Reviews of Fatboy's Diner Blackwall

Great diner experience!! Very authentic diner with great burgers among other things and delicious shakes!! I have tried both beef and chicken burgers (both eating in and via delivery) and they were very good and freshly made. The atmosphere is great, with a very friendly staff and great music that takes you back! Really recommend! In the picture: cheesburger, double chic burger with rosemary fries and side salad and a vanilla milkshake 🤤

Unique American burger place at the a historic location.
Best burger I have ever had and been here few times. It was recommended by a friend and now I keep recommending it to my friends.
It worth a trip to the wharf as well & walk around before/after the meal.
Will be back soon.

Love this place. It is as much about the surroundings as it is the food. You can get a decent fry-up with generous portions, pancakes etc and the shakes are awesome. But just as good is the atmosphere and the location being in Trinity Buoy Wharf. Have a walk around the wharf and view the River and container city.
It all makes for a superb breakfast/lunch experience!

Great diner, very authentic. As an American in London it's rare to find a true diner experience. In fact, it's better because unlike diners in the USA this place actually has good coffee! Really nice breakfast and pancakes. Well done guys!!

Stopped by for brunch after exploring the area. Lovely hot coffee and tasty food.
Definitely recommended

Was taken here as part of a surprise birthday weekend in London, which heavily revolved around food!
My partner and I are massive fans of burgers, milkshakes etc and this seemed like the perfect place to go.
I can honestly, hand on heart, say that this was the best milkshake I have ever tasted. I opted for the Oreo, was rich in flavour and just delicious.
We couldn't resist getting some pancakes with the fried chicken. Having traveled to America, I was impressed with their authentic 'fluffy' pancake taste, and the fried chicken on top was a great addition.
However, we were both really disappointed in the burger. The burger barely fitted the bun, and was very bland.
I can't fault the service, value for money and authentic style diner. If we had ordered milkshakes and pancakes the trip would have been perfect.

I was looking forward to a burger and shake on my way to Fatboy's Diner and I wasn't disappointed, loved it. Enjoy a nice walk there and reward yourself.

Visited before the lockdown
What an Amazing Hidden Gem in London
Brought back happy memories of some of the cool dinners I have been to in the states.
Great Friendly Staff, Food Cooked to Order, Loved the booths and stalls.
And the food OMG - Food portions Very Generous, and tasted SO GOOD!!!
One of the Best Burgers I have eaten, the Chicken Strips and Milkshake was Lovely!!!!! 5 STAR!!!!
Will be back with my friends
VERY IMPRESSED!!!

Really great food, quick service and a nice view across the Thames

After seeing this place on The Great British Sewing Bee, and realising it wasn't too far away from where we would be staying during our recent trip to London, we decided to seek it out and go for breakfast before travelling home at the end of our trip.
We're so glad we did as wonderful. The service was friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
We had the place to ourselves, a rarity in London, although it is tucked out of the way a little bit. Mug of tea with the teabag left in (which I like), sausages, bacon, eggs and hash browns with a pancake too. It was great, we all had something slightly different and we all loved it
Would recommend making the effort to find this place a have a lovely, relaxed breakfast and we will definitely go again next time we're in London.

Best burger I've had in ages! Cooked to order and so tasty 😋. Young man serving was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will be back. Fabulous location.

The food is amazing, portion sizes are very generous, staff are good, my only complaint is the wait time and that could have been managed better on my last visit. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute, but the food took an hour to appear. We would have happily waited an hour, just wish the staff had told us this to manage our expectations better.
d. o.
Went as part of a group of eight family and friends. The food was tremendous, and the staff, led by the lovely Ronnie, were excellent.(Hats off to Jamal and Nathan/David as well 😄👍.) A wonderful experience, and one we'll be repeating for sure. Recommended.

