At the top of the department store, this is a fun place to eat. The food is great quality and tasty and generous but not cheap, I’m sure that’s not a surprise to anyone 😉 The queen scallops are a standout dish although petite, the combo for two is fantastic! The reason this isn’t 5 stars are the small tables and the loud music, nothing major.

It's super fast. I'm in a hurry my car ticket going to expired after 40 minutes. Eat in just takes me half an hour. Staffs was so sweet and kind. I'm very happy that I chose Burger&Lobster.

Had wonderful night here. It was the first time and it was for a birthday celebration. We had oysters, calamari, 3 different types of burgers and lobster roll. All delicious, fresh and cooked as we asked. 🍔🦞 The staff were very polite (the booking over the phone was straight forward too). It is very accessible, with the lifts straight into the back of the restaurant ... Lovely experience for all of us and I've already recommended it to a couple of other friends and family members.

When I saw pictures of the food on a social media, especially about the Mac & Cheese, I thought, I must check out this place. Well, today I decided to have lunch with my family there. The Lobster Roll was pretty tasty. The croquette, incredible, matching perfectly with the sauce. But the Mac & Cheese…well, they should check out at the Kush Coconut Coconut Grove (Miami) to know how to make the best Mac & Cheese. Must say that the service was impeccable. The waitress was bubbly, full of joy and really honest about dish and portions recommendations. Well done for having such nice team around.

Burger and lobster is on the Fifth Floor in Harvey Nichols , Knightsbridge and what better way to spend a luxurious day shopping and eating . Calamari for starters came fresh and crispy . Mains was The lobster roll - platter for 2 was just delish, especially the toasted brioche with a creamy lobster filling. We also ordered a Crispy lobster burger but we had to have that as a takeaway the platter was just enough for 3- depending on how hungry you are and what beverages you have indulged in. Luckily we had booked a table in advance as there was a steady flow of people coming in to eat . Great environment for families to enjoy as well as couples just spending quality time with each other

Order a well done for delivery, the cheeseburger tasted great came out very tender and juicy more like a medium well which was perfect. The garnish completed the burger well and the bun was perfect not soggy at all, which can be an issue with deliveries. Following the positive delivery we visited the Resturant. Ordered several items off the menu and the dishes were hit and miss. The burgers ordered medium but came very well done and dry and lobster burger was over salted and burned. The staters were quite nice though. The service was sloppy and despite having so many members of staff hovering around we got the impression that no one really new what they were doing and were running around like headless chickens. Therefore changing my review form a 5 to 4. I just hope that they improve consistency in there mains. As the delivery was great but in-house was a bit of let down.

Menu changed since i visited the Bond Street pre-lockdown. Is located 5th floor of Harvey Nichols, but once inside, it the same vibrant and atmospheric as all of their branches. The smells of meats and sweet seafood fills the air, getting you excited for what's to come. And when it does, it exceeds every expectations! Few things.have changed, but in no way for the worst. Whole lobster had a claw meat as big as the palm of my hand. Perfectly complimented with their lemon butter sauce, fries and balanced salad. The B&L beast, new for me, so well balance and am definitely having again! The staff i noticed more, wiping down everything, face masks for servers, digital menus for less contact, so attentive yet discreet but super friendly. I really enjoyed this dinner, i highly recommend!

OMG, it is like being on the East Coast of the US! The roll is devine: the toasted brioche, the lemon and garlic butter dressing, and the big piece of lobster....what a treat 😋. The small nibbles to stsrt with are also super good: lobster croquettes and calamari are my favourites.

We went today to have lunch for the first time and food was delicious! The lobster and cheese croquettes were so yummy! We also tried the lobster roll, which isn't extremely big, but super tasty and with big chunks of lobster. And we also had a steamed lobster, It was soft and tasted really fresh. They had an offer, and those mains with side of fries and salad included were 20£ each. That's super good prices, but if you pay regular price and sides as extra it can be a bit pricey, but definetely worth it. Staff was lovely as well, specially one guy that served us, I think he was Italian. We also had a reservation but we arrived a bit late and they were really nice and understanding about it.

