented and accompanied. The staff were very friendly and professional explaining ever dish and wine as we went through all six courses. It's not a cheap night out but for a special occasion this was perfect.

Best steak in London. Don’t even need to go for the Wagyu, for flavour and experience take the ribeye Shorthorn - 4/6 years aged British beef. Price is around £80, but is an unforgettable experience. Truly mouth watering

Bland overpriced food. Had two tasting menus and pretty much everything that was served had minimal flavour, much was under-salted with the exception being the cauliflower carpaccio which was overly salted. Desert was like something you would get in a standard Café. Overall very disappointing. Quality of the ingredients seemed good, however steak was mediocre at best. Service was excellent.

Had the most exceptional steak there - possibly the best steak of my life, though I've said that a few times. Yes, it is on the expensive side - £10 for a bowl of chips, though the chips are delicious, with truffle and you don't need a whole bowl yourself. Nice atmosphere, quite overpriced and cooking instructions not followed. A restaurant which prizes itself on the speciality breeds and cuts of steaks should know how to prepare a medium rib eye, so it doesn’t arrive blue rare.

Not the most child friendly place, thus would not recommend visiting with kids. Parking of course it is tricky, but this is expected in the location. All in all great experience.

It’s really something special. You have to seat together with many other people. Just drink more and you’ll be happy. Cos food is wonderful and prices are extremely realistic. Try very rare choices of bourbons and gins. It’s great with crabs and meats.

We heard about this restaurant from some friends and decided to give it a try. The idea of the aquarium is definitely something particular and even these big tables all together makes the atmosphere more lively(even if i am not a big fan of it but, just personal taste). In terms of food: crab, filet and desserts were great while we thought that sides could have actually been better if anything; even if the fries with truffle were excellent. If you are big fan of crabs and want to spend nice time with friends, definitely worth the visit but, be ready for a quite steep bill.

A restaurant I’ve wanted to go to for ages but the type of place you go to when you don’t have to pay! Luckily a client meal was the perfect opportunity. It’s not cheap but everything you get is incredible quality and tasty as hell. Starters blew my mind - the black miso cod and Nigerian prawns particularly (they are enormous). Steak and crab for main were excellent and the selection of drinks were great. The restaurant is beautiful - highly recommend if you get the opportunity.

If you're looking to impress someone or simply dine in luxury, this is for you. If you were looking for the best crab you've ever eaten, perhaps you'll like Beast, but I can't say this crab beat a fresh BBQ on the beach in either Kota Kinabalu, Bohol or local crab dishes found in Busan at less than 10% of the price. Personally, I found the restaurant grossly overpriced - king crab is expensive but the prices here are ludicrous. Well over £200 spent on a small meal for two, one drink each. The cocktails were outstanding, to be fair.

This place was an ultimate experience in itself! Upon entering you're greeted by the beast itself, walking down to the restaurant we are greeted by large tanks of Norwegian King Crabs and cured beef meat. There are 3 long tables instead of individual tables which almost felt like something out of Harry Potter. We went for the ribeye steak from Nebraska, Norwegian King Crab, truffle chips and plain chips and bone marrow. Wow I can't even begin to describe the steak. It was just so tender, juicy and sweet!! This is honestly the best steak I've tried so far and I have tried many! The steak came with I think mushroom sauce/gravy? Oh gosh that went so well with the steak but even without it the steak was glorious already. The truffle chips..wow that was out of this world!!! My mum always went about how she always wanted to try truffle mushroom but I never understood the hype around it until I have tried these truffle chips. It is a godsend!!!!!!! You HAVE to order the truffle chips if you come here. I didn't have the Norwegian King crab but my friend who ordered it was very satisfied with it and the best crab she has tried so far. The bone marrow was also good according to my friend. Honestly I am going back soon. I'm so happy this place exists. Yes it is more on the expensive side, especially for the crab but for steak I'd say its average compared to other places, the only difference is in the amazing taste. If you're visiting London and craving for seafood and steak, this is a place not to miss.

It is a very elegant luxurious place and you should make your booking before you visit. I tried their Sirloin steak with medium cooking and my companion tried the fillet also with medium cooking as well as medium well. All was perfectly cooked and their meat is aged, accordingly it tastes perfect an beyond any steak I have ever had. Staff are very welcoming and helpful as well as polite. Also, the side dishes are very appetite. As for the desert they have the best in town. Some of the guests were ordered crabs it looks very yummy 😋....I will definitely try it a my next visit and enormous as well so u have to share....it may be a little expensive, however, related to food and drinks quality it really deserves it. Hence, it is a place that one ought to try at sometimes.

Best steak in London, we had a Galician Blonde cow that was amazing. The king crab is delicious as well and you should try the scallops and the broccoli. It's expensive but it's worth the money, food quality is great. My only negative comment is that they served the crab at the same time as the chuletón, when I would have expected they just serve the crab first only..

