I absolutely love this place - it has some of the best pasta dishes in London. Everything we had was excellent - it's the kind of place you want to return to over and over to try multiple things and repeat favorites. The wine selection is great too, it's small but everything is good and pairs well with their dishes. Service was also great - friendly, attentive and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Decent place, similar concept as Chipotle. The food is good quality and fresh. The customer service is great as the staff is super nice and friendly. I do have to admit I’m a bit bias because I grew up with great food in Southern California. That is not to say this food is bad, it just doesn’t have the spice level that I’m accustomed to. With that said, a good place to grab lunch on go.

Good food, very overpriced I got the “protein box” for £10.75. For a little bit of chicken, veg and guac, I’d expect to at least feel full afterwards. It tasted good, the staff are friendly, but not worth the money.

The Burrito was excellent. Prawns were lovely, big and juicy. I like that they have a second vegetarian option (THIS isn't Chicken). Tortilla chips were again excellent. Their fries were more like waffle bites which were tasty especially with the Chipotle mayo that turns out to be vegan and is lush.

Nice place, good food. Found that the staff were a little, "shouty" for want of a better word. It's London, and its busy but each customer is a paying customer and some level of customer service is expected. After sitting down, my partner and I proceeded to watch numerous customers deal with one member of staff who was intense to say the least. Clearly just, "in the zone" but intense to deal with nonetheless.

First time in Chilango,i've had a chicken box and was very tasty and fresh,they offered me gucamole which i wasnt sure if it worth the money but is the best choice ive ever had as the guacamole was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely will go again!

Great food, great flavours. If you want a quick burrito that is bursting with flavour, then this is a great choice. I ordered the Vegan Chicken burrito and I was almost overwhelmed with number of different flavours going on. Probably the best takeaway burrito I have had. Best Burrito ever in London! I've been twice to Chilango during EOTHO and found that this place got the best burritos ever. I tried their chicken and steak burrito; their steak burrito is to die for. The spices used for their steak burrito taste so flavorful. And the size is HUGE. I have even tried burrito of Chipotle and Wahacca but Chilango is the best!

Very average. No cold drinks available. Witnessed another customer return his food as it was not cooked properly. Staff seemed fairly unorganised. My burrito (surf and turf) was definitely not bad, but also nothing special. Most likely won't return as there are lots of other options nearby.

We had ordered ahead to collect and takeaway our order. The staff had our order ready as soon as we informed them that we had ordered in advance. They were well organised and got our order to us promptly. The only thing I would say that could be improved is if they had an area in the customer dining area where things like salt, pepper, serviettes and cutlery can be collected by the customer. Other than that, it was great. 👍

I would like to share my experience at Chilango's London Bridge, starting with the vibrant team atmosphere and excellent customer service. The burrito itself, I can tell, has one of the freshest flavors in town and it is the best I have ever try on the Chilango's chain. I recommend you to check it on your own if you are hanging around or ordering delivery.

Awesome Mexican place across the Hilton Tower Bridge. Extremely satisfied with the meal. Just a tip, don't ask for it to be spicy until you don't have a good tolerance of spice. I can recommend this if you are craving Mexican.

Usually love Chilango's! Who doesn't love a burrito? Usually rate them highly although on this visit to the location by London Bridge I was not impressed at all. The server I feel was new so I was polite none the less. The burritos are usually sensibly filled with all the ingredients but on this occasion I fill like every thing was spread very thinly. Very small amounts of each ingredient. I had to ask for more on a couple of occasions and it felt a litrle awkward. Then when it came to wrapping the tortilla he had to ask a colleague to help wrap it (this is something that is surely taught as a first in training). And it still wasn't wrapped properly by the colleague as it fell apart as soon as I started eating it. Usually Chilango's does a, good job of ensuring they are done properly to prevent messy eating... Anyhow I will still eat at Chilango's just over all unimpressed with this visit as the chicken burritos are usually scrumptious.