Fatboy diner a hidden gem 💎 America style dinner and good food. With scenic views of o2 and Canary Wharf. Well worthwhile a visit for low-key dinning Bruce’s bonus there’s plenty of room for parking.
M. N.
Cute American diner on the Thames with a lovely view. But the sausage in the hot dog, was not a hot dog. I can tell a Frankfurt er from a mile off. And the chips weren't great either. Sorry to say for a small business because I support them. But I can't lie.
M. M.
Good service and excellent food! The diner/trailer was moved from America many years ago, but hasn’t lost any of its charm.
I ordered the “fatboy dog” which was great - a beef hotdog in brioche bun, fully loaded with onions, cheese, mustard and ketchup. The chips were AMAZING. Really well cooked, crispy and skin-on.
The diner offers a different special each weekday, and has a range of lighter options as well as a children’s menu.
I’d definitely recommend coming here for something to eat whilst enjoying the experience!
T. S.
Great american diner experience in London. Went for breakfast and it was delicious. My only minor critisicm is that the service was a little slow considering how few people were in the diner.

Review from few weeks ago, when the weather outside was still nice!
LOVED the burgers, one of the best in the whole city in my opinion. If the weather is nice, seating outside just on the river it's absolutely fantastic. Prices are ok ish, although since everything is take away now, £1 less here and there wouldn't be bad. Recommended.
p. f.
Great food, as always. However, roof vents need changing (too greasy) and a good wipe down and kept clean behind the counter.
c. s.
Great views good prices a little bit difficult to get to if you dont have a car . Little cafe for fried breakfast or burgers . My friend went for the challenge and failed . Very accommodating he doesn't eat pork so it was substituted he's lactose so had a smoothie instead of shake . Nice guys and gals working here
T. R.
Love this place and heartily recommend! The food is totally delicious, although being a small place, limited to availability - arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Decor is fabulous, and service was great too! A must-see if you're in the area.
L. M.
Amazing diner. Cool retro Americana style, large choice of food and drinks available, proper portions, great quality and fair prices. Definitely recommended.

