The triple cooked sea salt fries were excellent. The crème brûlée milkshake was delicious. The secret garden burger was nice but my only critique was that the burger didn’t have enough sauce.

Great location! Very close to Holborn station, perfect for when you want to grab some food after work! I liked the menu, good selection of burgers. I had the smoked one (it comes in a glass cup packed with smoke)! The actual burger was okay, the meat was a bit dry and the bacon was cold and pre-cooked. Love the milkshake though! Deftly recommend to try it, yummy!

Decent burger bar with a few other options too. Always able to get a seat (but admittedly go early), staff are lovely and decent selection of drinks too. Intrigued by the Weds All you can drink gin with a meal option for 90 mins. All in all a good place in a great location for me near work

Visited here with a group of work colleagues on a Friday lunch. It was very quiet, only a couple of other tables in. Friendly service, very nice food, burgers and salad. Wine was good and reasonably priced. We had truffle fries and they were delicious. A colleague was disappointed with the cauliflower starter - undercooked and soggy batter. Otherwise a lovely visit.

Personally didn't order any food, just had drinks, came with my 1 year old and i was made to feel really comfortable. The changing area and bathroom is all one level so no navigating lots of steps. Seating very comfortable and nice decor. It wasn't cheap, but for people with accessibility needs it was good. Will be back

The Nutella milkshake is very weak. I added a shot of rum and could barely taste it or any Nutella; just subtle cheap chocolate syrup. The Truffle fries were pretty basic and a stingy amount of truffle. The burger descriptions sound amazing but were underwhelming. Couldn't taste the maple bacon jam or mustard mayo. Service was below average; they couldn't find my booking and we waited a while for our order to be taken even though it wasn't very busy. They seem to be running on skeleton staff. It was my first time here and it was pretty poor compared to Burger & Beyond, which was cheaper and way better service. Not worth the high price in my opinion. I may try a better reviewed branch and see if it was just a fluke.

Excellent choice... we had an early dinner/late lunch. I had the Burher Naturel pictured, with Frites... both were amazing. My wife had thebChecken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was excellent as well. I asked for a dessert suggestion and the lovely young waitress from Poland suggested the pie. It did not dissapoint us! Loved everything. Add this spot to your list!

Great restaurant and really tasty burgers. I ordered the espresso burger and truffle fries. Personally, I found that the cheese was to cold and there were far to few truffles (2 “shavings”) on the fries for what you pay. I’ll just go the sweet potato fries next time.

Have been a few times, both for dinner and breakfast/brunch. The burgers are amazing both for meat lovers and vegetarians and the breakfast/brunch menu is to die for. Very nice place to have a lunch. Nu lunch deals available. Slightly loud music for being a lunch - not too easy to keep a conversation going. But the burgers are just great, if you're OK with raw meat in the centre of the burger. I'm sure you can ask them for more cooking time if wanted. I just wish they could have told me before about it.

I visited the Holborn branch of Haché this week to try out their limited edition vegan burger and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Located just a couple of minutes walk from Holborn Station, Haché serves up fresh and tasty burgers in many different variations. The restaurant is really gorgeous! Decorated with lit up cherry blossom trees the large restaurant is welcoming and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service was quick too. The atmosphere was very chilled when we visited, we were there early so it was nice and quiet too. We started with a big portion of Nachos which the chef made vegan for me by removing the sour cream and cheese sauce. The guacamole and salsa were full of flavour and there was plenty of it! We also had the Grilled Garlic Prawns with pesto aoili and judging by how quickly they got eaten they were great! For the main event I went for the limited edition vegan burger The Secret Garden: portabello mushroom coated in panic breadcrumbs with a hit of sesame seeds, served with a spicy peanut sauce and crispy kale, topped with a fan of avocado on a toasted ciabatta bun. Just wow! The mushrooms were delicious and crunchy and the sauce was divine with a great kick to it. They certainly don’t skimp on the avocado too – the whole burger was amazing…I really hope they make it a permanent fixture! My friend had the Steak Le Fumé: with caramelised onions, smoked bacon, Gruyère & Haché coleslaw presented in a smoke filled dome at your table. Again, wow! It was really fun having the smoke filled dome unveil the burger at the table, it smelled incredible and added some theatre to our burgers! My friend opted to not have cheese but said the burger was juicy enough without it and was full of flavour. Again I fell foul to stuffing my face too quickly and didn’t have space for dessert but apparently they make their own bannoffee pie which is supposed to be great so don’t make the same mistake and save space for that! We had a Bellini made with Chambord which was delicious, and presented with a cute fruity twist and the freshly made Lemonade flavoured with watermelon which was delicious, not too sweet and fresh and zesty. I really enjoyed Haché, the staff were lovely, the restaurant was beautiful and the food was great! I’ll certainly be back if they make the vegan burger permanent!