OUTSTANDING!!! Great food and great customer service. The prices are not the cheapest but they are reasonable, especially for London. If you crave legitimate semi "fast food" Mexican this is the place to go. I went there with my wife, she's Japanese so she made a mistake in the order and the staff took great care of fixing it, not to mention they were all very friendly. The quality of the food is very high, as is the service. A great menu with a great portion. Stop reading this review and get down there!

We stumbled a cross chilango one weekday evening whilst exploring this part of London, fortunately for us we were feeling peckish and decided we'd grab a quick bite. The staff were helpful in assisting us in what was available. We shared a box of nachos and grabbed some mango/passionfruit-ade the food was brilliant exactly what we wanted and the drinks were spot on too, would visit again and reccomend to a friend. Theres no picture of the food as we hastily ate it.... 🤤

Not the best, but not the worst. I ordered throguh deliveroo, but the food is still the same. When it arrived, the bag broke and slipped to the floor. It had a leaking all over. The food was cold. I know its a lot of reasons to blame on the delivery, but without that experience, the food was just ok in my opinion, sorry.

Great place with good burritos served by some really friendly and polite staff. Been there twice now and tried burritos each visit - Veggie & This Isn't Chicken (plant protein pieces) along with oven baked fries with BBQ sauce. The only thing I didn't like was 1) Fries (tasted great) went soft very quick. 2)They are slightly over priced considering places like Tortilla - offer amazing burritos at a better price along with membership benefits.

I asked for the hottest salsa sauce on my burrito hot box. The woman says ok and gives me the mildest one. I realise when I'm half way through thinking wasnt it supposed to be spicy? The food quality and size is good, prices are ok I guess but communication with staff is bad. I had to repeat my self many times to two employees.

Loved the place and the ambience. I was craving for tacos but couldn't find them on the menu (though it was on their online menu!) Genuine Mexican flavours here... I was an honourary Chilango for a couple of years. Staff seemed to care about the place and the flavours and the vegetarian burrito I had here was Delicious! I was expecting a restaurant, so we should be clear that this is a fast food kind of place with seats on a mezzanine floor above the serving area - again very like Mexico city in that respect for this kind of place. Menu could be broader, but the food was good. If you are on the area you should go there.

Chilango is a Mexican themed restaurant close to London Bridge. I am pretty impressed. The food was actually super good. I had the surf & turf burrito and it was pretty damn good. I would say very comparable to Chipotle in the states. A nice lovely lunchtime restaurant with quick and friendly service the food is delicious and fresh and great value. I would definitely eat here again.

I had a small veg burrito which was £6.50, i found it a bit on a higher side for a burrito without any side. basic model is that of fast-food Mexican - choice of meats, rice/beans, either in tortilla or 'bowls'....meat was pretty good, overall most items seemed relatively fresh - good prices.

Nice place to eat, I normally go there 2 times per week, its a really fast-paced restaurant, really busy specially during lunch time. I really enjoyed today's visit every one was really nice and attentive, specially Eric at the tills, was a good sport and got the team to remake my sandwich which was dropped accidentally, in about 30 seconds. Order takeout from here all the time and it's always a safe bet. We tend to get sweet & sour chicken (great flavour), spare ribs (delish & perfectly cooked), Singapore noodles (tasty with a little kick) and their dim sum. Excellent Chinese food with a fast and friendly service. Book in advance as this restaurant gets very busy with Chinese travellers who love the authentic Chinese dishes that are on offer.

I was asked if I was fine with waiting 5 minutes for my box as the steak had to be cooked fresh. Fine. When my meat was ready I had to go back in the queue to tell them what condiments I wanted?! The place was clean, the workers were very kind, and the food was amazing. María who served us was always smiling and very professional. I really loved the nachos and the burritos I ordered. As someone of Hispanic descent visiting London from the States, i was kinda curious to see how British people do Mexican food. Honestly, the best way to describe the food is that it tastes like Chipotle in bowl form instead of a burrito, which isnt a bad thing, but it's nothing special. Staff was friendly and food was reasonably priced, considering it was in the heart of London. Good enough, that a friend and I went back the next day for more. If you're hungry, it doesn't hurt to check this place out. If you actually had Mexican food before, avoid it.

