My second visit to this eatery. A little disappointed that the downstairs eating area is no more. Having said that the food is good and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable & an enjoyable time was had by all.

Worth visiting and you will enjoy great Indian food cooked to a very high standard and boy it tastes great. All the staff know there menu and will give the best advice on what suits the individual client so they have a great food and better a brilliant evening knowing that the food and the whole package is maintained to a very high standard at all times. A great place for the residents of Fulham to enjoy or just passing through the area, so perhaps when you are considering a evening out then firstly consider this lovely run restaurant knowing that all your expectations of a first class venue will be meet. Enjoy and come and experience the food, you will most definitely enjoy the ambience of a Fulham venue as I use this restaurant a few times a week and enjoy the much varied menu to suit one and all.

Beautiful set up and wonderful ambience. Food was amazing . Proper taste of Indian Street food . Every cuisine had its own authenticity. I loved the Bollywood posters in the toilets and the city names for the tables too .would 100% recommend

What can I say 😍 I'm a fellow Indian myself, and I know a great Indian when I taste the authenticity of my own culture. The food was outstanding, the service was amazing. Will definitely be going to feast here for dinner. The deliveroo drivers kept cancelling my order for some obscene reason, but the host called me to let me know he had made it twice, and was waiting for another driver to pick it up. As a good will gesture, he threw in some freebies which I'm also very grateful for.
Thank you.

Went to the Fulham store today after some research . Food was really awesome and ambience as well.
Tried Kadak Chai, Hyderabadi chicken biriyani and RasMalai. All were very very tasty. Chai could have been little better. chai was served with Parle G( Saw ParleG after ages 😍).
Smita(The host) was very good and welcoming.

Amazing Indian street food, featuring menu items that are not often found at Indian restaurants in London. Really enjoyed the panipuri. Very friendly staff.

Very tasty Indian fare. I went with my wife and her sister (both from Mumbai) Ordered Kulcha and Garlic naan which looked amazing and tastes even better! The fish curry and lamb curry were brilliant and the non-vegetarian Thali was also extremely tasty with a great mix of items. This restaurant is off the beaten track so it wasn't busy but its extremely charming and well decorated. Would definitely go again!

Amazing food and service. Fantastic starter , mains and delicious dessert. Cocktails and mocktails to meet every tastes. Well served Indian dishes, made with perfection, passion and love for the food☺️☺️. A must visit place if you love Indian food. Hidden treasure in Fulham👍🏻👍🏻Good luck to the team and mgmt

The food was so amazing had a date night with my friend and honestly the customer service just made it a 10/10 amazing experience and such great customer service. Would definitely go back and eat at this restaurant again.

Very quiet on Sunday. Average service. Bright and casual vibe in the style of Dishoom and other Indian 'street food' places. The menu seemed a little expensive for a neighbourhood restaurant (especially drinks and chai). Starters of chole and lamb kebab were all right. Dum biryani was not made as described unfortunately but it was a large portion and quite tasty. Carrot halwa was undercooked and the weakest part of the dinner.

WOW! One of the best Indian meals we’ve had in a LONG time. The Lamb Thali and the Chicken Thali were just divine!! Highly recommended! We will be back.

Unbelievable customer service from am attentive and bright eyed young team. Would recommend to any one. Best curry in Fulham

I’m obsessed with how amazing the selection, quality and taste of food is at this place. Moderately priced, the restaurant is as authentic as it can get. Love all of the chaat, curries and desserts. Breads could do with a bit more work for example, Kulcha was just naan sprinkled over with some onions. I do really want to try the momos that is a new addition into the menu, which is quite exciting in itself. They update the menu quite regularly which is a very good way to reinvent and keep the loyal customers curious and wanting to go back soon. Must visit!

Tasty Indian food. Lovely staffs. I will definitely visit again and again

Ambience is good, easy booking, free parking after 5 pm, food was okay for the price, very fast service.

Best Indian food in London - great service and a varied and delicious menu!

Lovely restaurant with great service. Went out for a family dinner and everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend everyone to visit for authentic Indian food! Also the chai is highly recommended!

It was good I Dian food. But our favourite was banarsi kofta. V nice

Waiter serving us was great but I felt like he was rushed to take the order rather than for us first timers explain about their food and really help make it an experience. This is the difference between someone hired to just take food orders and serve at the bar and one who makes for a personal experience.
Anyway the starters which we came for paapri and samosa chaat were great, we really enjoyed. Note the portions are really just per person and not big enough to share.
Whilst we was there we decided to order main course too. Curry was OK not amazing, naan were very nice and should be at £4 each! Very expensive for one naan! Now the not so nice bit. The chicken malai tikka smelt off and I could smell it as soon as it hit the table. The kebab when came looked like it was left over from night before (we came 1pm an hour after they opened) and looked like it was re heated. The waiter was very kind to take these two items off the bill.
Oh and lastly when we asked he said the food is indeed halal but then why not advertise this on the menu? I should have asked to see their certificate.
Would I return? Most probably not.