We wanted to finish our trip to London coming here, and it was sure worth it!! Will be coming back next time we come! It was delicious, good price, and super great service!!
J. B.
Only had a drink, my hot chocolate was very nice and my wife had a tea. We sat outside, it is really nice area, a real American diner.
S. C.
A perfectly cooked breakfast! Eating Chicken and Chips in a basket is a real indulgence at 10:30am, but what a great way to start the day 😃 Will definitely be returning to try more from the extensive menu.
j. b.
Great authentic style American diner. Fatboys hotdogs were delicious. Staff friendly. Strawberry milkshake tasted awesome. Would've preferred it in a glass with garnish than a plastic take way glass however 5* Recommend a visit here 👍
R. S.
Friendly staff, the burger was perfectly cooked and fries were piping hot and delicious! Vegetarian husband quite pleased with an OK number of options.
d. r.
Really like their breakfasts and coffees.
J. M.
Very unique and the real deal when it comes to an American dinner experience.
The coffee is ok however burger, fries & wraps are great.
Now sells alcohol
A great little East London gem!
Nice view of the O2 arena as well
Accepts cards
I. D.
Very good burgers and fries. Friendly service. Recommended if you are in the area.
M. C.
Love this place, and often trek out here from from my home in SW1 to eat here when the weather is good. Food is great and very reasonably priced. Great views of the river, the cable car and Dome. The young chap that runs it is such a friendly guy and clearly loves what he does.
J. W.
I am soooooo happy this place exists, especially for the hotdog and pancakes. Superb service in a proper american diner trailer. Hidden gem!
A. V. M.
Good grub, a little gem which most people don’t know about. Well worth that trip to trinity buoy wharf as the views of the river from here are worth it
J. T.
Always great food 😋 100% recommended for your daily fix of food .... Great food great lads that work there
J. S.
Great location. Lovely staff. Delicious food with an unbeatable view in a unique and modest atmosphere. Highly recommended.
D. B.
Walked out very pleased with the meal and the coffee! A few strides from a magnificent river view.
K. B.
A good range of food on the menu, good quality and portion size and very friendly staff who cannot do enough for you in this very informal setting. The diner is located in the querky setting that is Trinity Buoy Wharf - an oasis of old world Thameside & dock buildings and arts, craft and design units with some wacky features. Experience here the creative use of disused shipping containers for modern office and living space. Google the diner itself for some interesting background on it's history, previous locations and use as a film location.
I. G.
Very friendly staff, and a decent bit of brekky. Will definitely be back
G. W.
Such a shame that this wasn't better. A lovely, old, American style diner with a fairly traditional English breakfast menu (plus pancakes). The food was okay but tea and coffee were not great. Lacked some of the little things you would expect from a cafe (sweetener, glasses for soft drinks etc).
K. K.
Staff are always so lovely and warm to get you with a hearty hello!
Always a pleasure to see you guys and the food is always on point!!
Prices are reasonable considering how big the portions are and service is always super fast.
Wonderfully located, with a great view and a lot of history behind the place and also the venue itself.
Don't miss the opportunity if you're ever passing by!!!
Thanks guys, keep it up!!
J. H. n. E.
Great American Diner with amazing food and drinks and equally amazing service (Thank you Michael!) Best American pancakes in London - finally a place that has ice cream as a choice!
Z. K.
Nice view and lovely area. Although, the pancakes and the coffee I had were pretty bad...
M.
What a find! The food is here really good - proper grub that will fill you up. Cheeseburger was one of the most decent I’ve had in London - quite juicy but not in an overly greasy way. The staff were very welcoming and friendly too, great customer service from some young lads. Will definitely be visiting again.
I. A.
We had some lovely chicken goujons, onion rings, mozzarella cheese sticks platter, as well as sticky barbecue wings while having drinks at Trinity Riverside Bar. Food was really nice, and quick, just to note that currently all orders are made online.
L. M.
Although I haven't had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in person, I order from them on Uber eats and I have never come across a warm and friendly service
I ordered no egg in a breakfast wrap and was surprised to see a message that read "No egg so we put extra sausage instead, hope that is okay. Happy New Year's"
Just when I thought customer service had taken a nose dive recently. This restaurant, restored my faith. Thank you, amazing food as well, of course
M. S.
Food is always lovely and the staff is nice and friendly. They will cook your eggs perfectly exactly the way you want them! Reasonable prices too! Just be careful when you order takeaway not to mistake it with Fat Boyz Diner which is on 3 Barking Rd, East Ham which is a completely different diner with similar name and is honestly horrible.
M. D.
We usually get the shakes for the kids, but breakfast items are definitely a bonus to have throughout the day.
j. b.
Great authentic style American diner. Fatboys hotdogs were delicious. Staff friendly. Strawberry milkshake tasted awesome. Would've preferred it in a glass with garnish than a plastic take way glass however 5* Recommend a visit here 👍
L. B.
Amazing, great staff and great food. I'd suggest trying the milkshakes and the fries there to die for 😍❤
S. S.
Absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much. The pancakes are BEAUTIFUL! xxx

If u want a good burger and to have it in artistic location this is your place.Owners and staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. ALWAYS prepared at the same time .Pay a visit..you will not be disappointed:)

Great place to stop for a quick bite to eat - a very interesting place in a special part of London - didn’t expect to find such an iconic American place

Cute American style eating joint tucked away from common sight. Great ambience. Lovely staff and good food