Have been here a few times, and in between those visits I noticed that they've expanded their menu and have added more vegetarian / vegan options to their menu, as well as some more health-oriented foods, which is great! I really like the burritos here, they're a good size and generously filled. But it would be great to see some vegetarian/vegan protein introduced besides the beans (i.e. seitan or jackfruit), that would make it a lot better for veggies. Also, was not the biggest fan of their sweet potato chips, seemed a tad soggy!

Love Chilango on Tooley Street! I hit this place up once every couple of weeks and always get a great burrito. I call ahead from about 5 minutes away and ask for a prawn burrito and they start cooking them up so it's ready to go when I arrive. Last night, I did the same but they made me one with some of the leftover prawns (which was fine) but upon realising I was the one who called, they made another one with the prawns they were cooking up for me for free! Talk about customer service Big thanks to Sean, Nelly, Steffi and Frank! I will be back.

Was introduced to Chilango by a friend. We hung out for the first time at a park nearby, then ventured to this land of dreams after. And I must say, it was rather fabulous. They serve burrito boxes if you fancy a less messy experience too. I got the box first and it was so delicious, and I was so hi-hungry that I then ordered a burrito! Both times I devoured the meal. Considering other options for fast food, this place is somewhat healthier too since you have a well rounded meal with fibre, protein, carbs, fats and micronutrients from the salad. Top place to eat, would recommend. Unaware King's students are missing out.

Chilango is hands down the best mass market burrito in England and the best I've had personally. It is reasonably passable to this son of Los Angeles. Survice was a bit rushed, and I felt that the burrito could have been filled a little bit more. This is in comparison to my experience of Tortilla and BarBurrito. Choice of ingredients was slightly less than other places. However their spicy salsa was actually pretty spicy and their habanero sauce on table was really good. The mango and passionfruit lemonade was good. Though they were busy, staff were pretty nice. As for claiming they are the best burritos in London - I wouldn't agree personally, primarily because of better alternatives in value for money.

I thought this was a restaurant. It was actually just a collection of people shouting at each other and, when I got to the front of the very long queue - shouting at me. I couldn't understand what they were asking, the noise was so intense as the blood poured out of my ears and I started to sway. After nodding a few times a Burrito was put together clearly for me, but was whisked off down the counter, faster than the queue was going - this resulted in someone 5 meters away screaming something incomprehensible about me being a bit moley and did I want to pay extra? Got some food at the end - it wasn't what I ordered (Correction: what I thought I ordered), but it was nice. The ringing in my ears is still here, 20 minutes later, along with the blood loss.

I got out of work super late tonight.. Was walking along Tooley street, looking for places that might sell me some take-out food, but all were closed. I met this guy (who might be the manager of the place) standing outside Chilango who said the place was closed as well. I literally just asked him if there were places around that would be open where I could buy take-out food.. and he couldn't think of one - so he went in and brought some food for me. Strangely enough, he wouldn't accept any money from me for this food either! I'm new to England.. And really! I am SHOCKED when I see how nice people are here! Evidently, it was this dude's birthday today as well.. And I didn't even wish him a happy birthday! haha.. I'm not representing Canada well here! If he sees this by any chance - happy birthday dude! And thanks for dinner! Super nice of you!

One of the most stressful lunchtimes of my life - and I've played pork chop roulette! It looks like a good place to get food until you cross the threshold and it looks like a cross between an argos and a cheap prague 'discotech' (brothel) - less women but a very familiar smell of beef. But don't let this put you off. I would suggest reading the menu and practicing your order before you go in because that queue goes quicker than a rocket full of monkeys. Before you know it you will have 15 members of staff in front of you primed with their mystery pots of filling waiting on your every word. I would suggest pointing and nodding at every other pot and repeating back the last word of whatever questions they ask you, thats what I did and £10 later I had a tasty lunch. If you are hungover this high demand service may push you over the edge, but if you do get out of there with anything that resembles what you went in there for, you can enjoy a real sense of achievement.
