Reviews of McChina

Upon creating this review, I cannot find a single downfall with the restaurant. The staff were nothing short of amazing, which matched the quality of the food. Furthermore, the history behind the name is very interesting and amusing. The decor could maybe use some work but still not enough to bring the review down from the full 5 stars.

Visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day and was really impressed with the service and the food. This is hands down one of the best Chinese meals of had ever. The starters arrived quickly but the mains took a long time but it was full as they were turning people away who did not bio a table. The service was impeccable and the staff worked extremely hard to ensure everyone was looked after. There was not a moment where you didn’t see a meme et if staff at hand if you needed them. The drinks were cold and the plates ( which is so important) were hot so the food stayed that way instead of cooking down prematurely. Every dish was cooked to perfection. W e had chilli squid, sizzling lamb with black pepper, mix seafood in garlic sauce and beansprouts. Loved everything we ordered and the young gentleman who looked after us was impeccable. You don’t have to go to a posh restaurant with set menu in central London to enjoy am really good meal with amazing staff. I highly recommend this restaurant that’s why the reviews are so good!

Loved the vegetable pancake roll especially when the veg is still crisp inside. Its hard to find a vegetarian pancake roll (large spring roll). The mixed veg noodles were so flavorful too. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent fresh tasting food. Ordered for 9 of us and we loved it! Loads of ingredients, not just sauce. Everything was packed so nicely for takeaway. Delicious prawn crackers too. Will definitely return.

The food and staff here is amazing. The quality of food is also rich and tasty, not cheap like other restaurants. If you're around the area, definitely give this place a visit...McChina, the restaurant that beat McDonald's!

Had lunch here with two of my sisters. It was ok but I have tasted better food. The lunch meal deal is
good value for money. However, I found the meal very bland. Not really my cup of tea

My first time here via a recommendation Gets very busy in the evening both with customers dining in and those taking away
As everything is cooked to order.
Be prepared to wait, in my case 40 mins from Finnishing the 1st course to starting the 2nd .( a bit annoying)
Friendly staff ,glorious food .cosy setting
Will hopefully return
