Angelo served us with amazing customer service. Angelo made the experience at five guys different and unique. We have come here before many times but we kind of eat asap and go this time the customer service put us at ease and made the time here feel relaxed. The food was delicious and made on time. Tasted great! My son enjoyed his food and we look forward to eating here again.

First time trying five guys as a veggie, waaayyyy overpriced! 2 drinks, 2 fries and 2 sandwiches £25! Tasted good but nothing special! Only 2 veggie main items on the mainly unfortunately!

Our first time in this five guys branch, it was all normal until we waited 10-15mins for my milkshake. The burgers arrived before the milkshake so we went up to ask the lady and she told us she’s too busy to make them. We were a bit surprised because other five guys branch that were as busy never told us such thing. In the end a nice male staff took to the milkshakes and gave not only me but others their long awaited milkshake. I would have put 1 star because of that rude lady who wouldn’t even give us a spare straw but the nice guy saved it. Food was nice just service needs to improved in this branch.

We went for a quick bite on a busy Saturday. The staff is great and the food as always delicious and tasty. What pushed me to give the review was seeing the staff behind the counter enjoying themselves while attending customers and preparing the orders. It's really rare to see the staff talking and laughing nowadays, especially in hospitality where the pressure is constant. Love the fact that the manager was with them too and didn't picked on them, the atmosphere is really relaxing and friendly in that way! Definitely recommended!

A tad bit expensive for a family but always great value for money. People are always friendly, cheery and on time. Never made a mistake on any of my orders, brilliant wait time, in my experience the longest wait was 4 minutes. Brilliant service.

Decent fast food but very expensive for what you get. Everything was quite overpriced and there’s better options nearby. The staff were very nice and it was really empty. The burgers are nice but way too big, they do have little burgers though. The fries were very nice too. But I don’t think I’d come here often, those were very basic burgers you can get for much cheaper in other places. It was still a nice experience. The deco is also pretty just to add. And you’d pay about £20 per person.

Place was clean and tidy and atmosphere was friendly. Service by the staff was good and we had a bit of a giggle over bacon flavoured milkshake...... yes you read that right. The food was amazing, bacon cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever had, chips were nice and crisp plus milkshake was superb. My only gripe is that it is a tad expensive, I don't mind paying for quality and definatley got that here but just a tad bit to much. Other than that enjoyed it very much.

I frequently go to Wandsworth's Five Guys because the team is always gentle and greets everyone even when they're busy. Best milkshake in the area and that's not open to discussion.

5 guys is pretty standard any place you go in London. This one has quick speedy service and good tasting burgers. Unfortunately no peanuts in sight and the chips seemed a little burnt towards the end of the bag. Seemed to be sitting there for a while. Good experience overall.

Your standard five guys, my only complaint isn't of the establishment but of the company: the burgers are not enough to fill a man up. Seriously, if you eat one burger you'll be satisfied and nothing else. Perhaps I'm greedy and like to feel stuffed which makes five guys less appealing to me. Nonetheless, the establishment does a fine job of serving food promptly with high quality standards.

fantastic burgers, great milkshake and lovely fries. we ate lunch here two days in a row it was so good. recommend the strawberry milkshake and you can choose from 15 free fillings in your burger. great fresh buns and fillings and the staff are friendly too. we would prefer the fries were cooked in lard or some other healthy animal fat rather than peanut oil, but it's a minor complaint in the scheme of things. definitely recommend!

I must say I am a big fan of the Wandsworth south side branch of five guys. I go here often only because I find this particular five guys as five guys should actually be. The staff is smiley, clean, and never make a mistake in adding what ingredients get requested by my family or me. I am only comparing it with other branches of five guys and believe me, I have tried few. These guys here never go wrong. I Must also say that there burgers look and taste very fresh..! I guess it’s got to do with how well managed it is, met Andrea few times who is always ready to help. Love this place. My 14 and 10 year boys agree with all of the above!

I loved it! What i loved about it was the large selection of diet and zero drinks which is something you don't see in most restaurants. I also like that it's free refill and the burgers were amazing and the fries were fresh and tasty and the food wasn't that oily. To sum things up i strongly recommend you to go there.

Great Burgers. Loads of fries and I ordered the small. Friendly and helpful staff. A young lad came in and asked to use toilet. There was no problem even though he was not buying anything. The cashier gave him the key for the door and said go ahead. This small gesture for me shows the staff are human.

Absolutely love five guys! I was really impressed with the super friendly and honest customer service here. I ate here before going to the cinema this evening, and realised I’d lost my purse on leaving the cinema. So about 3 hours after leaving five guys, went back to see if it had been left there. One of the cashiers had found it on the floor and kept it safe for me - I’m so grateful, thank you!

It is inside the shopping centre and a few seconds walk from the cinema if you need pre food... or post film. Lots of tables and kept very clean every time I have been there.

This place is a mix between a fadt dood and a restraunt. I believe that it is amazing quality of food. The meat and the fries are of high quality and not any grissle at all. I ordered a grilled cheese with 2 patties all the way with no hp no mustard or ketchup It took long because the supervisor assembled it a second time but wrong, he threw away the first one because it had the right ingredients but was not layed up straight. It came with no grilled peppers the cheese wasn't grilled to melt it just stuck to it. Not enough grilled onions and the lettuce was wet and barely seen My girlfriends daughter works at GBK She asked me 'how can you say you like Five Guys when they take so long and don't get the order right?' I just looked at her and said 'I don't know, I just don't know' For someone who used to work at Five Guys this moment stuck with me, the burger was not layed up to Five Guys Standards. The supervisor that night must be held accountable for the loss of one star, being stingy with toppings on an £8.50 burger 3 star

Couldn't be happier to see this 5 guys which is located on the first floor in South side shopping center near nandos. The burgers are beyond amazing and the choice of drinks is best you will find anywhere along with option for milk shakes. The staff were polite and professional and were very quick to serve. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and very well organised. However one thing to note is this branch does not have toilets however the are public toilets about a minute away. Would highly recommend if you love juicy, tasty burgers cooked to perfection with a wide variety of toppings available to add to u meal.

I want to give this chain 3 and half stars but thats not possible. 5 guys is just standard, i think there are better places to get a gurrger. I think the variety of toppings is plus but they should really indicate that ordering a cheese burger comes with two buger patties and a little cheese burger comes with one. Dont get caught out thinking the little one is for kids. Milk shakes are middle of the road and the ships are decent but salty.
