There aren't many places that does rotisserie chicken as well as Coqbull. Perfect for a casual and relax get together with your mates, Coqbull is homely, but also hip restaurant in the corner of Spitalfields Market. The staff were lovely, and the menu was simple which is a good thing in my eyes with chicken for obvious star of show. You can't go wrong with the half chicken with stuffing and chicken gravy paired with dirty fries. But if you really want to, you can also go for fried chicken as well as beef patty burgers, all the which, sounds very enticing. Glancing at the drinks menu too, this is a great place to grab a drink too at their long wooden bar counter. Cocktails, beers, liquer, spirits, you name, they likely have it. Give fried chicken arrest and give rotisserie chicken ago because Coqbull does it the best. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I found the food expensive, specially the burgers. They have a good selection of vegetarian burgers and we tried one of them but it had too much sauce and it was too sweet. The meat burgers were better but on the small side! Overall 3 burgers, 3 drinks, and nachos to share is around 80 pounds!

A great addition to the area. Chicken roasted to perfection and the wings hit the spot. Tasty healthy options as well. I highly recommend the couscous salad with chicken. Perfect for sharing. Been here a few times it’s becoming a go to for me

One of the most succulent rotisserie chicken we’ve ever had in London! 🍗 The mash was also top notch 👍🥔 Staff was very attentive and service was quick. A great experience overall. We will return!

WOW just WOW! Visited this gem of a place on a Saturday evening after spending the day in London. What makes a restaurant good, the ambiance? the staff? the food? The drinks? This place has it all. We were seated near the kitchen hatch & the staff were great, very friendly & making sure we were well looked after. The food was delicious & wholesome, just what was needed after a day spent in rainy London Town. The cocktails were amazing too. To finish our evening we were recommended to try the waffles for dessert. Best dessert of 2021 for me! Overall this place was a great find & a great end to our day in London. Will definitely be on my list to visit in 2022. To all the staff thank you for a great time & best wishes for a happy Christmas.

Popped in during the soft opening weekend early October, food was all delicious, service was friendly and efficient. They forgot a couple of items but were really gracious about it and as it was early days am sure everything will be worked out. Looking forward to going back as my fussy teen liked her burger.

First time at Coqbull in Spitalfields. Was not disappointed. My friend and I were celebrating post lockdown and opted for the Bottomless Brunch. Food was great, but the free flowing prosecco was better! Had the best afternoon - thank you so much to our very lovely waitress Emma (and her colleagues). We will be returning. Also Dog friendly (not that I brought mine) but worth noting. Met the lovely Gracie dog - adorable!

I loved the food here, the cauliflower wings were delicious and the tiramisu cocktail tasted like heaven!! My server Ellis was a Gem and super useful when I asked for recommendations. Would definitely return there again!

just passed by with my girlfriend and saw the decor through the window so decided to give it a go. WOW! such a cool atmosphere inside! the food was surprisingly good especially the southern fried chicken plate and the cocktails were unreal. i cant wait to return here, its perfect for any occasion!

We went here today for the first time. The food and the restaurant was lovely but what made it was the staff - Ollie, Megan, Emma and Jaime were the best and we will definitely be returning again very soon!

Been to this place previously as a pop up and food was fab. Was passing today and popped back in as they’ve opened permanently - sometimes hard in London to find genuinely awesome staff, everyone who welcomed and helped us was just lovely. Food amazing, good beer on tap, Burgers and spice bag were great. We swapped some chips for a side salad and even that was great! Recommend 100% for snacks, meal or even just a drink!
