Excellent Food, Fantastic Customer Service, Exciting Interior! Highly recommend this Turkish restaurant, my favourite in London. I had the Iskender and the Mixed Hot Starters. Very large portions. The key difference between this Turkish restaurant and others, is the customer service. The manager is absolutely fantastic - look out for her in the restaurant as she also provided complimentary baklava and Turkish Tea. I will definitely be returning - reminded me of Istanbul.

A little hidden gem! Although it is on the main road, I was super stoked to find my way into this place. The chicken shish was honestly so good. Juicy chicken!! Deliciously dressed side salad, and home made bread. I was really happy with the taste, size and quality. Really pretty interior too. I was here on a Monday afternoon and noticed a few regulars nestled in, staff really friendly. 10/10 would eat there again 🙏

We booked for a 4pm meal for two before the Chelsea FA Cup game on Saturday 8th January. On being shown to our table we saw that there was a set menu (£34.95 each) on the table, which included unlimited beer or wine. To our right I saw a table of four who had just finished their meal. When they left I noticed the set menu and a normal menu on the seat. When I asked for the other menu the waiter told me that between 3-5pm they were only serving the set menu. When I queried this regarding the table that had just left the waiter said that they had been there since 12. Nowhere on the website did it say that there was a set menu for pre match games. Having decided that we would be hard pushed to get food elsewhere we stayed and ordered food. My husband drank beer and I drank coca-cola. The waiter came and told us that I would get a £10 reduction as I was only having soft drinks. At about 4.30pm I noticed several other couples come in and sit down at tables. They were offered the main menu, which obviously I was surprised at given what our waiter had told us about the set menu. I paid the bill (which included a 12% service charge) by credit card. The waiter put figures into the machine and held it for me to tap my credit card which I did. He then took the printed receipt and walked off. Luckily I get notifications which let me know how much I’ve spent on my credit card and so could make sure that the correct amount had been taken. The food was good and there was enough of it, however we won’t be going back as I don’t like being lied too and for what we got it was expensive.

Very friendly staff, all smiling and seemed happy to help. Ordered my standard Turkish platter for two (think it was called Kebab Platter for two). Definitely not as good as Turkish food I've had in North London (Green Lanes for example). But food was tasty, chicken was well seasoned and cooked. Lamb which can often become chewy was well cooked and the meat was left to sit on top of the rice, which only become more tasty as it was sucking in all the juices from the meat. Overall it's the best Turkish food I've had so far (south of the river). Would definitely order the same thing again.

Visited this place on Sunday. Food was good, decor nice. Tables -- sticky surface, you cant move the plates or glasses as so sticky due to not been cleaned properly, greasy surface. You can try this when next. The middle age gentleman who served was without any smile, kept removing plates, etc without asking. no welcome, It was like I was not having any other choice but this was the only place I could go. Not welcomed as guests.

Great food and good-speed service. Popped in here for a quick kebab before a movie and was pleasantly surprised with the food and the price point. The spicy sauce needs a little more kick but the meats and salads are fresh and tasty with good preparation. The halloumi had a nice sweet kick to it with a fruity drizzle. It would be good if this is optional as sometimes you just wants the saltiness but it was an interesting choice.

I’ve been to KAHYA for my birthday and had the best experience. The service is amazing and the bar has really good drinks, such as cocktails and Turkish beer. The food is absolutely delicious and the homemade hummus is a must to try!! The lamb was well seasoned and tender. The dish presentation was lovely with every detail. Felt really welcome to this place with a modern decor and the garden/lounge in the back with a fireplace creating a relaxing and stylish spot. A big thank you to the staff for the service and for the owners for the delightful reception!!

The food here has always been the best Turkish food in London, but they have now taken their fabulous 'Take a way' style business and reinvented themselves to become a very high end restaurant experience. My family and I have been coming to Kahya (previously known as Best Mangal) for years! We absolutely love this place. The food, the staff, the service is all five star. It’s in a great location and now beautifully renovated to a high standard. The service is always fantastic, the portions are generous, good quality ingredients and never disappoint. It’s great for taking guests to or going out with friends and family. Their lunch menu is also amazing and can never go wrong they also give delicious complimentary tea.

I wish I had taken a picture of the artful presentation of the most delicious and authentic Turkish food I've had in London, but I was too busy eating it up. It was the best lamb Iskendar I've ever had, even counting my multiple trips to Turkey! It wasn't on the menu but the owner and chef were eager to flex their abilities and show their talents, and they were so gracious to make it for us. We will be returning a hundred times over and will bring our friends next time - and must check out the swank bar (and outdoor courtyard) on a future visit, for an end-of-day cocktail. Oh and then there's the private room for a large group or family....and and and.......just love this place and mouth watering just recalling the experience :-)!

Food tastes amazing as always. I am a Customer for over 7years. However, I prefer the old best Mangal. I knew all the staff, portions were more generous but again the new concept is posh Turkish so guess it goes with the decor which has character but is pretty sterile comparing to the old decor of best mangal which was authentic Turkish. Breakfast and Shisha area were also good. I have been to the new one at many occasions. Food is great, staff is professional and service is quick.

Good Turkish food that was delicious. Aesthetic and layout of the restaurant was nice. The service at times was a bit slow considering there were not many people in the restaurant. For example, they did not bring bread for several minutes with the Adana Kebab until prompted. The food was slightly expensive but the main downside was one of the Mezze dishes (Kisir) that was far too small/expensive for what it was. However, the server (Duncan) was understabale and dealt with our complaint well. He was very pleasant. Toilets and whole restaurant was clean.

This is the new venture by the Best Mangal group. The decor is absolutely fabulous it’s Art Deco and has a fantastic open to garden area that does convert to winter garden also. The barbecue area has seating around to enjoy from charcoal to plate delicious food. Also the bar area is very comfortable and spacious for a quick or relaxed evening drink with friends. The staff is very professional and food- need I say! Everyone that knows this place like me and has been a customer for years will tell you that it’s just the best. This restaurant which is related to the renowned and established Best Mangal restaurants in West London has been part of our lovely community in Hammersmith and Fulham for decades. We at Yaseen Youth, a non profit organization working closely with Youth are indebted to this business who for many years have sponsored our programmes and donated hundreds of meals to us. This has helped us be able to inspire the youth by working closely with them. Likewise the local mosque in Parsons Green (West London Islamic Cultural centre) would also like to show their gratitude for providing hundreds of meals in blessed month of Ramadan. Visited last week with my brother. The staff advised us on menu choices and looked after us to no end. We were amazed by the quality, freshness and portion sizes of what we'd ordered and just when we thought it was over, we were presented with sweets and tasty mint teas. One of the best Turkish grill addresses in London and definitely the best in West London. I love their yaprak döner and all lamb kebabs. There is also a separate space inside for shisha.

My favourite West London mini kebab Chain. The food is 5-star all of the time, just marking this branch down because it doesn't compare to the West Kensington branch for atmosphere. I actually prefer to take out from this location rather than eating there. The Kofte Kebab has to be the recommended dish, if you like the Shawarma then you can't go wrong either. I suggest you go for the boxed option, since it is less messy when taking food away. Mangal is open late so getting a kebab after a night out usually works out.

Best Turkish restaurant chain in London - all the Best Mangal restaurants use top quality meats. Their Doner Kebabs and Shish Kebabs are freshly prepared by themselves, they do not buy them in like every other Kebab shop in London. A particular favourite of mine is the Cold Meze Platter to start followed with their Lamb Doner - no where in London will beat it.
