A. L.I haven’t received my meal before (… I can say never) with a peaceful smile just like it happened today. My day was just boosted because of one of your employees (… it was really powerful, so I complimented it to the manager.) My ordered meal was well presented (…as you can see in one of my picture.) … and I really like their slogan what I saw on their wall ‘Do all you can & and do it the best you can.’
A. D.Always a pleasure in here. They always allow the kids to have their food ans collect their ice cream on departure. Never had tonsend the food back, staff are always friendly, tables always clear
M. W.It was nice, not many people queuing to order, fairly fast service and seats available in the top floor.
Ladies toilets were cleaner than other fast foods restaurants but could be better if they change the hand dryer that lets all the remain water on the hands to go straight to the floor and also, by putting some air fresheners and touch-free WC buttons, taps and doors.
The windows were dirty on both sides and the painters didn't do a great job as there is paint on the windows too. Some bits of food by the window stands, corners included. Some sticky residues on tables and chairs missing by the staff.
Food was all fresh cooked except for the fries. We would have complaint but we were really hungry at that time and kids started to eat them before realising. Breast mini fillets and hot wings were spectacular, pieces of chicken were very oily; you need to change something in this recipe.
Overall, the place looked clean and for most of the people, I'm pretty sure they'll agree but if something can be improved, why not spot it for others who are missing it?

Had an offer meal. Fillet burger, chips and a piece of chicken. Drink was extra though, very tasty. However their chip portion was really small. I also prefer the older type to these skin on ones. Service was quick and polite.
T. I.KFC in Wood Green is a very busy place, where people rush to get a takeaway or to eat in. The quality is very good, starting with the over-the-counter service, where the staff are quick, ending with the main thing that matters: the chicken meat is so fresh and tasty. Good place to go to, or ordering a takeaway to have it with your family at home.

S. A.Dropped in walking on the high street seeing a halal sign. Zinger stacker was nice, a very small helping of chips and heard another guy w a young KFC fan complaining too, "one napkin only. Certainly not for every day visit" and I concurred. Better options and much cheaper ones a few yards away.

S. A.There were alot of what I would say management was in on that day on the shop floor looking on how things were running and 3 staff on the shop floor. Things could of run a bit faster. I had made my order on self service booth, thus does not give you the option to choose which part of the chicken you want so you have to let the staff know in time before you are given your order. I will next time use the till, as there were several customers being served and it began to look a bit confusing. There were delivery drivers there also. On entering KFC a member of staff was there to direct everyone. Either to the self service to place your order and pay or the counter to place your order and pay, or for the drivers they had a place they were directed to. At one point a driver came in and went up to the till and the staff member directed him to the delivery drivers spot.
L.It was so lovely. They treat me and my children really good. Buy three sack box and i get plenty of chips and my child wanted cup with ice cause I buy two drinks some where else. We enjoyed the KFC really nice

G.We bought a family bucket of 10 pieces ... and 6 they were wings, plus no cardboard plates, no napkins, salt , no wet tissues ... and no alternative station to provide this, we have to go to the counter ( which by the way, had a long queue ) to ask for then and after good 10 mins and a bunch of bad looking from the customers in the queue...they answer with another question " how many of each do you need ? " ...

I. L.Very busy venue but they try to keep tables clean. They do forget about floor so be careful as you may slip on a piece of chicken. The front door glass all cracked which makes it very dangerous for customers who constantly push the door to enter/exit.
T. H.i ordered a zinger burger meal which was delicious - the chicken was tender and crispy, the pepsi was the usual pepsi quality and also cold, however i will always prefer mcdonald’s fries to the kfc ones. still prefer your chicken though!
J. T.Can be hit and miss sometimes but on this occasion the service was excellent.
Had to wait for the chicken to cook, but worth the wait. The server selected the good pieces of chicken which isn't always the case.
P. S.Food is delicious. Not much of a wait . You can order on the screen then find a table . Spacious and comfortable. Staff are on hand . Toilet can be used if not disabled by asking staff .buses are 4 mins walk in both directions to North Finchley, Edgeware. Across the road for central London or Archway .
M. D.Good food but not really a trendy place. Staff are polite and their us a disabled toilet downstairs and restrooms and seating upstairs. You will get some odd characters in here at times but makes for good people watching. Staff was quick to clean tables but gets busy quickly here. Not good for space and alot of buggys but if there are two or three it is not too bad.

R. P.Nice big airy place with two floors of seating. The quality of service seemed high here as it was clean. Food could have been slightly more fresh as the wings I had seemed to have been there for a little while, but this is expected in a fast food place. Still though it was cooked well.

T. U.They done the place up so it looks much nicer. Due to covid they dont have certain items otherwise it's all good. Staff can be a bit out of it so they may forget items.

S.This place should be clean, Its not the staffs fault, I'm Blaming the customers who's don't have self respect and manners, after eating can't even clean and clear their own table rubbish, how virus this ppl are, respect the environment, yes U...customers!! Remember it's a fast-food rest and Not a rest. There were 2asian mature guy with wife and 2kids eating 1bucket chicken. Tell a staff clean their table and the chair for them. This 2guys if u want nice take ur fam to a expensive restaurant. Funny 1 customers was eating and chatting with a staff, at the end he left yes not cleaning his rubbis-h, See most regular customers ARE worst!! Ps: kfc boss u should leave some tissue and spray on top of the bin area, so the customers can clean their own tables!!!
M. I.I like KFC. Clean place. Toilets could be cleaned more often though. Very busy at times but service is good. This KFC is having a halal trial which in my opinion I think its good and I hope it last.