It is by far the best place ever for burgers ❤️

Just visited Fatboys diner for the first time with my husband after a recommendation - I can confirm it did not disappoint!
Was a really fab little place, worth the trip as food was delicious and just what you would expect from an authentic American diner!
We will be back :)
Lovely staff and clean.
M. B.
Great food and lovely service. You definitely get bang for your buck.
J. P.
Love this diner!
S. D.
Lovely diner. Doesn't play up to its fame, which it should, but super lovely staff and great menu. Highly recommend!
L.
Very friendly service- beautifully preserved authentic 1950s diner- in a very eclectic location. Hot dog was great and the side portions were especially generous.
A. E.
Interesting and quirky diner, in a cool if somewhat tricky to get to location. Fatboy burger is fantastic, best burger I've had in ages, shakes good too. Popular at lunch for wraps and burgers. Nice view. They'd run out of a few things when we came in, service was fast but relaxed. Will go again.
V. F.
What an amazing diner. We were very surprised by how tasty their food is. Outstandingly, amazing customer service. They genuinely care about you and are always promptly available. Super charismatic staff! The only con is that you leave the place smoked, smelling like a human burger. Hahahahaha apart from that, perfect!
B.
They shipped this dinner from the US to the Uk now it serves up American classics in east London. Don’t eat for a few days before going, the burgers are massive.
S. Z.
Customer service was good and very helpful.
The view from the trailer was really nice with the o2 arena at the back.
The food was served very quickly and I ordered vegie breakfast and that was very good.
For sides we shared and chicken burger that came with a chips. Both were very tasty and we cooked.
Overall 9/10
ill highly recommend this place to anyone the price was on the high end. You could go to other places and get the same food and the same service for much cheaper price.
R. F.
Great choice, nice food - and lovely coffee!! Recommended

