Not only amazing food, but also amazing hospitality! The staff are very thoughtful when I made an collection online and was allowed to wait inside to shield from the cold as I arrived a little early The Burger was Juicy! Every bite was flavourful, the beef melts in your mouth and the crispy herb fries contrasted so well! You can also order inside which will be quicker if you fancy a takeaway Great job!

Stopped by to check out their collab w Sarap BAon. The Filipino Burger - medium rare - was tasty, and I'm not even a burger fan!! Didn't like the curator's pork puffs, BUT the rosemary chips were nice. The recommended drink - Don Papa Rum w Ginger - was too gingery for my liking and had a dish soap aftertaste. Preferred the Botanic Garden instead - a gin-based cocktail - which complemented the food perfectly. Overall, had a fantastic time, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the meal was good value for money.

Food is on point - my favourite place to go for a burger in Greenwich. Onion rings are proper ones - big and crispy. Burgers are cooked fresh and rosemary fries are perfection. I've gone Tribute and the monthly specials before - been happy each time. No coffees to be had but the waitress said we could bring one in if we really wanted one the first time we went which I thought was a nice touch. Ended up going for the salted caramel milkshake instead which was delightful - thick and flavourful.. only regret was getting it pre food as it made eating more of a challenge.

One of the better Honest Burger locations. Super helpful staff, great food, nice open bright restaurant, decent music all in all well worth coming. Special burger this month was the Thai Fried Chicken which is great, as with all their burgers gluten free bun is available, their wings are gluten free and so are their onion rings. Hard to fault Honest Burgers and usually I try to find one negative for fairness but none this time.

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Honest. I'm a frequent customer. When they're good they're excellent, but when they're bad they're awful. Sometimes the food is so salty I get palpitations. But the biggest thing is they suffer a LOT in peak times. It takes forever to get served, the food can take an hour to come to the table, and when it does it's not cooked very well (under or overcooked, chips aren't fresh, stingy toppings, etc). There are Deliveroo drivers knocking on the windows to pick up orders and it feels like chaos with people running around like headless chickens. However, when they're having a good day or when it's a bit less busy, the food is well cooked, fresh and flavourful and the atmosphere is cosy. I like their seasonal burger specials and try it every month. They are still my favourite burger chain in London despite the bad moments. And the staff are always nice. If they could get better at managing themselves during busy times, it'd have a better review.

I came in with my mum, sister and two young nephews on a Sunday for lunch. While my vegan burger was nice, the chips were stale and dry. Service was okay, couldn't help but feel that it wasn't very toddler and baby friendly as an environment.

Stopped for a pre theater bite. The place looked welcoming and fairly busy (always a good sign). Décor was spacious rustic style and music was cheerful. Menu was exactly what you hope from such a place. All about the burger selection and few sides. Service was quick and efficient. We went for classic beef and Chilli beef plus extra local beers. We were properly asked for requested cooking time. 👍 Beer served with chilled glasses. 👍 The burgers that came were extremely tasty but smaller to what I would expect at the price bracket. Luckily, rosemary fries were plentiful... (IMO could be dialed slightly down with rosemary and still be great). £36 for two small burgers and beers is not the best value around but... I can't fault the taste.

The burger patties could have had a bit more seasoning, I found them a bit on the bland side, nevertheless a really good burger. Staff was helpful, friendly and very professional. Definitely worth a visit.

Simple but lovely place with amazing food (and a straight forward menu, which I appreciate). The portion sizes for the chips that came with the burgers were massive! They were really crispy, just perfect. And the burger was great, one of the few I've had where it was big but didn't fall apart as I ate it. Really filling meal. Definitely worth the money. Plus the server we had was really friendly, checked on us often enough but not too much either. They don't have a reservation system in place but the do have a virtual queueing system, so if they're busy when you arrive they'll notify you through text when a space frees up. Luckily, they weren't too busy even on a crowded sunny day out in Greenwich, bit of a hidden gem maybe? Only minor issue is that the 2 person tables felt quite small (this coming from a fairly small person anyway). Definitely going to be returning here and I highly recommend!

Good burgers as usual. I recommend trying the local variety that each shop offers. The chips were better than other honest burgers places. This is a relatively big honest burgers shop, however the area is also quite crowded on weekends. The restaurant was 1/4 full at 1:30, but got full around 2pm on a Saturday.

Amazing burgers! This place offers beefe tasting burgers. There are quite a few different ones on the menu, but I thing the simplest are the best. Fries are also great, although a bit too salty to my liking. I didn't like their home beer. Service is nice and efficient. Value for money is great as it takes wonderful. If you are in Greenwich, would be sad to miss out on this place. And for desert, take an ice-cream just in front.

There's a nice intimate setting to this eatery. It's clean and tidy and has good seating that hasn't been crammed in like most small eateries in London. Staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and happy to explain anything you're unsure of on the menu. The menu is simple and my overloaded, which makes choosing what you want easier. Great drinks menu and the cocktails are really good. Food was served timely and hot and was cooked as ordered. The rosemary chips were frikkin amazing, I'd go back just for those. The burger I had was really nice too, it was by no means 'just a burger'! Very pleased, will visit again sometime.

