Tasty, quality food at affordable prices. Food is always ready to collect on time. Air fried chicken tastes amazing as well as the grilled wings. This is a go-to place for me and my partner. Can't go wrong.

Ordered the Grizzly BBQ Whole Chicken meal with chips and Kinder milkshake for just under £16. The Chicken was well sauced, plump with lots of meat on the bone and incredibly tasty. The Portion of chips was crispy and fluffy, a nice crunch at every bite m, The Kinder Bureno milkshake was a upgrade for £2.60, with a soft drink the meal is £13.50 ish. It was lush!! I also ordered a side of Battered Picklrs which were out of this world and very reasonably priced at just over £3.60 g ft or 4 pieces. The food came well packaged and insulated. I certainly recommend.

The service is really good. However I didn't find the ribs to be cooked enough. I asked for them to take it back and cook a bit extra. They happily obliged and then the ribs were much better. I'd give them 5 stars next time if they get the food right at the first attempt.

Have had only takeaways from here by uber eats. Wings are nice and crispy. And can say the same about chicken burgers, garlic mushrooms etc. But I have noticed recently that quality is different if I order during earlier hours and late evenings, food is not that fresh. Or maybe just bad luck?? Giving 5 stars because spicy wings are my favourite still.

A better than average burger, fries and a drink for £6 - what's not to like! The patty is clearly not straight from the freezer and the other ingredients beers fresh and tasty. Just let down a little by the average staff and condiments. It's definitely worth a visit!

Best place on plumstead high street, really good food and menu choices, burgers are amazing. Visited yesterday evening, all staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the lady with short hair on till. Place was very clean and nice decor. Wings are not the best I've had but apparently they're air fried which makes me feel like I'm being healthy so I'd get them again.

On my first visit to Grizzly's I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh clean atmosphere. The staff were well presented and professional. Good service. The food took slightly longer to prepare, it appeared that in-restaurant customers waited longer to have their orders fulfilled whilst Deliveroo took precedent... not that impressed as we are all paying customers. The menu prices are reasonable...whilst the food; chicken in this case was extremely mediocre. The seasoning on the chicken was not adequate and the chicken itself could have been better grilled. OK visit.. Lovely premises .. Mediocre food.

Was in the local vicinity with my friends yesterday and we popped in for lunch, a very nice clean and chic eating joint, my wild lucy burger was so succulent and juicy and the price was very reasonable too. Please note it's not your average chicken and chip takeaway. Staff were very attentive and polite. Definitely highly recommended and definitely shall visit again. Shame didn't take any pictures.

What a great place! The decor is on point and the food is so tasty. I had a signature burger and cant believe the price, where else are you going to get a gourmet burger for less than £4? The staff were so friendly. I had a ferroro rocher milkshake and it was so good. Cant wait to go back again.

Great little discovery! Chips and chicken are delicious. They arw crunchy and nor greasy at all. Sweet potato fries just yummy. Burgers are juicy and the buns are fantastic. Price is great and quality is clearly high. Such a nice spot to sit and have something nive to eat or even to grab and take home. We'll definitely be back!

I had a terrible experience when ordering Grizzlys with Deliveroo. Grizzlys dealt with this in a professional manner despite also being angry with Deliveroo's service. The manager sent me two free drinks as an apology, and the food arrived still hot and surprisingly delicious after being 1 hour late :)

Great little place. First time trying it last night .. the lady who served was friendly and very helpful .. she recommended the ribs and BBQ bear con which both were delicious ... the place seemed shorted staff but she dealt with drivers, customers and phone calls efficiently.. they really need some menu as the screens are really hard to read.. will be back!

What's started as a nightmare when part of the order was missing. The member of staff provided incorrect info. The manager took ownership and promised a delivery within 30 min. He personally delivered the food and apologised. He is passionate about his business.

Welcoming people. Not too welcoming, which is good. Sat down outside in the sun, when waiting for my order from the huge selection of the menu, in of the people put out the umbrella. Just for me! The heat finally stopped attacking my skin thanks to a smiling caring worker who brang my order straight after. Great service, nice view of the park, would be more fun with friends though, and on top of that, i had the best southern oven-baked wings 'on the house' 10 out of 10 for me. i am highly infuriated, i spent nearly a whole hour waitin just to place an order. Instead of taking orders they were too busy sorting our deliveries. I was just standing there like a mug in anger and frustration to place my order of 5 wings and chips. As i desperately clutched my 2 pound coin my frustration grew, i called out several times to the worker to grab his attention. But no. No. I was ignored. And then when i finally placed my order it took them 2 minutes to get my food ready (which is pretty good as it normally takes 3-5 working days) if you are going to go, please be prepared to stand like a fool for an hour waiting for them to acknowlege ur existence and when u have ordered dont be suprised when it takes 8 years to get ur food ready. However the food was hot and scrumtious. But that doesnt make up for the fact i waited nearly an hour to get my food done, if its more staff they need then hire more people cos there was 1 man dealing with a full shop, riduculous. Fix up grizzlys.

We were delighted to find Grizzleys burger by chance, located conveniently close to the woolwich ferry. It had warm, welcoming atmosphere, the food was delicious throughout, and the service was particularly attentive and friendly. When you enter grizzilys the first thing you notice is the amazing decor and the friendly staff. There is a large statue of a grizzly bear on the entrance, good for a selfie lover! Cant complain for a spot in plumstead, I think it's one of the better places in the area for a burger, I cant talk for the chicken as I've no experience eating it, I've only had one bad experience out of many visits where I should of asked for my burger to be well done as I had a bit of delly belly the following day but overall its alright and it definitely beats other food spots in the area... I love the beef bacon burger as I dont eat pork..
