I live in Birmingham and I always thought the best Burger joints were here. However after having eaten in Chicago Grill I would have to take that statement back! I ate in this bright and cheerful restaurant today and it was awesome. The beef was perfectly grilled and covered in lovely melted cheese. As a standard there were grilled onions on the burger (which is something I always have to ask for as extra in most places). Cheesy fries were also crisp and cooked to perfection. And the vanilla milkshake I had was deliciously creamy and complimented the meal perfectly. I can only recommend this place to the max - definitely a place to check out, you'll be glad you did!

Very good experience at this joint. There were six of us all ordered something different. The burgers are well worth it. Good choice available in menu something for everyone. We also had wings and strips and they had flavour and were quite succulent. Although, the chips were a bit of a letdown. They need to up the standards on the chips because when ordering, they go hand in hand with the burger as a meal. I hope they look into getting a bigger place because they will do very well with a better feel. All in all, very satisfied and will be returning.

My wife and I visited London in early February of 2020 and went to the Chicago Grill. We worked and ate in Chicago, so were naturally doubtful that a London spot could capture the tastes of Chicago. We were WRONG! The food was excellent and we made sure to go back the day before we left. The staff were very friendly and provide exceptional customer service! They even remembered out order preferences when we came back a few days later. We will definitely go back to the Chicago grill when we revisit London!

Quick service and delicious food, burgers and chicken range from £6-£13, more sometimes if you want chips. Big bottles of sauces on the tables- the spicy chilli relish is worth the try! The seating is very cramped though, so if you can it might be best to get your food to go. Also, please note that as of this time they are CASH ONLY.

The food at this place is great. There are a number of chicken, beef, vegetarian and others options. I have enjoyed both the pepi pepi half chicken and Chicago Tower burger meals. They sell products such as Tango Ice Blasts which local competitors don’t sell. The only thing that lets this place down a little is the service. Produce is cooked from fresh so this is expected to some degree. However, sometimes the staff appear to forget to start cooking my orders. A meal that should take 10-15 mins to prepare can take up to 25 mins. It is a shame they don’t take card and this sometimes stops me from going in (the nearest cash point charges). However, I understand accepting card would mean transaction charges from the company’s side.

This has got to be one of the tastiest places to get a burger in london. This is definitely the place to go if you want to come out full. I’ve been coming here at least once a month since my friend told me about it. Honestly, the food is superb. I’ve only had the different types of burgers and all I can say is you will not be disappointed nor hungry! The service is great lovely guys there. Eating will be messy! Remember that. A small establishment which seemed to be very busy. The guys running the show know what they are doing. The buffalo wings are not buffalo like you would expect hot and tangy. These were a disappointment. The chilli beef fries were fantastic. Really delicious and filling even in its own. The burger was very nice too. I was pleasantly surprised about this place. Tiny seating area which is usually taken up quickly by customers. No toilets here for you so be warned. Prices were very reasonable and the choice was plentiful. Ordered takeaway. Half grilled chicken. But was given half grilled chicken meal with fries. Even though I paid for the extra that I didn’t order the staff didn’t give me the drink that comes with it. Until I came back after leaving and asked him isn’t a drink included in the meal n then he gave me a can. It took me atleast 15mins to order because the staff that takes the order keeps engaging in long chats with customers. For the time I was there I noticed how small n noisy the place is so not a very good idea to dine in. Their burgers looked amazing and I may try one of those the next time. They’re massive! Also another thing I didn’t appreciate was that one of the staff who prepares your meal keeps sticking his hands into the food eating while he prepares your food and I find it unhygienic! Hope the next time I visit all this would have improved! The food is great though so if u are someone not as bothered as I get then this is the place for u

I've visited this small but popular takeaway twice now. Chicago Grill is a gem I discovered after asking a friend to recommend a good place to get a burger. I didn't expect much walking in the first time. But the burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Every tasteful bite made you want more as it was full of flavour with a perfectly grilled patty. The beef covered fries were great too. Very friendly staff and the meal was reasonably priced. I had to personally tell the owners that the burger was the best I've had. Expect more Chicago Grill branches to open up.

I don't usually write reviews about restaurants- especially ones I visit at 3 AM! but WOW - I have to make an exception for this one. After a night out I went and bought a chicken burger and I asked them to make it as spicy as they could. Fair enough I had to wait quite a while. Usually this would have annoyed me. However, once I tasted their food nothing mattered. The Chicken was Cooked to perfection - on top of that they use a high quality bun. The flavour was like nothing I had tried before. I've dined at restaurants all over the world and I can honestly say that today I have tasted something unique. The chicken was spicy - but not overpowering. After a bite you get a slow lemon hint come through which balances everything perfectly. And again - the lemon comes through at just the perfect time. The flavours are absolutely out of this world. I don't even know how to describe the sauce they use or what their technique is. But I can guarantee you will be truly amazed ! This place is truly out of this world - and the most amazing part is it's reasonably priced and you can pick it up your way home!A MUST VISIT NO DOUBT!

My go to fatty food! They have a variety of burgers, all is halal so you can have a taste of 'bacon' in your burger. The prices are ok. For those skint days, you can always go for the kids meal (chicken strips burger with fries and drink) for £5. Amazing Halal Burger, I have been to this place from far just to have this Burger, all the way from South London and West London, I tried delivery once that did not turn out to be great so best thing is to go there and have the burgers at the premises. Also everything is halal

Absolutely fantastic burgers great staff very friendly, only problem is when you order for collection they give u estimate time but when go there to collect you have to wait 30-40 minutes , over the phone they give u time to collect in 10-15 minutes so at lest you need 1 hour to collect after order on the phone I hope next time someone order on the phone he get his order ready to collect in reasonable time, Overall fantastic food 3rd time I have to wait 20-25 minutes after ordering on the phone food not ready in given time ,
