Ordered many times online, first time went for a dine in and had a great welcome from Nadia ( team Leader) you make our day great, fantastic customer service from her, smash burger and loaded fries is always spot on, Nadia is an asset for the company.

Was about to pop into BK but saw a little light saying burgers a cpl of doors down. Watched the bloke lovingly construct a burger and thought I’d give it a go. Glad I did, really tasty burger served in a toasted brioche bun and really nice fries to go with it. If I’m ever back in the area I’d definitely look to eat from here again. One complaint? Sort the lights out on the front of your shop!

I love these guys but something is different..🤔had burgers to go, but they tasted just ordinary. They used to be exceptional. I have rated them highly in the past.. this time...no wow factor😌. Still better than many.

It would be wrong to underestimate this humble burger joint, for in spite of its perceived minimalism, Chico's Burgers fulfils, in our opinion and that too as a takeaway no less, an important condition of the definition of the term "gourmet burger", which is: handcrafted made-to-order patties. And, as we personally witnessed, it managed to do this in a relatively cramped kitchen space and in fulfilment of a constant stream of takeaway orders. Yet, we have far more well established and higher end Halal eateries who opt for the easy and convenient route of batch-ordered premade patties, but still insist on declaring themselves as "Gourmet Burger" restaurants. In fact, we recently reviewed a restaurant, not nearly as busy on its respective evening, that cited kitchen space limitations as an excuse, despite theirs being as cramped as Chico's Burgers'. Huge respect, therefore, to this Cricklewood "Gourmet Burger" place for remaining true to the rare preparatory method of made-to-order handcrafted patties in the Halal restaurant scene. In our considered experience, the difference vis-à-vis texture between this and its counterpart is chalk and cheese; the former not being as dense and compact as the latter, which makes all the difference in respect to succulence and taste. Having said that though, and while Chico's Burgers' signature was an enjoyable one, the other three didn't quite cut the mustard and, thus, require some much needed thought and attention. And don't forget, you have the option of upgrading your burger to contain a whopping 12oz patty for just an extra £2.00! In all, Chico's Burgers, as a gourmet burger eatery, is an overdue welcome to Cricklewood Broadway. We had the chico burger and the pulled beef burger with curly fries, halloumi fries and mac and cheese balls. All excellent! Will definitely be a repeat for us. The service was also friendly and though we waited a little for our food, we could see that the kitchen wad working as quickly as possible and seem to have a good rhythm.

Good quality food. I won't give 5 stars as I found that the palace is not clean as it's supposed to, maybe as there was only one person in charge of everything (grilling, taking orders and cleaning). Small place, we cannot say it's a family restaurant as there's not enough space for a buggy or a high chair. Nice decor, standard prices. I believe the "Chico's" burger should have an extra slice of bacon as one does not give enough flavour.

Such a great place for fresh burgers and unique sides. Never tried halloumi chips in my life and guess what?? This place makes them to perfection. I have come to this place for over a year now and I always recommend it to my friends. I have even taken my family from overseas there many times. Honestly such a delicious menu with friendly staff and don't let the size of the place fool you, since I brought 10 people there for a sit down meal and we all fit with spaces for more. (They also have a sitting stool area on the right side of the room) Also.. a tip if you do go... ask for the spicy mayo and have it with your chips <3.<3 we always ask for extra mayo

Love it. My bf introduced me to it and been there many times now and ordered even more times. Good music (Spanish and so on), you can choose if you want medium rare or well done meat, there's a sink to wash your hands before food, they have good sweet potato and curly fries and nice staff. :)

These guy have got a special burger waiting for you. don t forget to get the Chico burger with the Chico fries, you will not be disappointed. I remember when these guy open. 3 year ago... These guy are new in the area and can do a really good burger. They also have a nice decor.

Easily the best tasting burgers in the area on in fact NW London, fast service and value for money. It falls short of 5 stars mainly due to the poor tasting side orders including the Cajun chicken strips and wings which really need work on to bring them inline with other establishments.

This is an excellent burger at a good value. Although it doesn't have the variety of toppings that Five Guys offers, it definitely compensates in the field of quality. I recommend the Picante Burger. Also, they are Halal.

Burger and chicken is very good. Milk shakes are excellent too. Most importantly: there is a small sink with soap in the seating area, which is perfect for greasy fingers when eating burgers with your hand.

I've been coming to Chicos for a year now, ever since they opened, and I moved in across the road - talk about timing. IMHO, these are the best halal beef burgers I've had in all of England, and I've been to your Tinseltowns, your Big So & So Diners, your (halal) GBKs, and other smaller places in Brum/BD9/Luton. The service is always straightforward, and with a smile, although at times the staff can really be all over the place dealing with the different orders coming in - a good problem to have! Nevertheless, I have never had any issues with them and love trying to chat to them over the slightly-too-high wooden counter. The slightly limited options of beef burgers is a blessing as you're not spending forever trying to choose one, and you'll quickly settle on a favourite (go for the Picante!). Also, if you ask them, they'll make it rare/medium rare for you - with medium rare Picante being a fortnightly treat of choice. The fries are also fantastic, along with complimentary chilli sauce that should not be overlooked. It's well worth travelling into Cricklewood Broadway to try Chicos, you won't be disappointed.

Finally a decent looking place in Cricklewood, delicious food too. As much as I love kebab and mcdonald's and KFC, nice to see a bit of variety in Cricklewood. This is definitely the beginning of the end though, first sign of gentrification, not sure how I feel about it. Also the waitress was rude to me. I asked her for a diet coke, she then said it's on its way to being delivered, i.e it had ran out, then proceeded to giving me diet advice about how diet coke is still bad for me. Not how you treat customers.
