The filet burger was well cooked and soft. Chips were hot and has time to eat them warm. The delivery was slow and the staff not cheerful. But I ate my burger happily.

I was left a bit confused, when asked about canned drink, I was told that they are only available for delivery, No way to take one for take away, which in my opinion IS a form of delivery, the one that you make your self 🤔🤔🤔.

The service here is good BUT THE TOILET IS TERRIBLE. THE MEN'S TOILET IS REALLY BAD. URINE ON THE FLOOR AND ONLY COLD WATER TO WASH YOUR HANDS. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR TOILETS AND KEEP IT CLEAN. HOURLY CHECKS OF THEIR TOILETS SHOULD BE MANDATORY. PS: Sorry about the capital letters. Need to draw attention to this issue.

Visited today. Very slow service but kindly. I observed they messed up with orders including mine. I think their customer profile is the real problem. Customers very demanding which leads confusion. I would love to say that I would recommend but unfortunately I won't.

I am not the biggest fan of fast food, but I do like KFC. This time, I had the double down, which was decent, but nothing special. The flavour combination doesn't quite work in my opinion. However the zinger box meal is really good and is one of my go to meals, I'd really recommend it. More specifically, the gravy is delicious with the chips, so if you don't know which side to get, go with gravy

It was busy and a long queue The kitchen was behind the orders. But the guys working hard. Zinger salad was fresh and nice. The hot wings were tender and well cooked. The fries as always were cold.

The food was as expected but there was nobody managing the tables or floor. People were social distancing but as they were told to leave rubbish on the tables so as to be COVID-19 compliant, some vacant tables had not been cleared or sanitised. People following then were having to clear the tables themselves so as they could eat whilst sheltering from the rain.

Everyone knows if they like KFC or not. But I will say that the new improved chips (since 2018) are a massive improvement and quite good, although you do have to add your own salt. This branch is a decent size, with a lot of seating. Also quite clean. Perhaps a slight problem with teenagers; I don't blame the staff for not confronting them (noisy, messy, acting up) but I would have gone somewhere else if there hadn't been other customers and a few small kids, which I think stopped anything getting out of hand. Perhaps they should take McDonald's example and play classical music in more boisterous branches.

My neighborhood KFC, Im always satisfied with service granted Im always mindful of how service is effected in busy hours. The reason Im saying that Ive seen people flip out and get aggressive if they are told to wait for a minute or 2. I guess people deal with stress differently.

Quite small and awkwardly designed, constantly being raided by collections of the delivery drivers leading to a long queue. I would advise ordering to collect in order to avoid the queues or simply ordering from one of the apps to make your life easier.

I was working late and decided to get a meal here, and was shocked at the quality. It's actually excellent?! The chicken was fresh and tasty and not grey and bland - standard issue KFC. It's about the only KFC I can recommend, and for that it's exceptional!

Much better since being refurbished. Very spacious and staff are fine. Food has been freshly fried the times I have been here which contrasts with other branches in area. Restaurant (eat in) opening hours should be advertised better as they close earlier than take out service.

This KFC is ok, around 12pm on Sunday there was no waiting line and I got my order very fast, which was a lunch box. The quality of the food was ok, the chicken was a bit cold and chips were ok. The cleanness of the restaurant was good, aa the staff attending there, however the KFC app and deals were not working, which is a little frustrating. But it is a good option around Hammersmith Broadway.

Mediocre which is typical of KFC. Positives are that this place was open until 1am on the night I went there. Negative is that it's takeaway only after 10 pm. Seemed cleaner than the usual low level of KFC but they did not have sit down customers to deal with. Service is OK.

I live between this and the Shepherds Bush one on Uxbridge Road (not S.Bush Green) and I tend to go to the Shepherds Bush one for more ease of parking but the Hammersmith branches food tends to be more fresh whenever I have gone there, this could be down to them being more busy and food shifting faster but that's a good thing for the consumer. Obviously the Hammersmith ones also an eat in restaurant as opposed to the Uxbridge Rd one being not.

Any regular KFC, only ever had one issue with them and that was when the chicken shortage happened I ordered one of the more deluxe items on the menu and it only came with the chicken and bread when it was a full meal, I showed them the receipt and they didn't care, foods good but staff arent.
