Excellent food! I had the signature shawarma platter and kofta plate, both were cooked fresh with amazing flavour in both dishes. Service was excellent. The food and service definitely lived up to expectations and I cannot recommend this place enough. I do not understand why people have given this place 1* - I only assume they are bittersweet rivals.

Visited Kew Gardens and then searched somewhere to eat. Found this place on Google and thought I’d give it a go. Tasty food, loved my burger and vitamin smoothie. I also enjoyed reading the newspaper learning some facts I never knew about meat & fast food. It kept me entertained whilst waiting for my food. Will come again!

The food was okay, I think I had better. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. This wa my second time visiting this place and the second time just did not live up to expectation, they had a sour sauce that they used for the burger that really ruined the flavour.

Hello, I love the Chicken shawarma box. It’s fantastic. Usually I order Chicken Shawarma box with Burger sauce and mayo it will fill my stomach like nothing else can do. I really appreciate the Staff over-there. I will give 100% assurance to eat at Burger house but -1% goes to box it was coming wet after 5-10 mins. Awesome receipe❤️

Visited Sat 29th @14:00. Delicious shawarma however I think they forgot to put garlic sauce on the shawarma and there were hardly any pickles (if any?) However their shawarma is so good it still tasted great, but would prefer with the extras next time!

One of the best Places to visit in Ealing! Me and my friend went to have a dine in here. I ordered a salmon with veggies, it took around 15 mins for food to be served, but it was worth the W8. The best part was the chips, man they were delicious and to complement them the garlic sauce.... Talk about making this wonderful of a dish! Also the service here is the best! Thank you had a great time, I'll come here again and again just because of this dish!

Very nice staff and great service. I love their cheese burger although I am not a meat fan.. I love chicken more.. but this made a huge difference.. thanks to a lovely staff that made me choose it.. I would give no star to the voucher that was produced. It does put people off as 15 children die and 15% off.. it kinda makes no sense at all.. its best to remove the number of children dying so people can enjoy their food... and please no need to mention only Syrian children.. there are children all over the world who suffer.. we all need to try and help in any way.. no need for you to show off that you're doing a great deed.. it may not even count.. so remove it and if you really care and actually give to charity, its best to do it without flashing light at it.. OK ... I don't know where to begin but let me start by my Facebook feed. I was sat scrolling through my Facebook feed and I came across a post from The Burger House Ealing and I immediately clicked on the post and watched a video of a young man who had escaped the war torn country of Syria and made it to London UK uncertain of what lies ahead. Immediately I was taken aback by this mans determination because he set up a business selling gourmet burgers and other delicious fast food items but they weren't fast food sub standard quality but ALL his food is made sourced with the best fresh ingredients available. So yesterday Saturday 26th June 2021 I took a trip to west Ealing after reading amazing 5 star reviews about the food served at Burger House Ealing and reading the story of the owner of Burger House Ealing. I ordered a cheese burger and a childs meal and I spoke to the non other than the owner who met me with a smile I'll never forget and took my order. I spoke to this brother and I told him how taken back I was when I read his newspaper interview and his passion and determination to feed the inhabitants of London and beyond with non processed non GMO non artificial substitutes we as customers are told are safe to eat. The owner was so down to earth and extremely helpful and I could see and feel just how much he loved what he was doing. I then started looking through the restaurants menu and I honestly wanted to eat everything on the menu, especially the everyday breakfast which is available in meat and non meat options! As soon as my order was ready I couldn't wait to get to my car and unwrap my burger and dig in! I was gifted 2 oreo doughnuts with my order which I wasn't expecting but I was extremely grateful about. When I got to the car I handed one burger to my other half and I ate the other burger. OMG OMG OMG ... When we unwrapped our burgers the bun was toasted to perfection the beef patty perfectly fit the burger bun and the bun to meat ratio was on point. There was no fat greasy smell coming from the burgers at The Burger House which we HAVE experienced when we ate at the following restaurants Fatburger Camde/Wembley, Red Iron Burger Uxbridge, Two Buns Harrow, LND Burgers Camden, Burgeri off Carnaby Street, Steakout Southall/Harrow and Amigos Southall. The burgers at The Burger House were packed with not only the best beef available but the freshest of salad the lettuce was crisp and fresh the tomatoes were cut at a perfect thickness the cheese was tasty and complimented the beef amazingly and the pickle relish was sweet tart and crisp. The chips were fried FRESH to order and they weren't oily or stale like we have experienced in other restaurants! We were blown back because EVERYTHING THE OWNER PROMISED ABOUT HIS FOOD WAS ON POINT IN FACT HE WENT BEYOND HIS PROMISE AND HAS DELIVERED THE BEST BURGERS AND CHIPS WE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE IN EATING. Another test I ran was I ate half my burger and took the other half home and when I got home the burger bun was still crisp and it wasn't soggy or oily like I've experienced with other burgers from other restaurants. We have found the BEST burger joint in London and I'm proud to say it's in my Borough Ealing and extremely close to home!!! The only problem I have is that unfortunately The Burger House Ealing doesn't deliver to my area as we're a little far out ... but I would definitely get in my car or even on the bus to go and pick up food from The Burger House Ealing. I can honestly see The Burger House Ealing owner expanding his business and soon becoming a chain offering franchises if he continues to work hard and uphold the high standards he has for ALL the food he sells! This brother was a dental technician in Syria but now he's selling the best halal gourmet burgers and other food in the whole of London in my honest unbiased opinion. On a final note the premises was clean and the kitchen was an open kitchen and I could tell it was squeaky clean .... I can't wait to visit The Burger House Ealing again this coming Wednesday!!! 🍔🍟🍩🙌👌❤✔