What a experience I wouldn't go back for free the staff was a complete waste of time waiters clowning about all the time 1 waiter was swearing and the food was not very nice at all made my wife sick on the way home we rang Alex the manager he wanted a doctor's report and stool sample report from my GP and a very hard job to get hold of him and when we did did he didn't reply to the email from this off spoke to him today DE7 he couldn't do anything if we didn't have a doctor's report if anybody thinking about going please avoid very unprofessional service I am going to speak toThe the food hygiene I'm not one to complain I asked him if he was going to do anything about it didn't want to know avoid this place

Food was good although the service was horrible. Two white Eastern European ladies had a attitude from entrance up until we paid the bill. We asked for condiments twice and did not receive until the male waiter kindly came through. Which was a 10 minute wait for ketchup. The waitress did not ask us how our food was, did not get clear our table despite us clearly being finished for 15 minutes, but managed to clear the tables of the two white ladies on our left and family on our right. She was extremely unpleasant, grumpy and in a rush. I witnessed her speaking with an Arab family in a nasty and unprofessional manner, which just reflects the type of staff this restaurant recruits. If you are going to work in a place of town owned by us Arabs then you need to get used to our faces and treat us with respect. The waitress was shocked when I asked for service fee not to be included, although I am glad I didn’t leave a penny.

Raspberry lemonade is a refreshing and enjoyable drink for someone who enjoys sour food. If you want something that is refreshing and sweet, this drink will not be your choice. The 1.5lb lobster is the hit of the whole meal. This lobster is one of the freshest lobster I have ever tried in my life. Though the lobster is a bit pricey, it's worthwhile to enjoy such fresh seafood. For the lobster roll, the bun itself is made crispy. Lobster meat is filled fully to the bun. If you are a mayonnaise lover, you will definitely enjoy the roll. The lobster filling is mixed with a large amount of mayo. Overall, it is a really great meal, our family enjoys it and looking forward to visiting Burger & Lobster again when we are coming back to London in the future.

Great place and good food. Only downfall was the extremely rude front of house manager. Barbara was her name I believe. Arguing with us about how long we had the table in front of a 7 year old. some of us arrived before the booking and were seated early but we booked for 7 and at 8 she said we had to leave as they needed the table. We explained we had waiting 50 minutes for our mains and our booking was from 7 so we still had 30 mins. She argued that as some of us had arrived early and been seated the timer started then. We were not told this and explain to her we were waiting on deserts and she needed to stop arguing with us and go away. She left but came back to inform us we had been at the table exactly 1hour 59 minutes as we were seated early. Again we told her this was irrelevant as the booking was from 7 and this is when our whole table arrived. She continued to stand over the 7 year old at our table and argue with us resulting in our youngest member getting upset. We told her to leave us alone as she was ruining the night. She left us when we mentioned we would lodge a complaint and did not come back. Rest of the service staff were wonderful however and the food was delicious.

First time at B&G in good old Harvey Nic's and was not disappointed with the food at all. Came in a timely fashion, well laid out, and plenty of it. My friend and I did halvesies with our meals as we wanted to experience everything! We were not disappointed! The burger with lobster and blue cheese is amazing! The lobster is flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Lovely fries and salad also. The restaurant is on the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols; accessible via a lift from ground floor so should think ok for wheelchair users. They are very mindful of COVID 19 guidelines, and was good to see them following guidance. I would suggest booking a table and not just turning up as they are very busy. Would recommend.

Wonderfully efficient service in this very popular eatery based in Harvey Nics, Knightsbridge. My wife and I were in London for a business/pleasure day. Time was in short supply so we were looking to combine some shopping with lunch in-between meetings. Harvey Nics is a great department store and the fifth floor is renowned for its cafe and food culture. We decided to dine in the Burger and Lobster and certainly didn't regret it. Staff and service was great and the food also lived up to the hype. We both ordered the Lobster Burger and were served in a very prompt manner. The setting and environment was very chic and trendy and the food was great. Reasonable prices for London and overall a very good experience.

