A very good burger with a gluten free bun option. The chips/fries aren't as crispy as some locations but not like British chips either. Service and preparation was quick but I'm 80% sure the waiters were all stoned, I don't know what they wanted me to do with just a knife. I'd definitely go again, the Piccadilly Burger was great.

3 stars becuase of the poor organisation and lack off staff. Reserved a table for 8 people which they confirmed only for them to not be able to fulfill on the day. Therefore what was a leaving lunch became two group split up into two tables nowhere near each other. The food was actually very nice and couldn't fault it. Maybe stick to 2s and 3s of you want to be seated near eachother.

Impressive burgers, not a great selection but good taste. All burgers come with chips and in large portions. Vegetarian choices were not bad at all. Their vegan mayo was a winner on our visit. Also loved the Thai special which they had running this month. Big flavours, lots of chips - friendly staff.

Pros - Good customer service - Fresh and good quality food Cons - limited seating Recommendation I would recommend this. This is just off Picardily Circus, they have seatings outside the restaurant. The burgers are very juicy and delicious, not dry at all. This is better than other average high street chain burger places, fiver guys, shake shack. A great, lively place with great location. This branch of the Honest burgers chain in London is located in the heart of the city - 50 metres from the beginning of Regent street and a hundred from Piccadilly circus. The staff is very friendly and helpful and does their best to make you feel welcomed. There are a couple of burgers offered everywhere else as well as a seasonal treat - the Christmas burger, and the local one - Brewer street burger. All of them are delicious, very well-prepared with fresh tasty beef and delicious add-ons. The Christmas edition has a cranberry sauce which makes the burger weirdly sweet and yet - extremely delicious. In addition to the burgers, there are salads, chips and some desserts offered - however I have no idea if they're worth trying. The restaurant's seating area is suitable for couples or small companies (4-5 people), because the tables are a little narrow. I recommend booking a table in advance, especially on evenings and during the weekends, otherwise you'll have to wait up to 30 minutes for a free table. The burger's prices are in the 7-13£ range and some come with complimentary fries, which are flavoured superbly with herbs. Overall, this is a great place to spend some time with a friend or two, indulging yourself with a well-made burgers.

Honestly... 👀 The burger was decent and the fries were great but a few things were fairly annoying, first of all its a very small space, I'm not a big guy but I felt very cramped in these seats. When the food came we asked for forks and the waitress said she'd go get some... 5 mins later nothing... Another waiter passes by and I ask him for forks... 5 mins later nothing... 1st waiter passes and acknowledges that I asked and she hasn't brought us forks yet... 2 mins later I see the guy just standing around and the woman hasn't come back so we go get our own forks from downstairs... Not sure a customer should need to wait so long for service while our food gets cold, and then resolve the situation themselves, clearly could be a one off situation but I'd be avoiding this branch based on this visit.

Had my first honest burgers experience yesterday in Piccadilly! Absolutely loved it! The food was amazing and the staff were INCREDIBLE. We had a medical issue while there and the staff were so helpful - they really went above and beyond to help out. Nice pink burger! The fries were also amazing, triple cooked to a crisp. Alas took a long time for food as they had a big Deliveroo order for a party. The kitchen should have left some space on the grill for table customers. However, the front of house team were very apologetic and offered us a drink on the house which we availed-of, as we were in no rush. Would have been 5/5 but for the long wait which was out of the control of the table team.

It's my first experience in an Honest Burger, and it was fantastic. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a seat, but it was well worth it. I had a chili burger, which was so tasty with just the right amount of heat. My friend had the vegan option. The pattie in this burger was the closest thing to meat that I've tasted. All burgers come with home made rosemary chips which are to die for. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful that I have come across. Will definitely return. Great value too.

Awesome Music and atmosphere. With good food at great Prices. Honest Burgers is a good chain of Burger restaurants, that have some truly mouth watering burgers. The Soho Branch one ups its other branches by having some great tunes blaring. On first entering the branch i was greeted to the blazing guitar work Led Zeppelin and the smell of freshly sizzled patties. Really sets one hell of a rocking vibe and sets you up to some great food to come.

i've never been to Honest burger but my partner has to been another one of the branches and praised it highly The staff here are lovely and the food comes out pretty quick. Unfortunatly i was a little disappointed by the food here, the Plant burger (vegan option) was a little underwhelming. The chips and onion rings were way too oily - my partner wasn't impressed either and mentioned the other branch she's been too was a lot better. The only positive here was the milkshakes - The salted Caramel shake was on point and exactly what i'd expect from the shake.

With a refreshingly uncomplicated menu, HB's sizeableburgers (with chicken, veggie and vegan options) are between £9 and £13 including a stack of well seasoned rosemary fries. With simple casual interiors, fast service and a eye-popping reasonable bill this is a great go-to if you want to eat well without breaking the bank - I wandered off a very happy bunny, and plan to wander back in the near future.
