Poke is tasty but their pre-order service is useless. They never bother looking at the orders until you actually get there to pick it up (based on three separate times) and then they are rude when you try to collect it.

Food was good... appeared to be fresh and quality of tuna seemed high. Music was too loud; I don't want to shout to have a conversation at lunchtime. Service was slow. Server didn't seem to know the composition of the 'house bowls' and had to crane her neck around to see the customer menu. You would think they could put the recipes on the counter for ease of use. Guy taking payment was slow and needed to be told several times what the simple order was.

Really impressed! First visit when I was 'upstairs' for a meeting & delicious fresh food, simply menu & concept, friendly staff, decent price. Perfect healthy lunch with great quality ingredients

The food was delicious and combination of many flavours. I ordered Tofu with extra salmon with Rice and greens. We ordered food through deliveroo it was delivered on time. I found the rice was bit uncooked however the quality of ingredients was good.

First time I’ve tried Island Poke and I have to say I very much liked it. I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl and added Guacamole and made sure I added Chillis and plenty of extra sauces - the taste was amazing. There are so few good lunch options near the London Eye - thankfully there is now one. Really nice food and friendly staff. My only issue is the music is super loud, I can only just manage to make an order!