We had great lobster experience here. I ordered half boiled half grilled lobster. Both were quite good. Having this option in a single order is very nice. Their original beer is very tasty and goes well with the lobster. The simple spinach salad with aceite balsamico is also very tasty. The disadvantages might be the shopping mall ambience and slightly high prices. The rest is awesome. I'd definitely would recommend!

Only gave 3 stars because the place looked nice and the food wasn’t bad but nothing special either. Was very disappointed with the staff really... they didn’t seem to care about the customers at all. They were just chatting with each other or looking somewhere but never at the customers so it was hard to get anyone’s attention really. They kept forgetting to bring us stuff that we asked for and also brought us food but no cutlery. When we stoped the manager to ask for some cutlery she was like ‘ohh you’d like some cutlery?’... well not really ‘like’ but more like ‘need’ some what do you think? Also she wasn’t very keen to pay attention to anyone so it felt like you’d be better off serving yourself rather then waiting for them to look at you

It's located on 5th floor of Harvey Nicole building. The restaurant is pretty much big and decorated well with lobster cages and a beautiful bar in the middle. I ordered labster burger and original burger for my wife. We both loved our food. The fresh lobster are arriving for this restaurant from Canada every day. The price is reasonable also.

I love this place. For £16 you get a Original burger with chips and a salad. 1 burger makes me feel full for the rest of the day. I have visited this place many times and always the same feeling as if I am eating here for the first time. In addition, they serve very delicious original lobster roll for 23£ I think. If you are in Harrods/Harvey Nichols, visit Burger & Lobster to try something special.

A popular chain restaurant that does not disappoint. I’ve consistently ordered the burger and lobster combo at these establishments and I can’t really imagine getting anything other than that. They add a 12.5 % service charge to total bill. Minor note: this place does not offer a plastic bib by default as most other B&L. Communal ketchup and mayo.

My daughter's choice and not a venue I would instinctively choose (too many mouths to feed before any food goes on the plate!) First, a general annoyance with inner city restaurants... Just because it is an inner city location and in this case, the fifth floor of Harvey Nic’s, it does not give you the right to pack us in like sardines. Especially when the restaurant is half-empty! We were a party of 6 and the table we were given @ B&L Knightsbridge was 'petit' (trying to be polite). To business… Service was OK and food was OK too. Honestly, it is hard to write more! The menu lives up to the venue facade. In fact, so narrowly focused on the façade’s ‘brief’ and simplistic that only incompetence would render a shortfall in delivery. Was my prior thinking overturned following this experience? No! My daughter may be lured by the marketing, façade and location, but this ones not for me!

WOW truly impressive! I love their lobster so much! It doesnt have a too seafood-y kind of taste, its really fresh and goes super well with the melted garlic butter. I ordered the grilled lobster, it had slight taste of the grill and i'ved had the steamed one as well, which is juicer and mild. The lobsters were cooked to perfection as it was so easy to peel, the meat falla right off the shell, hassle free seafood experience! I like how they equip you with some tools because its a lot better to use them to scrape out every piece of meat you can find.

Visited on 28/12/2018 with my family for a Xmas Celebration Dinner. I had visited the Burger and Lobster on Little Portland Street previously since 2014. To reach Harvey Nicholas from V&A took around 20 mins to walk. Because of the building works and countless street hawkers outside Harrods that we’re dominating the pavement, getting there was a not so enjoyable journey. To reach the restaurant (which is on the top floor) it’s best to take the lift. But the entrance to the lift is a bottleneck, so it’s quite packed while waiting for the lift also. Once we arrived, there was a massive queue outside the restaurant, so glad I made an online reservation a week before the visit— we were shown to our table immediately. Seating arrangements: not spacious compared to the B&L on Little Portland Street, we had to add a extra seat to accommodate the extra person as we came in a group of 5, but the table is more tailored for 4. Meals: the classic is the Lobster Combo Set: £31.5 for a 1.5lbs lobster, with french fries, garlic butter and house salad. The steamed lobster tends to be more juicy than the grilled ones. Other combo include: burger, lobster roll etc Customer Service and Bill: our server is friendly and polite. The restaurant is very noisy and busy, so it’s hard to grab the attention of a server once he/she walked off. A discretionary 12.5% service charge was added to the bill. I opt in to pay 8% in the end lol. Overall: the atmosphere is just not as fine tuned compared to the B&L on Little Portland Street— it’s probably because this B&L is inside a department store in Knightsbridge, whereas the other B&L is tugged into a quieter street by Oxford Circus. Can’t fault the quality of customer service, and the portion size is just right. This combo set is pretty spot on, and will definitely visit B&L again in near future.

