The food was good & reasonably priced. However the service left alot to be desired. Myself & my friend went there for lunch. We were told we would have to wait 15 mins for lunch. We ordered a whole peri peri chicken, two sides & two soft drinks. BTW We were the only customers in the shop. No take away orders were being prepared. Half an hour later lunch arrived. It was tasty. However both myself & my friend had things to do. As a consequence we had to rush our meal. One of the staff members was arguing loudly in urdu re a debt that he did not want to pay. This defeated I to threats & swearing. Customers do not want to hear this. On finishing our meal & attempting to pay, I was told to be "Patient". Even though the kitchen was quiet. I have worked in customer service. I was not happy. Hence 4/5 review. Feedback would be nice.

We came round here as it's our last time eating out before the 2nd lockdown. Best menu I've seen in a while and the food did not disappoint service was good and food came quick. Place is not that big but you could get 6 adults on each table. There is parking after 6.30 on side street first left or right before/after restaurant. Toilets are clean and social distancing quite easy. Deff recommend this place. Will be back again.

Foods great but customer service terrible. The waiter had his earphones In and was so grumpy. From the beginning he just literally threw the menus to us and walked off. Every time we tried to ask him something he was acting so strange.

I’m not one to complain but the group I was with, I heard some gripes about the service. None the less, whatever they lacked in service they made up in quality and taste of the food. I am somewhat lost for words. The portions, the flavouring was something else. Had steak at chips and can’t recommend it enough. This place is a must try.

We work away all week every week. We look got good food places every night. Literally stumbled upon this place. What a cracking cracking chicken place focussed on grilled food. Highly recommend. I have visited Jungle Braai multiple times over the past decade. The restaurant has recently undergone a renovation and standards have improved slightly compared to what I had been used to. Overall the quality of food is high, the selection of meats and the accompanying sauces are tasty. We also ordered the vegetarian option, which was a veggie burger and surprisingly it was very tasty, as usually outlets that primarily focus on meats tend to have vegetarian options of a poorer quality. The ambience is cosy and warm, however the air con was on, like another reviewer previously mentioned and we did feel a bit chilly, and although we did mention it to the waiter, I don't think anything was done. Despite this, the customer service is generally excellent, we were made aware in advance that our order would take long and were provided with complimentary pitta and hoummous dip to soften the wait. We paid around £90 for four 11 ounce steaks, two burgers, six sides and five drinks and we all felt it represented good value for money based on portion sizes and quality/quantity of food ordered. I think this is a definitely a place for foodies to visit and try out!

Outstanding food!! Didn't really have any expectations before going in but was very pleasantly surprised. Not normally a salad person but I would definitely recommend their jungle salad 👌 had the platter for 3. They were all very very nice. Definitely recommend!!!

The food was nice had the steak n chips which was really nice, but staff need to acknowledge customers, told me to take any seat then I had to get my own menu and look for him to order, then had to get a container to put my food in for takeaway then look for a bag, other than that it was okay. This restaurant is easily one of my favourites. Came here for Dinner (Iftar) during Ramadan , I booked and ordered over the phone in advance. Food was served bang on time. The steak was delicious and the burger was perfect. The milkshakes are to die for & definitely worth all the calories!!

Tried this place for the first time on xmas eve and i was not disapppointed. Ordered an array of menu items and all were top notch. Everything well cooked, seasoned and marinated. The food was nice. The service not so much. Also, there was a leak above our target letting which means there was yellow liquid that fell on our table, around our food on on our hair! The owners are aware of this and when we complained, they apologised and gave us a few complimentary hot fudge cakes with ice cream. The price was reasonable, however the place doesn't accept cards. Cash only.

Excellent customer service. Ordered large takeaway from them. Part of our order was missing as not enough Uber driver. From past experience, restaurants would not care to fix and would blame Uber but jungle braii wanted to make sure we received our full order and they sent one of their driver to drop off missing order. I went to eat at the restaurant and ordered a home deliveries a few times, they have a really nice fresh grilled chicken and steak. However, the steak salad today is rather disappointing, meat is old and overdone and a small portion compare to previous experience, grilled vegetable is nice and hot but rather overpriced since the portion is really small. Not sure if Ill go back.

Came after a friend of mine had been and the food looked good, really glad I came for a meal too. They have a good lunch deal (mon-fri, 12-4pm, meal + side + drink) and my brother and I both had a Zulu chicken burger with chips (the other with onion rings) and we were both so impressed with the taste and flavour. It has to be one of the best burgers we’ve eaten, we just about managed to finish! Definitely recommend this for a nice meal, will be coming back again, service was good too.
