J. B.The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The seating is slightly uncomfortable but it's not really a serious issue. The food quality is fairly good and the taste is good as well. The price of certain items can be slightly higher than what the dish deserves. I would surely come back mostly because of the positive experience.

Visited following visit to Guys Hosptial. Staff very friendly and coffee tasted better than Starbucks. Food for lunch was great. Would reccomend

S. K.Nice reliable spot inside the galleria with flawless service and delicious breakfast items that are served all day. I got this eggs and avocado on toast for £9 which is quite reasonable central London, and handy for a mid afternoon late breakfast.
S. B.Hays Galleria looks good but it's mostly full of chains. Cafe Piazza offers an ok menu with some vegan options (you can get a decent breakfast/brunch) but it's quite pricey for what you get. Staff were friendly and the service was fast.

R. L.I have reviewed this café/restaurant before and I returned this week to find it as good as ever. The food is straightforward, but really good, well prepared and served. The service is quick and efficient. The semi-outdoor seating under the Hay’s Galleria canopy (open to the river at one end) is very pleasant, situated next to the huge quirky ship sculpture.
Nice cafe/restaurant in a stunning location with very helpful and friendly staff.
