Restaurant was pretty quiet, and staff were really lovely. Enjoyed my steak and my sides (servings was large), and the drink was delicious too all for an affordable price. Would definitely return again if I'm in the area :).

Good ambience, friendly service and perfectly cooked steaks. Ribeye and Tomhawk were good size and perfectly cooked to the requested temperature. Sauces with the steaks had a lovely deep flavour. More generous servings of the sauces would be nice especially with a 32 Oz steak. Will return for sure.

Originally booked for 10 on Friday however the storm ruined those plans! I contacted the restaurant and they were very understanding and accommodating. Managed to amend our booking twice in the end with no issues at all. The food was great and the team made some lovely recommendations (definitely get the prawns). It was my nieces 18th and they made it just that bit extra and played happy birthday through their sound system when bringing out the cake. Thanks for a great time!

Went on a Sunday. Steaks are very tasty and cooked to perfection and come with fantasic hand cut chips. I got medium rare which was very tender and the quality of the meat was high - great food in all honesty. Owner is very nice and good service. Very friendly - when we mentioned in passing that we were out for a family member's birthday, she recommended a desert and, when bringing it out, put on a happy birthday song with a candle in the cake. A lovely surprise! Many thanks to the owner for making it a memorable experince. Will be sure to visit again.

This restaurant blew my mind. The ribeye was amazing and perfectly cooked, with a lovely peppercorn sauce which was served with chunky chips. Sangita served us and she was very helpful and brought good vibes to our table. The music was also very good and satisfied all our music tastes, putting us in a good mood and ready to dance! I would definitely recommend for big groups of friends and family! Can’t wait to go again

Not sure what the negative reviews are about... Living in London prices here are very fair. Went last night with my friend who'd just arrived from up north and we absolutely loved it. The food was delicious.... The juicy Lucy burger 🤤🤤🤤🤤 mmmm, the service was fun cheerful and friendly and not to mention very attentive. Overall a lovely vibe and will most definitely be back

Amazing food, really lovely and clean restaurant too. Customer service was on point! The gentleman that served us, really did take care of us, from advising us on what sauces he would recommend for different dishes to our preference in the music that was playing at the time! I saw this place a while back as I was working directly across the road from there, and I really do regret not checking it out at the time. I was a very comfortable experience visiting the place, and it was a good choice for us that day as my cousin visited us from Bristol! I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting more often!

Not quite 5* yet but a work in progress. So took my family (6 of us) here for the first time as it offers a great brunch menu. All meats are Halal which was the main reason we came. It was Fathers Day, so a celebration was called for. When I asked for the brunch menu I was told some items were not available, so we would have to order from the main menu. It can happen, so we all decided to order from what was available. I decided that I have to try the Tomahawk steak as it looked so appetizing on their website. Was very disappointed when it arrived though. I was served a regular looking cut of steak but when I queried were was the Bone from the Tomahawk, I was told the butcher had cut it off! This made it an ordinary steak as far as I was concerned as it did not resemble the Tomahawk advertised. The family had burgers and they were all happy with them. Youngest had ribs and again they did not resemble ribs, but we're enjoyable none the less. Will definitely return here to try the brunch menu and see how that fares. Enjoy the photos.

Amazing steaks. All halal. Had a party there with family. Sangeeta was very helpful and suggested us selections when we asked for. We went for medium well mixed grill (collection of different steaks), cheese burger, fries and mac and cheese for kids. Everything was so delicious and well made. Spice was good. Sause with the steak was fantastic along with the veggies. Staff is very friendly and honest. Sangeeta thought i left my wallet there and chased us for around 5 mins after we left to return it. I told her it was not mine. Bless her. Would definitely visit again to try more dishes. Cheese burger too was amazing.

Came here for lunch, very nice and cool environment to sit in. Starters calamari was great and highly recommend. We accompanied the starters with chicken wings, they was great too but slightly disappointed with the portion size of 3. Juicy Lucy burger was delicious, lambs chops was great but felt it was missing something to make it great. The mango iced drink was perfect and very chilling, perfect for a hot day. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it

WOW! Thats all i can say! This place is damn amazing! OMG The food was epic cooked to perfection and service was top tier! The starters were spot on and so was the drinks! On Friday myself and my wife were in Kings cross after travelling down from Liverpool we went to our hotel unpacked and decided to get some food we had a little walk around and decided on a restaurant called the meat house London we went in and was greeted by two lovely young ladies Luna and I’m so sorry but can’t remember the the other ladies name it as escaped me. But I’m sure you know who you are. We had a drink but decided to just have Nachos as we were meeting family later that night they were lovely and not very pricey the place was really cozy and the staff made us feel like we were regular customers thank you ladies this is one restaurant that we will revisit on our return to London.

Where do I start?! First time I tried it, came with a hungry stomach and came out with a bloated belly! Atmosphere is great, restaurant is clean, host are welcoming and overall great service! Halal food being served. Had a great combo burger called Juicy Lucy, patty, cheese, pulled beef and caramelised onions served with Rosemary potato chips. Also went for a refreshing Milkshake which again was decent and just right! I loved it and family loved everything about it. No complaints. Thanks to our host aswell, compliments to her!

