N. M.Wow! This restaurant is amazing!
I posted my bill to show what I ordered. Every single dish was outstanding, every mouthful was a party in my mouth.
If I remember correctly, they have chefs from different regions of India who make their food to perfection.
This was my second time. Officially my favorite local Indian restaurant.
E. S.Service and food were very good. For two people we wanted to have a vegetarian meal and ordered veg samosa, plus four different vegetable side dishes. All were excellent and we left feeling full.
Definitely coming back as the two different see dishes - mushroom, the other aubergine, were delicious!
Return visit was just as good! Party of six ordering a mix of starters and meals which were predominantly meat meals. Four of the six who were eating here for the first time commented -it was excellent... Full of flavour... Good sized portions... Eager to do it again"

I regularly drive twenty minutes to then rather than order from anywhere else. The service is not always on point but I am going to ignore that for the sake of a star rating. The food is that good. I have had my birthday meal here every year for maybe 5 years. Love it.
D. J.Pleasantly Surprised! I had read a lot for reviews about the restaurant on line and many reviewers had recently been upset about the service, I rang and ordered a take away - I was told to expect it to be around 40 mins, when I got to the restaurant 5 minutes before time - I was politely asked to take a seat,(I also have to say that every table in the restaurant was reserved). I was only waiting for a couple of minutes before my bagged order was handed over. The food was great, I really enjoyed it. I would definitely use again. I think people need to recognise that perhaps the food cook time takes a little longer as everything tasted like it had been freshly prepared, not just taken out of the freezer. So if you decide to visit - be prepared for a longer wait on food as quality takes time! It's also not going to everyone's taste as some of the dishes do feel like they have a similar sauce base and the portions are smaller but personally I think just as filling.

A. T.Superb food, friendly and helpful staff and management, and not expensive! It's best to book because they were full up each time I went there which is not surprising. The menu had quite a few dishes which I hadn't seen or tasted before, all excellent. Enjoy!

T. N.In a really competitive marker this is one of the best traditional Indians in North London. By 'traditional' I don;t mean taking it back to its ethnic, I mean traditional in terms of well established Indian restaurant in the UK, and there is a reason it's still here. It does dishes well. Chicken Tikka Masala is a good example - yes not a 'real' Indian dish but if you're going to put it on your menu, do it well, and they do. Properly cooked in tandoor before sauce. Not the cheapest, but worth it.

D. S.A charming little, atmospheric Indian restaurant with a mixture of Northern and Southern Indian food. A very unusual combination! The place is small enough to get just the amount of attention you need and large enough to not feel under constant surveillance! My only gripe is that on a cold evening it can be a little draughty when seated in certain areas.
H. D.Recently moved into the area and having tried a few local curry houses this is by far our favorite for both a take away and a meal out. Excellent food and friendly knowledgeable staff too.
Booking in advance is recommended as it's always busy here.
j. b.From a family of people obssesed with Indian food and who have travelled India. This is one of the best places in the UK! They marinade there meat so well and for so long the tandoori chicken is like nothing else I've had outside of India! Ignore the hate, this is proper curry! Not the cheapest but 110% worth it!