Visited yesterday (21.09.2019) Really great meal, having a 7 month old we rarely get the chance to eat out anymore but even with a young baby in a buggy they were really accommodating. Advised us an end table would be best with the buggy but as there wasn't one immediately available we were given a little buzzer to wander off and look around so we could shop whilst we waited and then were buzzed when the table was ready. Advised a 30-40 minute wait but our table was ready in under 10 which was a bonus. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful (didn't catch her name but she had lovely eyelashes :D ) she knew the menu really well and was able to advise us on food and recommend us drinks to share. Always wanted to try B&L and it was our first time here. The food came quickly and was presented well. The lobster was lovely, especially with the sauce. But... there was very little actual meat in the lobster. The chips were very much like McDonald's chips, just less greasy. Had a lovely meal here earlier this week. We didn’t have a booking (most restaurants are booking in advance because of the social distancing measures), but the maître d managed to offer us a table and was warm and welcoming. Lovely lobster, served with chips and leafy salad. My partner had burger and lobster - he wasn’t to keen on the burger unfortunately as he found it a bit dry. Our waitress was attentive and checked in later on during our meal to see if we were happy and needed anything else. Burger and Lobster is generally good every time, however recently the quality and attention to details has gone down big time. I always get the Lobster Roll with Ice tea. Last two times I've been to this place, the Lobster Roll was drenched in butter, overly salty and the fries taste alarmingly too salty as well. Also, the fries have an odd taste to them; they taste like McDonalds, only soggier and taste like they were fired in old oil. This time is no different, but I orderd the original Burger. The beef patty is good, but its taste and seasoning is overpowered by the saltiness of the cheese and it ends up being too salty. Also don't forget the salty fries that I couldn't even stomach on top of this. Lets talk about the bun. Yeah. Its really bad; it was clearly not toasted and was just mushy and soggy when the patty. You can really tell it was not fresh; it was literally falling apart as I was eating it. Bottom line is this: if you want good, but not top notch, lobster, come to Burger and Lobster. If you want a burger don't come here. For a good delicious burger go to Tommi's Burger Joint.

Me and my partner had the beautiful idea to try this interesting spot after two years in London. What an amazing experience. The food was amazing, the combo is fantastic! You can have a massive delicious burger and a super tasty well grilled lobster. My partner chose the burger with lobster, truffle and tarragon mayo and brie, she loved it 😃 After the food I would really like to say a massive thank you to Marco (behind the bar) and Simone (Waiter) that advised us about the food, the drinks and the dessert... This was my first time at a Burger & Lobster and after all the hype, I was pretty disappointed. Menu is simple – burger, lobster or lobster roll. And if you go for straight up lobster, you're probably getting a bargain for only £20. However apply that same price to the burger, and it feels hideously overpriced. Burger was ok, but nothing on a host of other burger places in London that are nicer and over 50% cheaper. On the plus, I loved the decor – exposed brick, minimalist lighting, lobster traps – and my rum/pineapple/wine cocktail was delicious. But I don't think I'll be back.

The food court at Harvey Nics has really come on and B&L is a nice addition! They only have 3 menu options (all priced at 20 quid), so it keeps thinking about what you're going to eat time down... A grilled/steamed Lobster or Lobster roll seems reasonably priced (tasty and come with salad & fries) but the burger whilst nice, seems overpriced at the same level. Good cocktails & nice decor though.