The food was very very good. Steaks were perfectly cooked and flavoured. Wide ranging selection of sides. The complexity of the ordering process and the constant upselling by the staff got tiresome and make it unlikely I'll return. Don't quote me prices in 100g, get me to order 400g, come back 5 minutes later saying you sold out the 400g despite only 9 other patrons and 600g is your smallest size. And if my first bottle of wine was £70, don't try and push a £190 bottle on me next time.

What a place, we decided to come visit after seeing the queue at Le Relais de venise. In all honesty I should have checked the prices first as it was very expensive but it was our wedding anniversary so it didn't matter too much for the two of us. Booking is recommended but if you turn up early then you should be fine. Food and service is excellent, although the kill room ambience at reception and down the stairs is a little bit off putting 😃. We really didn't know what we were letting ourselves in for as I didn't check photos or reviews beforehand but very glad we did visit.

The food was very good as was the service but the price is outrageous. One of our friends asked for a glass of wine and when the bill came a 175ml glass of red wine was £28.50. we were shocked. An establishment should warn you if a small glass of wine is as expensive as a bottle is in most places. It is not acceptable. It is a shame we left with a bad taste considering we were so excited about going and the food and atmosphere were so nice. Personally, I will never go there again, but if you have unlimited money and want to try Excellent crab, this is a good place. Just be warn of the price

Generally good experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to hold the crabs. We visited again 3 years later and there were a few changes that arguably are for the better or worse. The beautiful rustic tables have gone which is a shame and there seemed to be many more food options available; making it harder to choose. The portions were not as large this time with the set menu and we felt there was not quite enough food. Overall decent night out for an expensive treat.

I’ve dined here countless amount of times and always make this a go-to when we have family visit. Let’s start with the impeccable service. Always there to help from the booking process through to wine selection. Ambiance of the restaurant is also charming and unique. The food is just exceptional- crab legs are a must. Creme brûlée & salted caramel chocolate tart is the way to finish it all off.

I still remember the first time I had king crab here. Cooked simply, sweet and succulent and in satisfying quantities (unlike in other places where they serve you a couple of tiny pieces!). People I go with usually rave about the steak as well, but who cares when you've got king crab! On the downside the place is too loud and the prices have become a bit extreme lately.

A warm nicely decorated dinner hall sets with long tables making diners pushing arms against each other while eating. Hypocritical and pushy waiters. Not a full house night, however cutleries and plates weren’t ready while our food were ready at the table, big mistake. Non professional sommelier too, since our wine was served straight without bottle being shown and checked, big big mistake. The kitchen saved them back fortunately. Food was good. Crabs were fresh. Steak was cooked as expected although side dishes were only average. Overall: Not worth the price. High chance not returning. Come on, it’s London.

Nice cuts of meat, a bit pricey from my perspective. You are charged by how large a piece you ask for, in contrast to places like Fogo de Chao which gives you all you can eat, although I'm sure the argument is that this is better meat. Problem is that the difference is probably subtle, so I wind up focusing more on the cost difference rather than how much better the food is. Having said all that, was a nice meal with good sides, and the service was quite attentive. I recall thinking it was a bit noisy as the acoustics were a bit too lively; conversation was a bit difficult. I did think some of the giant crab claws other patrons were having looked very nice, and the tanks held some very impressive sea creatures for eating. I could see going again, though I don't think I'd make a special trip.

The food is alright but with the decor and layout screaming quality, you expect, demand, more than alright. Service was slow throughout, for no obvious reason. I liked the fact that the waiter didn't just give us the highlight meals, he actually had an opinion and was happy to share. He also sent the cold plates which one of the server types tried to dump on us and ensured we had hot plates for our mains. However, it did beg the question, why did the young man try to give us cold plates when perfectly warmed plates were less than 2 minutes away? Little service delivery gaps in too many areas, prevent The Beast from being A BEAST of an experience.

I love beast. It's my new favourite steak place. Makes gaucho look like Mickey D's. Aged steak is to die for. Truffle chips and sauce is very good but I'm not sure on the obsession with truffle? Fashionable? Really nice vibe and staff are very friendly. Very expensive, but I thinknits worth it. Like most places it's always the alcohol that drives up the prices. Bottle of wine and a couple of cockails and you're looking at £250 for 2 people.

Me and my friends went there couple of weeks ago. I have to say that this restaurant prepared the best meat I have ever tasted to date. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They even helped us get the samsung/iphone charged up during the meal. The food itself tasted so good especially the seafood. The crab I had that day was so memoable. Wish I could have visit that place again if I were to have another chance.

Dine like the kings use to, grand space with the grand shared tables that add the medieval feel to this gem. Super generous portions. I don't know of a place in London that serves a better quality meat. And it is the absolute only place in London that has LIVE King Crabs. And you can watch them in the tank if eating them is not enough. Oh yes, almost forgot, this is one for the wealthy foodies out there.
