Used for the first time tonight for a collection order as delivery was a hour on the app. Tho pizza wasn't ready when I arrived but it only took 5 mins to finish off cooking. Had the pollo pizza with ham and chicken wings starter. Pizza was tasty but I would have preferred my wings to be cooked on the outside a bit more. Staff friendly and pleasant. Chef was wearing a hair net to answer some previous reviews.

This should be more stars as the pizza was lovely, however when placing the order I was told that the food would be with me within 45 mins, 1 hr 30mins later my pizza arrived barely warm and with the crust starting to get chewy which I can only assume was down to it being left too long in the box! I'm happy to wait for my food but please don't lie to customers when you quite clearly know you can't make your pizzas in time!

Outstanding Service! Had 2 pizzas delivered yesterday and some parts of the order had gotten confused. I called the delivery driver to report it, but commented to leave it for now as I did not want to wait for a new delivery. Within 30 minutes (!!) 2 additional pizzas were delivered, free of charge, without me having asked for it. Excellent customer service!

Great pizza, prompt delivery, friendly service. Only issue was the new guy didn't get the order quite right however they handled it perfectly and sent out the missing item straight away. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Also, their chicken nuggets are delicious!

Friendly staff and really well cooked pizza on a nice thin base. However the meat is quite artificial i'd be very happy to pay more for decent quality meat but being a meat pizza lover I'm not sure if I'll return until this is addressed. They have a pretty efficient looking delivery operation going on in store and seating if you are collecting. Decent offers of you collect.

Excellent crust! We had quattro formaggi and bella napoli, both are certainly among the best we've had in London. The cheeses in the quattro are nicely balanced. The grilled aubergines and courgettes in bella napoli perfectly complement the sausage. Amazing! My only regret is that we had no idea we had such a great pizzeria nearby the year we've been living here!

We ordered two pizzas and onion rings, absolutely delicious. The building is very clean and the people who work there are very polite. The pizzas we ordered were just right and the onions rings did not have stringy onion in it which was perfect.

It was my first time ordering a pizza from Bella Napoli and it will definitely not be my last! I loved it - thin and crunchy crust, lots of cheese. It was delicious. Now, I’ve never been to Italy, but this was the most delicious pizza I’ve tasted so far! They make it in front of you as well so you have the added bonus of watching how it is made! Great and thank you!

Surprisingly nice pizzas for a place with no Italians. I'm not the most adventurous and usually just get Margherita pizza but it's very tasty. The base is very thin and much more like a real Roman pizza than the stuff from Pizza Hut or Domino's. The toppings are generous and they usually produce the pizzas pretty quickly. My only gripe is that they are fast is they are busy but slow if they are not busy. Fast all of the time would be much better. They also sell drinks on site but at most times of day it would be cheaper to go to the newsagents nearby. The price of the pizzas is low and they represent good value for money. They do this very English thing of putting a sachet of garlic sauce in with every pizza which seems like unnecessary use of plastic because they always go in the bin. They could save a lot by asking people if they want them. They are right next door to the excellent Long Pond bar so convenient for a late night snack.

Out of the fast food places on Westmount road, this is the best. They use fresh ingredients and cook everything in an authentic wood oven. Their home made vegetarian lasagne is very nice. All the staff members are very friendly.

My first and only time ordering from Bella Napoli was Saturday, 16 June 2018. The 2 Pizzas and Onion Rings were very good and delivered within the time stated on the phone. However, there were several down sides: 1) it is so noisy in the background on the phone that I couldn't hear what the person/s taking my order were saying and I had to ask them to repeat everything several times; 2) the first woman who started taking my order spent several minutes arguing with me that the topping I wanted to substitute on one of the Pizzas was not on that Pizza. She then put the Asst Manager, another woman, on the phone and she said that the other employee had not looked far enough along the automated order form to see that the topping WAS on the Pizza I was ordering; 3) I was over charged by £2.70 and because I paid by Card and couldn't hear on the phone, didn't realize it until several days later when the charge appeared on my card. 4) I called several days after the order and asked to speak to the manager to complain about the overcharge and a very rude man who answered the phone refused to identify himself but insisted he was the manager. I explained the problem and he took my details then proceeded to make excuses about why the charge was correct. He said that they had raised the price of the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream from £4.95 to £6.50 -which was not on the paper menu I had received through my letterbox the day before- and he said the price increase was due to the 'sugar tax'. When I pointed out the incorrect price on the menus he admitted that they had not bothered to reprint or correct the menus due to the cost of printing! I also argued that the 'sugar tax' only applied to soft drinks to which he said no it applied to all sugary items. I looked this up online afterwards and I was correct - 'sugar tax' only applies to soft drinks. However, this £1.55 price increase did not reflect the full amount I was overcharged and I pointed this out to him. He couldn't account for the additional £1.25 I was overcharged and I said to him that if I couldn't get this matter resolved to my satisfaction that I would report them to Trading Standards. He then agreed to give me a refund, 'in good faith'. And he asked for my details a second time. I didn't hold out any hope of receiving my refund. However, he was true to his word and sent a driver to my front door with a cash refund, several hours later. At 22:45 - a half hour after my Husband and I had gone to bed - there was someone banging on my front door with the cash refund! I was surprised to receive the refund in this manner. I would recommend the food but not the 'Customer Service' and I would not place an order over the telephone due to extreme noise!!!