One of my favorite burger places ever! They're very accommodating of gluten free needs. There's even a separate preparation area for gluten free burgers. All the fryers are dedicated gluten free. The (gluten free) onion rings are amazing! Try the rotating monthly special.

My partner and I had the Honest Burger with fries for £11.50 a portion. She had the diet coke and I had the regular sized old school milk shake which was vanilla flavour. OMG, the fries were rosemary flavoured and were perfect crisp outside but fluffy inside. The burger was a perfect mix and proportion of cheese, bacon and beef with a wonderful relish. I am local so I will come back to this place as the burger was so good. One of the best burgers I ever had. Under £30 for two.

It's certainly not cheap, neither the burgers nor the drinks. One burger is around 10 to 13 pounds, though it comes with chips. I do note that that is a very filling burger and they are very generous with the chips. However, I do really think the burgers are worth it just for their specials. Every month they have a special that follows a theme, and usually tries to do something interesting with flavours and combinations. Last month they had Barcelona, which had manchego cheese, bravas sauce, and a garlic mayo of some kind—that's somewhat what you can expect from the specials. It's fantastic for avoiding any menu fatigue, and keeps me checking every month to see what kind of special they have, as I love trying out new flavours. The Greenwich special which they have perpetually I particularly enjoy: the tallegio there has a fantastic tang. As to the chips: fantastic. They are chunky, crispy, and the rosemary is perfect on them. Just drink water while eating them (because they are salty). On the other hand, the drinks: ehhh, I've had better for cheaper. Those aren't particularly worth it.

This place made me so happy. My man and I went here to celebrate one evening and both ordered the most delicious burgers. They were well cooked, well seasoned, and provided a nice choice of toppings to accompany the burger and chips. The selection of drinks are pretty nice as well. It was a proper American burger with a fun hipster vibe. Although it was pretty packed when we arrived, it didn't take too long to sit down. The place is bigger than it looks when you first walk in. I will be back here soon!

Love this place great food, even for non meat eaters, my partner loves his meat and rates this as one of the best for burgers, quality of food and service always good. Good value for money, has to be one of my favourite places to eat, the only negative would be the wine being served in a water glass! Other branches of Honest Burger don't do this but Greenwich does, and I dont see why?

Very sweet and outgoing staff, one of the employees makes a 2 hour commute just one way! They remembered me from my first visit a week prior, I felt welcome and they had zero problems modifying my orders! Thank you so much for the kind service and great food! I will definitely be back the next time I visit London, Greenwich from Texas! They have very tasty burgers that are specially prepared with a mix of top quality beef that's locally grown in the UK. As soon as I entered I was warmly greeted by a member of staff. A nice atmosphere in the place with a bit of music playing in the background. The menu is pretty basic, 4 beef burger options, a chicken burger and a veggie but all come with homemade rosemary salted chips. They advise you that the burger will be cooked "medium" however they tell you that you can have it rare or well done is you prefer. I had a cheese & bacon burger with the chips and a side of onion rings, all of which were delicious. They asked if I wanted to double up the burger however I was stuffed with the single and I have a big appetite! The cost was pretty reasonable, £21 for the food and a half litre of beer. I was particularly impressed with the staff who were very helpful and friendly. I saw one member sit down with a family and patiently helped and listened to the 2 young children as they decided what to eat. It was my first time in there and whilst there are a lot of places to eat in Greenwich, I would definitely go back. Very impressed.

Simple choices, good service, each restaurant has a "local" burger unique to that one restaurant which is such a simple but effective way to distinguish shops in a franchise! At the moment I’d go with the Rib-Man collaboration, though I’m inclined to say whichever I’ve had most recently. The offering is also great value. I was given free burgers since I am a local business owner. However I would gladly pay for these burgers as they were tasty & the adult portions were perfect. I got a child meal for my 6 year old & I felt that the portion size is aimed more at the 3-5 year old age group.Having said that the burger itself was tasty & the accompanying rosemary salted chips were amazing. A special mention to the cocktails here. They were refreshing & well made. All in all I would definitely recommend Honest burgers.

The side of onion rings had a strange flavour to the batter - while it was crispy, the flavour was not that pleasant. Staff were very friendly as always. The chocolate milkshake had a lot of milk in it, and not enough chocolate. +1 for the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

When I first went to HB I wasn't that impressed but I have tried it again both at Portobello Road and in Greenwich both times were really good and the burgers delicious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the service was a bit slow. We wanted a quick turnaround as we wanted to watch the fireworks, I asked the restaurant how long for burgers to take away and they said 15 minutes and I thought this sounded ok as the place was quite with only a few tables occupied. However, what I didn't take into account that a lot of their orders are via Deliveroo, so our 15 minutes turned out to be more than 20 and I had to chase the order. So we missed the beginning of the fireworks but the burgers were really good.