Blooming great food, quirky venue, great service whats not to like
O.
Always lovely food and wonderful customer service. They are very consistent and I enjoy my trips here. Also the view is amazing and the placing/ design of the diner gives its unique feel in comparison to others I’ve been to in the city. My personal top choice of you want an American type diner to visit in London.
M. P.
Authentic taste of the states. Solid no-frills burgers and crunchy fries. Worth the trek.
L. C.
Fantastic breakfast! The cappuccino I ordered makes my American meal even better!
I. S.
Excellent service. Love stuff. Very good quality burger for it price. And tasty! Love it! You must have the esspreso shake also 🥰
A. H.
Awesome food, great menu, lovely staff
M. N.
Decent, juicy and well garnished burger. Proper homemade fries. Took it around the corner as a takeaway and sat with one of the best views in London overlooking the Thames. All for £10!
L. W.
Have been coming here for about 18 months and it's usually good, but today I had the breakfast which was really worth 5 stars - a perfect combo of the fluffiest lightest pancakes, maple, tasty smoked bacon, potatoes and perfectly done sunny side up eggs - not a hint of greasiness about it either. My friend enjoyed his lumberjack breakfast (maple, bacon, butter, pancakes) so much he had another whole round of pancakes! The diner was better staffed than usual with 3-4 people working rather than the usual 2, so service seemed much improved.
Overall everything was great, so we didn't even mind that milkshakes were off the menu.
I was so sleepy I forgot to tip - the staff really deserved it so huge apologies! I'll double up next time!
S. W.
I love this place, have been coming here for a few years as I live about a 10 min walk away.
Burgers and milkshakes are great.
In the old days they did pancakes as well which I loved..... bring en back :)
Location is funky and have a great view of river from there overlooking Canary Wharf and o2 arena.
Prices are reasonable
J. B.
They have recently changed their burger patties and they are brilliant. They make the burger mix in house and fry two smaller patties per burger, which makes them taste much better.
Great milk shakes too, made with proper ice cream.
Lovely place to visit too, as it is an original American diner in the wonderful Trinity Buoy Wharf
K. D.
Lovely original dining car. Great menu consisting of burgers, dogs, wraps and desserts. Snickers shake is to die for!!! Reasonable prices and daily meal deals. I recommend trying it out if you make the trip to Trinity Buoy Wharf.
A. F.
Great restaurant. Exquisite food. Could appeal to one on thee summers day. Splendid name although I did come out looking a bit of a fat boy. My friend suspected it was something to do with the name but I don't think so. Would return!
R. P.
Super good value, great views, delicious food and delightful service. Take some cash with you so you can tip the lovely server 😊
I. F.
Amazing Time down at the dinner :) food and milkshakes was 10/10 will come again
B. C.
Why didn't I know about this place before. Tasty American food, friendly staff at reasonable prices. Not massive inside or out, but a real hidden gem. Strongly recommend.
S. S.
Absolutely AMAZING! Thank you so much. The pancakes are BEAUTIFUL! xxx
S. G.
Tasty food, it’s small to sit inside
M. T.
Got to sit outside! Yay for the return to normality. Love the fat boys diner. Don't get there often but when I do the staff are always nice and polite and the food is lovely.
N. C.
Friendly staff, easy going atmosphere, good quality food and as real as an American diner as you're going to get outside of the USA. It's a little hidden away, which I think adds to the experience of the place. It's also near a great view of London.
My only displeasure is that I do not carry any American quarters to get the mini jukeboxes to work!
All in all, I will be going back.
P. V.
Popped in for an early lunch today. Place is tucked away in the middle of Trinity Wharf / Trinity Buoy Wharf but the walk there is pretty interesting. Lea Valley Park and the people who own the area have a lot of information boards detailing the history of the area.
Diner itself is classic 1950s chrome shape of joy run by a jolly Spaniard who enjoys the place. Menu is pretty simple with decent breakfast and lunch selections and a nice range of milkshakes. Also does a float which is pretty cool.
I can't say I've been to Fatboys before but I have been to proper American diners in Chicago, New Jersey, New York and Dallas. I've tasted and enjoyed the real deal and the real atmosphere. Just being able to chill out, have a read and a munch and then have some banter with the staff is what its all about.
My burger was nice and came straight from the grill as did the fries. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm not here for looks, I'm not even coming here for gourmet burger crap like Byron. I'm here to grab a burger and take a big bite out of it.
On that basis, Fatboys fits the bill :)
M.
Top notch breakfast and burgers and fries were really excellent. A bargain price for such a good experience. Not a single "big-chain" involved which is what we all want. Small and local but really well done!!
A. M.
Love it! Very good burger, although I would like it a bit more bloody (they didn't ask). The place is awesome! Really quirky, proper american diner style, albeit a bit cramped because as everything in this area is made out of containers! It is difficult to reach, unless you come to see the developments in trinity buoy wharf, you would never end up here. It is definitely worth the effort coming here though! It just opened under new management and it is as good as it always was. Extremely recommended and while in the area, spare some time to visit the exhibits in the Wharf!

