Nice KFC restaurant in East Ham, sometimes better quality service and food , sometimes not too good, but it's a fast food so don't need to expect too much. I like their The Colonel's Meal for one 2/4 pcs.

This KFC is centrally placed and caters for a full halal menu. Quick and remote ordering service means you're not stood around too long. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities include toilets and dining indoors.

Food was good. However even ordering on the app doesn't mean the food is prepared on time. We had to wait at least 25 mins after reaching the store and notifying we are there. I appreciate uber and deliveroo gain priority but its way too slow.

Food is always really decent, so I feel bad to gripe... but the service is always either rude or thoughtless... and why so much rubbish on tables; I thought cleanliness and customer safety would be more important?

Visited the East Ham branch KFC recently and was not too impressed. Some of the staff were friendly while others seemed like were not happy to be working. Table were messy and had to ask a staff member to clean one for us. Half of the restaurant was closed off and were not allowed to sit that area. The food as ok the usual KFC standard but some of the chicken pieces were very small. And the fries were bit cold. Not really happy with this branch may not be coming back here. I found beckton branch to be best so far.

I went around 3 times and they were all amazing the food tasted delicious. 3rd time round I went more in the morning around 11:00-11:15 and that is the best time. Seriously. Everything is clean, orders are quick and it's more peaceful to eat. One start was taken away due to the lack of sauce they give and also their chicken breast is dry and the other one to oily. So I just stick to the burgers, wings and strips and their side are amazing and hot.

This is my first KFC visit in the UK. Have tried before in India and Australia and I have to admit the chicken served here was the best fried chicken I have ever had. Giving the restaurant 4/5 because of the lack of cleanliness. Update: I have noticed the place has got much cleaner when compared to my last visit. I'd still stick to 4 stars though.

Food was great, the whole office particularly noted the chips were fantastic. Chicken was moist and breadcrumbs crispy. Can't give 5 stars though, as service was horrendously slow. After 15mins wait in the queue of 2 people, I placed half my order when cashier went off to pack some deliveroo orders. Came back and started my order again, and then did the same again. Ended up with 3 receipts to wait for and then when I was called up, they wouldn't give any sachet ketchup, made me queue again to pay for a pot of fancy tomato sauce. There really should be some priority to non deliveroo people, and not just spend 15mins stood chatting with the driver's while you have a queue of people.

Need to plan accordingly on busy time food service. Mostly people que in long and that's just to place order. Sometimes people do have to wait for long for desired item after placing orders. Well where do I start. They probably serve the best chicken in town. Who am I to even think of faulting the Colonel 's finger kicking tasty, peace keeping, hunger crushing, friend making, tummy pleasing chicken! On arrival don't spend too much time thinking. You might be looking to enter a war of words with customers behind you who are as you can imagine waiting for their turn. Taking away or eating in. It's never been a disappointment. The chicken thighs, whatever piece are cooked to perfection with that secret recipe bread crumb coating that adds to the sensation. Am on my way put. ..to get another bucket... bye!