I visited this restaurant again in June 2018. It has now moved from basement only to the ground floor, and looks really good so that's an improvement. We tried the truffle burger and it was very diaspointing as the taste was very dull. At least it was cooked to our taste. I took sweet potato fries which are great and my partner took truffle fries with cheese which once again were a disappointment. The flavour of truffle was almost undetectable when it should be a bit overwhelming. Overal, a good looking place with nice meet and sweet fries but avoid the extra unnecessary expense of trying the truffle burger or fries. December 2017: I tried the Christmas special burger and it was quite good, really nice mix of tastes and flavours and nice little show. They also have naked versions where the bun is replaced by a salad, excellent!

It was my first time trying Hache Burgers Holborn and I absolutely loved it. They have a great selection of vegetarian options including Beyond Meat patties which is my favorite. I had truffle fries as a side to my burger which came with a generous portion. The restaurant was very nicely decorated, a bit upscale for a burger restaurant you come across in London- which I liked very much. Their prices are very reasonable and not much different from any other burger restaurant. I would definitely go back.

The first time I've ever been here. We went to try their new vegan range and usually being a bit meat eater I thought I'd be craving meat but the beyond burger was just as good as a normal burger. Also I'd advise ordering the spicy buffalo cauliflower, they are amazing!

I got to say. I used to love it here. It was amazing for vegetarians! Then they introduced these beyond meat burgers. as a vegetarian I kmhave no intention of tasting something that tastes like meat. to replace nearly 90 percent of your vegetarian burgers with beyond meat burgers makes no sense to me. sure these are great for meat eaters looking to go vegan or vegetarian but not for vegetarians or vegans who have no interest in trying something that tastes like meat. why would we? we may never have eaten it and would have no desire to do so. fantastic service though

My friend recommended this place as it was near her work and she had heard good things. We both went for our first visit and it was great! The burgers were fantastic, the prices were reasonable and while the interior is small it's also smartly decorated and has a nice atmosphere. The two staff waiting tables were friendly and helpful and I was impressed that they offered a low carb version of the burgers, which is good for me as I'm a diabetic. Would definitely return here.

We had really good burgers here. From time to time I get saturated with all the same burgers everywhere. Good but the same. Here you get some proper different burgers, starting with the choice of ciabatta or brioche buns. Burgers were well made and there was a nice atmosphere.

Service was quick since i went in just before the lunch rush. burgers are nice and absolutely enormous if you add an extra patty, very juicy and moist beef. One minor con for me was the patty did lack a bit of flavor or seasonings. However the toppings made up for it easily.

Hache is very nicely decorated, the staff are polite but it seems they may have been understaffed. We ordered food, it came late and cold. We told our waitress and she was apologetic and ordered us fresh food. The manager came to our table to apologise and explained what caused the delay. Our food came 10 ish minutes later, 3 out of 4 dishes were ok, 1 was still not hot but we chose to just eat as we hungry. They threw in extra truffles which are a firm favourite. Overall the quality of the food is good, just a shame the service was slow, even down to getting the bill. I would recommend going when it's not busy

A nice environment for what is, essentially, an upmarket burger place. The burgers were apparently very good and the bit I had was quite meaty. I like the choice of bread for your burger. I went for the flat iron steak myself. It was quite chewy (and cold, but maybe I was chatting too much) and came with a very thin and tasteless sauce, unfortunately, so quite dissapointed at £14 a pop, plus £6 for halloumi fries, which seemed a bit steep too. At the end, when offered for the dessert menu, we were forgotten about and had to get attention 20 minutes later to be served. This place has potential (if you're really into burgers), but missed out on a few points, for me, unfortunately.

If you are looking for a good Portobello mushroom burger, then you are at the right place. they have 2 options one where they deep fry the mushroom and one where they don't. so if u want a healthier option it's there. the burger bread was fresh and soft. It's a premium burger joint and not exactly value for money place, u have to order your side's, ( no free rides u see ). For vegetarians I recommend to try this place if your pocket allows. Average burger cost 10 pounds. ( without sides and drink).

Good Burgers in a nice setting. We tried the canadien and the truffle fondue fries and a special wish to change the meat for halloumi in one. They accepted the request without any questions and delivered a tasty burger. Truly recommendable. And as a perfect add on, if you stay in the citadines hotel right next door you get 40% discount which makes this place an awesome value for money!

These over-priced posh burger joints are getting a bit yawn-inducing. Ten years ago this would have been new and imaginative. Maybe if they used giant aquatic centipede meat or something. Expensive, great waiting area, went in for a takeaway. They mixed up the order entirely, and were very late because they got mixed up. So the wrong order was waiting and nobody was bringing it to the waiting area either. Maybe the restaurant experience is better, I wouldn't know .
