Reviews of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger – The O2

Lovely friendly staff, we booked in advance and were shown to our table as soon as we arrived. The server that looked after us made recommendations on what her favourite burgers were and suggested some sides to have with our burgers.
Didn't have to wait long for our meals and they tasted amazing.

Love it! Burgers are consistently great, juicy meat, fresh ingredients, delicious! Highly recommend the BAE burger (bacon and egg) and the lamb. Oh and whatever burger you order, make sure you get some onion rings, they're on another level of delicious!!

Pretty good burger spot in the O2. Really friendly service.
Burger and fries were decent but not the best I've had, i think I was a bit underwhelmed considering it had Ramsay's name on the door. £16 for burgers, fries and unlimited soft drinks.

Great host at the entrance who meets you with a smile and provides an warm welcoming attitude.
The internal decor makes you feel comfortable, surroundings relaxed and staff extremely attentive.
One thing that stuck out was how environmentally conscience they are, no plastics or waste anywhere.
The chicken is HALAL therefore ordered a burger with fries and bottomless sparking water. You will not be disappointed it was delicious to the last bite, only thing I’d say is that the portion needs improving.
Good quality food.

Superb service, with a smile. Great value considering burger, fries and unlimited soft drinks are £15. The fries are exceptional and the burger is very wee made, seasoned perfectly and very enjoyable. The Hell’s Kitchen burger had a slight tingle from the Jalapeño salsa but nothing that will blow your head off. Food was served promptly. A discretionary 15% service charge is added to the final bill but the service warranted such a tip and was brilliant.

Yummy!! The burger was amazing and even my better half who doesn't like fries, enjoyed the fries. The homemade Lemonade wasn't the best, but still enjoyable.
Our waitress was so full of life and in such a good mood. She made our day with the banansplit 👏
Overall a very nice experience and I would totally recommend going!

Great food, modern and stylish design, relaxed atmosphere, even better staff and very friendly service!!
Made reservations but due to cab issues we were running slightly late, I have let the restaurant know and upon arrival there were no issues. Greeted and seated quite promptly in one of their booths, which are very comfortable and private. Deals are affordable and good value for money but you can still upgrade for a small fee if you prefer sweet potato fries or an alcohol beverage. Juan was very friendly and accommodating and I received a beautiful birthday dessert with a candle and the entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday!! I also wanted to mention Bilan's outstanding customer oriented service as we were checked on while enjoying our meals and also had our drinks replenished. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return again!

We had a late dinner at this branch of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger and the staff was very accommodating despite the fact we turned up just 20mins before they were closing. The #BAE burger was good but unfortunately we couldn’t chose how we wanted the patty cooked so this was a bit of a let down (our patty arrived well done and we usually prefer it medium rare). Also, the £16 combo menu they offer is quite pricey for what you get and should be revisited in my opinion (unlimited soda is unnecessary and having to pay £4 extra for a beer is actually a little extortionate). Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not incredible so we most likely won’t come back.

Visited O2 restaurant on the back of watching Hell's kitchen, and all things Ramsey. Atmosphere was great, friendly staff. The O.R.G and Where's the Lamb burger were both juicy and extremely tasty . The chips both sweet potato and seasoned fries were spot on. The onion rings though crispy and seasoned to perfection were greasy. ( I am a trained chef).
Dessert we had sticky toffee pudding and ice cream, which was not hot enough. It sat on the side for 2 minutes .. after service was called and ice cream had only started to melt. Which was such a shame as the pudding was really light and tasty. Would have complained, but didn't want to embarrass my son.

Food was amazing, staff were great and friendly. Only down full was the toilet was quite dirty but other than that a fab place to eat.
Great value for money.
