Service was really good, friendly staff...deco is really nice. Food was on point.. Waiting time wasn't so bad. Burger was a tasty and a proper burger.. Not like some of the other takeaways... Selling cheap burgers. And price is reasonable. Keep up the good work guys, don't let us know. Will be back if the food stays the same!

The best smash burger I've had, the burger sauce is delicious👌 fried and presentation could be improved. The sauces on the side are nice too. Atmosphere was ok, waitress looked after my little one, brought her a colouring sheet and pencils whilst we waited for food.

Not a bad impression. Aesthetics and vibes very nice, manager was accommodating and friendly, a few teething issues with payments but understandable having just opened. The food itself was okay, the burger lacked a bit of flavour in the meat and wasn't that hot even after waiting around 15 minutes for it to be prepared fresh. The drinks selection is great. I'll probably be back for more in a few weeks to give it another try after everything's settled. Fully Halal.

Smash burger was ok. The loaded fries, not a fan of the sauce and the cheese combining, maybe with the meat instead of chicken it works, but found it overpowering and didn’t like it. I know some are big fans of the sauce though. Mixed grill platter was decent. Felt the meal was just a little bit on the pricier end for what they offer. Staff were ok provided items to distract children which was a good positive note. Could tell some of them were new and the experience was not great because of that. Our server stood too close when talking to us and hurried us out while we were still eating and it wasn’t particularly busy. Did relay that feedback to a senior staff member. Toilets were nice and clean.

Smash burger was one of the best I had 🔥👌Upgraded my side to loaded chicken fries which was a really big portion. Customer service was also on point. Highly recommended.

I ordered the smash burger and the loaded fries and the blue ocean drink. Firstly l, let’s talk about the smash burger. I personally found it really tasty. When you bite into the burger you get that experience of biting through the soft bun, going through the layers of smash patties, getting that taste of the melted cheese and caramelised onions which is what gives that extra oomph! Loaded fries - I really like the fact that I was able to swap out the normal fries for a premium side for my smash burger meal. The chicken loaded friends tastes really nice. I think it’s the sauce that does it for me. It’s got a bit of a kick to it. Somewhat tastes like a mild spice curry sauce. Blue ocean - My favourite drink! You can refill your drink at the cost of a pound if you wanted. It’s really refreshing. I still have more things to try from the menu but I it’s hard to resist the smash burger meal!

Can’t explain how good the food was, buns was soft and fluffy while the beef was flavoured to perfection. Portion size was amazing as a bodybuilder I’m used to eating larger sizes and Chico’s didn’t fail me there. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Chilly chips was a good side and good portion would recommend the burgers which I had and was perfection 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Gonna come back again and try more of the menus 💯👌🏽

I was given such a lovely warm welcome from the young ladies behind the counter which made my day. They then kindly told me what the popular items were on the menu and allowed me to sample a couple off their exotic drinks before i chose one. Overall very happy with the experience and will certainly come back when next in the area. We only ordered a small amount of food however it was all delicious. They also gave our children colouring in sheets and were super friendly with them. A masterclass in customer service from the team, thank you ladies 👍🏼

It was our first time eating at chicos. The place felt warm and welcoming. Due to being opening time it wasn't busy. We liked it that way. We ordered platter for two. It was great value. We enjoyed both the burgers, smashed and thigh one. The half chicken was really juicy and succulent cooked to perfection. We will be visiting again.

Nice burger joint in Brick Lane. Was busy and looked good when we went as was recently opened. Decent menu with lots of different options for food and drinks. On Brick Lane so parking not available immediately close by but on local roads. Service was good and fast

Excellent food and staff. I attended with 8 other friends so we ordered a range of food from their menu. Everyone was happy with their food. I thought their fries with beef was the tastiest going on the menu. The staff were exceptional and always attentive to our needs and requests.

nice place, staff were friendly sometimes they only accept cash (there's a ATM nearby) the smash burger was good but a bit over hyped I guess I should have tried the extra patty the original loaded fries were decent but for £5.45 it was a bit of a let down (might have been that they were a lukewarm ) I ordered 2 smash burgers and a loaded fried and it total to £21.35 so it's quite pricey of you want a good quick bite it's the place to go I was served within 5-7 min I guess I might have been lucky

The food was outstanding, and what made our experience better was the service we received from our 2 waiters, Francesco and Ishaan. They were incredibly helpful and their recommendations did not disappoint, and they would always come to you and serve you with a smile. Definitely a place to come back to.

Customer service always 10/10. We was served by Intasia (Apologies if the spelling is wrong). Food was great. Chico’s also gave us complimentary dates and water bottles to break our fast with which was very nice of them. As there was a little wait for our food they also provided with fruit to nibble on.

Went in with my family, the food was scrumptious and loved the variety of soft drinks. Especially blue ocean and the mango rush The customer service was very friendly and welcoming, from the time we arrived until the the time we left I will definitely be returning.

Nice casual place for food but wouldn't necessarily say it is worth the price. But if you don't mind spending a bit of money on basic simple food then I would suggest this place, the flavours are good and is very saucy, I have never experienced dry food. The menu has a good range too lots of options, so perfect for a group outing. This review is particularly for the milk cake from their desserts though. The milk cake is a nice cake but definitely not a milkcake. It is a nice normal sponge cake, it was just annoying that I was craving a milkcake and ended up with a normal cake covered in milk and not even enough milk. Milkcake should be spongey, airy and super soft like a sponge with milk soaking out of it. So I would suggest not pretending it's milkcake and charging over £5 for it. Other than that I enjoy the food as it is good quality.

First time to Chicos decided to go to the new branch, upon entry we were greeted right away which was nice, the place looks amazing they’ve done a great job with decor. The servers were lovely especially Aiesha she was really sweet, food came out pretty quick and I understand why people rave about it so much, smash burger was banging and loaded fries was best I’ve had. Will be back for sure…
