You get what you expect, portions are rather large so order a little burger and fries and you'll get a satisfying portion even if you're very hungry. One of the only food place open after 10pm. Very pleasant staff.

I was in Kensington High Street on January 3rd, I was served by Jay, although it was busy the food was ready very quickly, the delight of the evening was Andrea's fries, as well as the burger! On the line were Jay, Assem and Andrea, good job guys !

Fresh ingredients fill these burgers, paired with hand made chips (fries) fried in peanut flavored oil, nothing less than some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The milkshake was a bit rich and hard to drink as it is too thick. Perhaps sitting area could be more generous, it feels too much like a fast food joint but the food is anything but.

Big Sam is an exemplary employee. He is welcoming, friendly and efficient at his job. He helped us navigate the menu and provided delicious suggestions on milkshake flavours (thank you!). I absolutely loved this place. Lovely lovely friendly staff, chatting to the public and each other sets a great atmosphere. The music is fantastic. I don’t think I heard a bad track. The food is wonderful. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Massive portion of chips, really big tasty burger and a refill drink. The toilets were clean and the venue really nice to sit in. Oh and you get free peanuts in shells. Can’t wait to go back again.

I love 5 guys…. I have no doubt, it is the best “fast” burger existing and even better than many other burgers…. And if you talk about the French fries, there is for sure NO doubt…. Best in town where ever the town is! Ans if you add the guys that were taking care of the customers, another 5 stars they got…. It was like ONU but very nice, there was a UK, a Colombian, Equatorian and a very nice Romanian lady who speak Spanish helping a lot! Thank you guys!

Wish we had one in our town. Best burgers ever and the chips are brilliant (regular portion was enough for me and my wife) Knock spots of B/K and McD's all day You can customize your burgers with over a dozen sauces and toppings at no extra cost too. Milk shake flavours can be mixed as well ,again at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend trying for your self