Food taste good!
Customer service wasn't great!
The decor is outdated and looks dirty.

Nice Indian restaurant.. must try dishes .. bhaji pav, pani puri

Delicious (and authentic) chat and samosas. We ordered via the deliveroo app so can't rate the dine in experience.

Lovely staff and service, good food and cosy and warm! Just the right place to be at on a winter night!

My first visit to this restaurant, Biryani is delicious also chicken paneer makhani.

Without doubt THE BEST curry that I have ever tasted. Great decor in the restaurant too. I liked how the different sections were named after an Indian City. I will definitely be eating here again.
R. L.
Delicious food, and good portions. Wide variety of choice from the menu. You are required to sign in and have your temperature taken upon arrival, which is very good. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. They were all wearing masks and gloves. Place is very clean and tidy.
A. S.
Good food, great ambience and lovely service.
G. P.
Ridiculously over priced £10.50 for two lamb chops in a lamb chop curry. Most Indian restaurants including top end ones include 4. £6.90 for one Ras Malai almost all Indian restaurants offer two per portion. Feeling ripped off and I regularly eat at the Bombay Brassiere.

Fantastic new restaurant and just what the area needed. Love the concept of small but well sized portions and a great deal of variety.
The ambience is amazing, felt like I was in a cafe in Mumbai.
Price is reasonable and great array of cocktails to compliment my meal.
Will def be back soon.

The food is amazing here! we ate here on Friday night and it really is such a lovely restaurant and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend the Lamb samosa Chaat as a starter its awesome, everything was so tasty I cant wait to eat here again its my new favorite Indian restaurant. Also we left an envelope here full of cash by mistake and called the next day and they kept it to one side for us which has restored my faith that there are still wonderful people out there! Thank you to the staff at Chai Thali! we will certainly be back again!

Lamb samosa chaat was tasty. Dahi batata puri was 9/10 and but the tikka was 5/10. I think the chaats are a must eat in this place.. quick delivery and friendly staff

I wasn’t expecting much but we found this restaurant since it was close to home. We’ve been eating out at other Indian places in London and the food was usually just ok. We walked in here to be greeted by a lovely Indian lady (presumably the owner) and was seated immediately. Orders came so quick I was amazed. I’m not a naan or kulcha fan but I took a bite of their kulcha and I was pleasantly surprised. Soft, crispy and cooked to perfection. Food was served fresh and had great taste. I had to write this review because it’s sad that this place doesn’t get enough credit it deserves compared to other Indian restaurants which are more commercialized and central in location. Prices are slightly high but nothing too extravagant in terms of London pricing. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back :)

Nice decor, and the food was really good too! The interesting part was that the menu had options from multiple areas of India, yet all the dishes we tried were tasty and were all served very quickly, which isn't an easy thing to do. We tried the pind chole, maa ki Daal, baingan ka bhurta which were all superb. The only average dish was the dhaba style chicken.

Fulham- The decorations were really pretty. The staff were very polite and helpful. There's free parking after I think 5.30. The menu had lot's to choose from. Food was decent quality but very pricey. It was very quiet maybe due to it being a Thursday evening.

Excellent food with lots of delicious veggie options. The staff are exceptionally friendly even when they're rushed off their feet. Chai Thali has quickly become our go-to local restaurant.

The food and service here are very ,very good and at reasonable prices. While the menu is not too extensive, the kitchen are happy to entertain requests "off the menu" providing they are not too busy. This is a strikingly well operated restaurant, with a well motivated team and I wish them every success!!

Best Samosa Chaat!! Service is fabulous 👌

I was driving past late in the evening and noted they were open. Sideroads nearby offer free parking after 5 which was convenient.
The two staff at the front were polite and helpful. The concept of the restaurant is street food from Kerala to Goa delivered in Fulham and it works well.
I tried the prawn in coconut gravy with pilau rice. It's a fair price for London roughly £13. The boiled rice was £3.50.
Food arrived promptly and the portions looked small. The truth is the bowls are deep and I was very full at the end.
The prawns were boneless and more of an accompaniment to the dish. Really it was all about the sauce. Tasty, light, fragrant and not too heavy, the coconut was slight which is ideal for those who are not fans of dessicated coconut. The rice was soft and not soggy so overall I was happy.
I decided to push the boat and have desert too. A very unusual option caught my eye.
White chocolate with Cinnamon and vanilla Ice cream.
I had a vision of indulgent melted white chocolate dripping out like cheese, thankfully it appeared to be white chocolate infused dough and it was very tasty and not sickly sweet. The ice-cream in fact was sweeter and pleasant accompimant.
I liked the food, service was swift and a reasonable price for inner London. I think I may be back in the future on a late night drive again.

A. K.
Good authentic food, nice fun menu, not unnecessarily oily or spicy.

Food was good. Good service. I thought the paying £3 for a shot of chai was ridiculous though

Lovely Thali tonight - we had both veg and meat versions. Plus we had an Indian Shiraz which was great.
