E. S.Always a pleasure going to this store. A massive pay rise must be given to the lady with the glasses, manager? Deals with customers and untrained staff in a very assertive and polite manner. Too my foreign staff with poor English leads to orders not being take properly.
A. A.Halal options available. Washrooms are yuckhh. Wet wipes not available. The smoke from chicken will absorb in your clothes so you'll smell like the colonel all day.

A.This particular branch is great. It serves fresh chicken that has been seasoned and fried perfectly. I tried a wrap, chicken filet burger, popcorn chicken, wings, strips and chips. Everything was great! My favourite being the wrap and chicken strips. Not a fan of the chips; I and my friend both prefer Mcdonalds chips. In addition, this place is halal making it accessible to more people
G. T.Great to have a KFC in London bridge.. I visit here most lunch times as it's some where to get fast cheap lunch! warning very busy during the week at lunch time between 12pm - 2pm.

R. L.Some of the touch screen menus do not work at the very last step. After you’ve picked out everything you want and get ready to pay, it just freezes so you have to waste time ordering again and with a person (which increases risk). Service was not very fast in person. It seemed more like a cloud kitchen. Hot wings were not as high quality as other branches of KFC.

J. T.Food is usually good, service can be mixed sometimes. Wouldn't blame the staff completely, sometimes they looked over worked since this place is always busy. Other times, staff members walk at a snail pace.
This KFC also attracts the wrong type of people, I've seen the locals shouting and screaming about their order for no good reason at all.

l.A fairly new branch unusually just a few doors up from a chicken cottage. The layout is modern urban chic, plenty of seats and stools. Large clear menus. Friendly and helpful staff with some self service machines for those that prefer. Good music at just the right volume. Great coffee, skin on fries and of course piping hot finger lickin' chicken.
M. V.Fast and efficient! I ordered via one of the touch screens, which I didn't know existed here until my arrival. Crowd levels were rather high (around 1pm) but the place didn't feel too cramped. It didn't take long for my food to arrive, and it was delicious and hot.
D. C.UPDATE 8/05/2019: I am changing this review from 1 star 4 stars, as been back several times, and clearly there is newer staff and better management here, with barely 5-10 mins wait even when really busy.
Very disorganised and poorly managed even by lunch time standards. Had to wait 30-40 mins for a single meal order. Even with a huge queue of waiting customers, there was one staff member standing by drinks machine, without being proactive whilst food was piling up and barely 1-2 people handing orders out. Orders were also messed up and out of order. Also worryingly, , a frustrated customer even spoke out and suggested to stop taking orders, which a staff member agreed to do. Why should it take a customer to suggest such an obvious step?
There are MUCH better KFC branches out there. Ordering shouldn't be this frustrating and such an expensive waste of time.
K. B.Chicken was great, small size but enough tables to seat about 10-15 groups. Toilets are not brilliant but what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. Careful if you order at the end of the day as we arrived at 10.30pm to order and were told it was takeaway only as they were starting to clean, in order to close at 11pm. However due to sitting at the opposite end from where the cleaning started we actually managed to stay until 11pm.
S. D.One of the better KFCs I've been to regarding quality of food. Fresh, juicy, crunchy, chicken, and nice chips too. If they get the toilets cleaned up (shudder) I would have given 4 stars.
1.i was very happy with the service and food, also their is a staff member and shes very friendly, lovely lady zara she's always smiles and always asked me how i am, she got good customer service skills and makes sure her customers are happy at all times. also she knows my order makes sure she repeat it back to me and i happy with my order.
M.They've put it in a great place next to Sainsbury's. The area has been missing out on fast food since they removed McDonald's near the Shard around 2014/15. Their self-service keeps breaking down in the last 3/4 month so it loses a star for that, as can take up to 20 minutes to order and wait for food!
r. h.the fried chicken pieces taste horrendous very oily and oil tastes old. I don't recommend getting the chicken pieces go with the burgers, popcorn chicken, wraps or strips. Lettuce used in the burger also usually comes wilted and old.

V. L.What can I say, it's KFC. Probably the worst form of sustenance on earth and arguable whether it should even legally be classified as food but doesn't it taste good?
The Borough High Street branch is always packed and chaotic. I prefer to order and pay via the automated kiosks.
K. O.Foods fine. Had few bits missing from time to time just went back to get them. If you use self checkout service the receipt machines are usually broken and you will not get your receipt.
B.Average, food was only warm instead of hot.

A. A.Great place for a KFC. Love the modern look. Understaffed at busy times. The two lady cashiers, Sara and Alice are exceptional. Great, helpful and informative service girls😇.
D. S. D.i stayed in London near Borough station and this KFC store is located nearer to station. As I always fond of KFC after seeing this in maps I quickly went there. Ordered my favorite chicken nuggets, crispy potato fingers and a coke. However the taste of potatoes is something different than what we eat in Kolkata, the sizes were thick too. I got fast wifi connection there but I had to register myself in a page before log in.
J.The best place to eat if you're looking for a cheap, cheat meal. Before going, make sure that you have downloaded the kfc app for fantastic deals.
Also, if you're a student, make sure that you link your student beans account for a free krushem, snack box or mini fillet burger.
I would give 5 stars, but it's a chicken shop!
P. K.They've recently launched some good promotions to use with your mobile app. Do NOT go there between 12 and 2pm on a weekday though. That's when the place is absolutely crawling with people and it's a nightmare to try and order then.
M. P.In some halal stores they serve the big daddy but here they dont, and won't make one without bacon like other stores (especially as some staff not knowing what it even is).
Also was disappointed to learn KFC doesn't take AmEx.

It is very busy, especially Lunch time.
The dining area is pretty big, so you might be able to find a table.
The food is good and the staff is nice and friendly.
The service was a bit slow, only 1 counter opened even in the busy time, even though you have automated kiosks to orders by yourself, there was still a long queue at the till, kiosks, and where you receive your food after ordering.
Overall good.

G. L.Big KFC fan and a bit disappointed with UK KFC. Boneless was a bit dry and originals were not that crunch and fresh. Spicy wings are pretty good.
M. M.The place itself was nice and it had self service machines. The only downside is that there is only one toilet and when I went in there it was very unsatisfactory as there was no toilet paper and water all over the seat and the floor.