EDIT MAY 2016: Something is very wrong of late, so I need to add a note to my previous review below. Firstly, the diner has moved, not far, but it's not quite so magical to look at as you come around the corner into Trinity Buoy Wharf. On the plus side, it now has a river view. On the down side, it was very shut during its normal opening hours on my most recent visit with no sign of why and if it us indeed even still trading. The website has also expired, without even a note to explain what's going on. All in all it seems the current owners are struggling and I would advise caution before coming out this way in hopes of what was once a very special experience.
PREVIOUS REVIEW MAY 2015:
Really fantastic place, and as authentic an American diner experience as you're going to find in London. It's very tucked away and takes a bit of finding, which is part of it's charm and only adds to the adventure. Good prices too, with a burger and fries starting at £6. My only negative was that the milkshakes are so pricey I assume they are imported from the US too (banana shake is £4.50!). Thankfully this is balanced out nicely by soft drinks for less than a quid, so really everyone's a winner and Fatboy's five star rating is intact. Love this place!
If my review and photos were helpful to you, please give me a thumbs up 👍🏼 Thanks!
J. L.
Randomly located ahabby chic American diner set in an old Campervan. Don't let the location fool you however, great food (and smoothies!) for an even better price. Not the biggest restaurant so not ideal for big groups. However, if you happen to be in the area alone or with a couple of friends, give it a try!
D. B.
Overall great staff but food is average if not a little below quality and flavour compared to other similarly priced burger places.
D. D.
A U.S diner in Trinity Buoy Wharf offering classic diner style food with excellent service.
A. W.
Straight out of Happy Days! Was very lucky as the sun was shining, rendering an outside table compulsory. "Outside" means slap bang in the middle of Trinity Buoy Wharf - London's secret corner of artistic Bohemia. Outside is shared with artisty student types and staff of the river taxis. This diner is an American diner that out-does American diners. The menu had some salads, but it is a burger, dog, and nacho place. There is plenty for vegetarians, so if you are the type who wishes to deprive your life of the joys of living, don't worry - even you can eat here. Actually, in all seriousness, the burger I had was one of the best I can remember. Not the cheapest burger I have had though - I can remember that much. The place is tiny inside, so if it is raining (and it wasn't) you'd be pushed to get a place to perch. You must go here. Although five minutes from Canary Wharf, it is as if those five minutes had transported you to a sleepy seaside village basking in the laid back ethos of contemplated contentment. Civilisation is being built around it, so visit before the old warehouse buildings are pulled down.

Loved the food! Serves great veggie breakfast (real carrot and veggies in the crispy patty, much appreciated), wraps and vanilla shakes. Friendly and welcoming staff! Will come again, bet your bottom dollar. 😊
p. j.
This place deserves the full 5 stars. Perfect price point to match the borough. Tried more or less everything and for the price u cant fault it. The buffalo chick burger is in a league of its own regardless of the price And the garlic chilli fries are faultless. Tantilisingly tangy and slightly spicy. These guys know there market 😉
R. S.
Great food at great prices with an amazing view! The diner has classic booths or bar stools to dine at plus an outdoor area. I always enjoy making a trip out east to hang out in a really unusual area of London.
J. D.
This dinner is awesome! The team are very nice to chat with and the new location is amazing. I can't wait to sit outsider the dinner in the summer sun.
My top request would be for them to add Ice coffee to the menu for the coming summer but maybe thats just the Australian nostalgia in me.
10/10 would eat here again.
R. P.
Great juicy burgers, thick shakes, crispy skinny fries and delicious coffee served by friendly staff in a genuine 1940s American diner car. What is there not to like? Great views across The Thames as well, plus interesting art installations dotted around the Wharf.
G. H.
I haven't once been dissapointed with the food, though be aware that your eyes are likely bigger than your stomach when it comes to the special burgers! Staff have always been cordial, and the riverside location is pleasant.
R. A.
It's good this place is finally the way it should be. I didn't mind the old diner, I however know a lot of people that were either very disappointed or underwhelmed by the food/experience, it's an amazing building and this led to people having high expectations for a genuine US style diner. It's great that the place now has the menu to match the aesthetics. So anyone who wasn't into it before, give it another go!
F. F.
It is always a great experience eating at Fatboy’s. Food is delicious and the location deserves a visit!
A. E.
There are so many American style restaurants in London, but I think this place is the best of them. You can try some of the tastiest pies here and most importantly for a very good price. The chicken burgers are good and great option for a takeaway-style dinner. There is a view of Thames which is also a big plus.
M. F.
Just moved in around the corner so glad theres a greasy spoon cafe local. Strawberry milkshakes are banging! Im on my 2nd and only been here 20 minutes. Im coming back to try their house special the "The Meateor".
Sort of a mighty stack burger.
Think i found my local hideout!
M. R.
Decent coffee, I haven't tried the food but it seems popular. Great location by the thames, you can get a takeaway and watch the boats come and go
J. M.
Great food, value and people
C. H.
Best blueberry and banana pancakes ever! Very friendly service, great little diner. Walked here from canary wharf 40 minutes. Fabulous area hidden away from London chaos on the edge of the Thames.
S. T.
Delicious 😋 Chicken burger😍
R.
Milkshake was really tasty. Located near the water.
K. M.
Can I just say if you've read the Lowest reviews then you're making a mistake. They are from the old management and have no say in the new guys. This place doesn't deserve anything below a 5. I mean Ive been to many burger places such as Burger and Lobster and Burgers and Cocktails. But nothing comes close to this place, yeah Its located in the back streets but its worth the adventure. So far Ive been here twice and loved it every time. All i can say is don't judge until you've tried it. You have my word!
R. H.
The staff are friendly and guide dog friendly. The food is good and price competitive it is in a New York metro car with bench tables and you can sit at the counter too.
M. O.
Local, friendly and homely. Definitely deserving of a visit if you're closeby. It has a nice view of the O2 and the food is generally great. 👍🏾
D. H.
Great spot for a naughty big breakfast.
V. P.
The food was good and very reasonable, one fatboy burger, one skinnyboy burger both with fries and two soft drinks came to £16. Service was friendly and fast. Nice location and good atmosphere. Hoping to return in the Summer hols.
n. p.
Fatboy's Diner is under new management so you can potentially disregard any poor reviews from last year. For a start, there is a new menu that still has a US diner theme but has house specialities (I had pulled chicken with fries). Owner/manager was very friendly and I genuinely wish him the best of luck with the diner - it's a quirky eatery in a quirky location and deserves to succeed. BYOB.
S. K.
Getting here is an adventure. You'd probably think you took the wrong turn and that itself can be considered as a plus. This isolation could turn to be a bit creepy on a cloudy day. So what? I love their burgers, people who running this are friendly and cool and the setting is pure "Diner". However what I'm always finding a bit annoying is the waitresses tenacity of leaving our forks upon a questionably clean table