We had heard about this place previously, so decided to check it out on a whim for a Saturday night takeaway. We were very impressed with the effort the owner, Abdul-Rahman, has gone to. It's not your run-of-the-mill chicken shop. Even just from the decor, you can see it's different. For example, the owner has produced a brochure-slash-menu, shedding light on who he is, why he started the business, and how it is distinct from the million other burger shops that have sprung up in London over the past few years. These extra touches are very refreshing, and go a long way for customers who care about hygiene, health, and what kind of establishments they eat at. We had the chicken shawarma wraps, which were excellent, flavourful, and clean (the pomegranate taste was very unique). It came with very good homemade sauces too. I'm excited to try some of the other dishes on offer, such as the biryani, and now that I know this place exists, I'll definitely be returning. Other businesses need to learn from this one. I hope they can keep their standards high in the long run, and would also like to see them offer lamb shawarma too.

Best shawarma in town, however the logo and branding need to be seriously looked at. It gives the impression that the place is a another “cheap” chicken shop from the outside when it is far from that. This is a quality place so quality branding is needed. Maybe change the name also to reflect that the shawarma is the star of the menu.

Great place, great food. Not the usual cheap chicken shop. The name “Burger House” implies American style food but there’s so much more on the menu. They specialise in authentic Syrian shawarma (best I’ve had in London and surprisingly low priced). The owner seems to be very customer focused. I’ve been at this place several times now and every single time the food was top quality. I’ve tried the shawarma, the full English breakfast, the beef cheese burger and the vegetable soup (served in bread!). All ingredients are fresh and even the garlic sauce is being made in house. “Burger House Ealing” is not a high end restaurant but the food is REALLY good although prices are rather low. I stumbled upon this place by accident but it's now becoming my "go to" fast food restaurant in West Ealing. Definitely deserves my 5 star recommendation!

5 stars are well deserved due to the excellent value you get for your money ( around 19£ for 3 burgers, one portion fries & one can of coke). I tried both cheese & special burger as well as the escalope chicken one. The meat was fresh and it’s quality was excellent. Buns were fluffy & delicious. I loved both bacon (very tasty)& fries.