Great little local spot for breakfasts or burgers. The food is reasonably priced, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the milkshakes!
L. H.
Pretty good food in an American diner style. The pancakes are nice, as well as the standard meaty fry up stuff. They could do with better coffee.
S. H.
Great location. The breakfast was good served by great staff.
D. W.
Great quality, freshly prepared food and always delicious! Makes working an 18 hour day bearable - and the milkshakes are the best in the world. Fact.
K. Y.
Great setting... Tucked away... Parking available... American diner style... Breakfast lovely... 😍 thumbs up from my kids too... Oh and milkshakes amazing...
P. A.
Best burger I've had in a long while, Great service. 👍
T. B.
Hidden gem. Best breakfast I know. Who knew a fry up with pancakes could be so good! Amazing views of London too.
P. H.
Tasty fried foods & coffee in a 50s Airstream-style van. Hotdogs & burgers go down well with the kids, I go for the spicy chicken wrap which is perhaps a bit healthier? Or a bacon/egg roll. Mmmmmm bacon...
R. S.
Really good milkshakes here, quite a good selection of food from the menu
G. O.
Great location. Traditional US rail carriage type diner. The food is really good for diner food. Worth a visit.

A. S.
Lovely"dirty" fry up and burgers to fill up! Cool American experience and great when sun's out and you can sit outside with view over to o2
H. S.
A hidden Gem of a place at Trinity Whalf, lovely food and plenty of it, situated in an area of great historical importance facing across the River Thames the O2 Arena, also a famous place where Faraday carried out his experiments with magnets and lights resulting with his Faraday Effect.... wow
Enjoy the whole experience.

A real American diner built in 1941 in New Jersey, Fatboy's Diner was transported across the pond in the early 90's and was in various Central London locations until reaching its present home at Trinity Bouy Wharf. Very good burgers (well done, unless you request otherwise) & hot dogs, better shakes. Really good value for money too (under a tenner per person).
Trivia: John Hannah & Gwyneth Paltrow's characters visit this in the film ‘Sliding Doors’.
s.