The only decent meal I had in London. I was getting sick of their bland food and terrible service. But here the waiter was friendly, he was prompt and courteous. Which, if you can imagine was actually a rare occurrence since I've been here. The food was excellent seasoned well. Halal Spot. Kind of disappointed, as the burger is not juicy at all and the onion rings very oily. Also limited number of Halal places they should standout but unfortunately there are better Halal Spot in central. Being a steakhouse I excepted a high on their meat and cook it to perfection! The best ever chicken steak I have had in my life, very juicy and didn’t need sauce at all, I ordered the mushroom sauce just in case I needed the chicken to skip through my throat but didn’t touch it. Went at lunchtime on a weekday when it's the less busier times. The burger and fries I ordered were delicious! The burger was thick and juicy, while the fries were perfectly seasoned. The waitresses were very friendly and efficient when they realised they got our bill wrong. The atmosphere of the place if very chill.

Place had a good decor and all of menu is Halal (they do sell alcohol however) Starters, which were Nachos were tasty. Wanted the T-bone, but they had run out of stock and so got the 17oz Tomahawk steak instead. This thing looked like a lamb chop on steroids. Didn't get medium rare like I asked, getting it has medium instead. It was decent, but nothing special. Also took around 30-45 mins to get our food. I think the rib eye or T-bone I'll try next time. Manager was kind enough to give us the Tomahawks at the price of the T-bone because it wasn't available and there isn't service charge for any bills for groups of less than four (there was 3 of us) Also got a 20% off card from the manager. All in all positive experience, but the steak was good, just not amazing but I think it was the sheer size of it that didn't allow it to be cooked and flavoured in the manner I would have liked.

Went at lunchtime, were seated by the nice staff. Staff were very polite and made sure everything was good. Price of food is affordable considering it's central London, and halal too. Ordered the California burger which was absolutely delicious, juicy and just one of the best burgers I've had. Had a taste of the 14 oz steak from my Misses and that was also delicious (definitely going to try that next time). Chips were seasoned and crisp to perfection, with the coleslaw also being fresh and very unique, but amazing. Used a tastecard so was very affordable, and will definitely be coming here again. Would recommend to anyone :)

Located near the Kings Cross station, this place is ideal if you're using tubes. If you're driving... look elsewhere; awful for parking. The customers at this restaurant were so well mannered, one of them got up to open the door for us! We were then greeted by the staff and seated immediately. Lovely quiet atmosphere and the decor was clean and classy. The menu arrived and I instantly gravitated towards the Juicy Lucy. The description alone had my mouth watering so I couldn't wait for it to arrive. Starters? Na fam, show me them buns. Food arrived fairly quickly and I noticed that the size was not as big as I had pictured. The rosemary fries were dead, the sauces were dead and the sweet potato fries were decent. I then turned my attention towards the burger. It took me a few bites to get to the core and the juices started flowing out of the burger. The buns were very resilient and refused to breakdown amongst all the torture they had been put through. Overall, I'd say the burger was nice but nothing to brag about. If we're comparing Lucy's, the one I had in Leicester was far superior.

Wanted a halal steak and found this one via recommendation. The steak was on par with my usual go to (Zelman's) but was cheaper and a far larger portion, there was a great selection of drinks and the apple crumble was delicious. The manageress was accommodating and flexible. We will be returning after discovering this local gem!

I came here with my wife on Saturday evening and was served by a young lady who was very helpful despite it being her trial shift! We was very happy with the food although my wife found the fish and chips to be rather big so Unfortunately most went to waste but the portion size for my Caesar salad was perfect! Great place for steak. I ordered the Sirloin steak which was cooked exactly how I wanted. I also had mushroom sauce and mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was delicious. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Customer service was also pretty good. Staff were friendly throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place if you enjoy steak. The only thing I’d change is adding plate matts to tables as the plates keep running around when trying to cut steak.

We went to this restaurant as it came up on the Taste card otherwise we wouldn’t even have been aware of it. Burger was really nice but the starter and dessert weren’t great. I had to send my dessert back as it was hard inside. Neither of our starters seemed to be particularly fresh. Fixed 12.5% service charge would have been ok if the food had been amazing. Customer service was very good as they resolved an issue with the Taste card offer where it conflicted On the app and took my pudding off the bill. Staff were polite. Unfortunately the negatives out weighed the positives, I wouldn’t dine here again. 5 stars for the staff, 2 for the food so 3 overall.

Really loved the experience there. The food was amazing and the staff were outstanding. My friend had her birthday there and we surprised her with the cake and the staff was very kind and attentive. They brought the cake when they saw that we finished our meal and played a birthday song too.

Had lunch here recently. Good location and nice restaurant with plenty of seatings. I had the sirloin steak which was lovely. My only complaint is that I would have had a choice of sauce with my steak like peppercorn sauce etc. Most steakhouses don’t seem to offer this. The nachos was really yummy.

I booked a reunion dinner at the Meat House - a large group of 13 of us met up in this ideal location (so close to St Pancras/King's Cross). The food was outstanding and reasonably priced for central London. Service was great too - they were friendly and patient as we paid on 13 different cards! I'll definitely be going back soon.

Great Burgers! Mouth watering and filling. The Starters are also lovely, definitely recommend the Nachos, topped with cheese and other dips. Great spot for a chilled meal. Gourmet food so bring your card along! All worth it though in my opinion.

This used to be on my top 5 restaurants list, but I went there a few days ago, with my husband, and I was so excited for him to try out the "juicy Lucy" burger, as its one of my faves. However last time I went, there was no cheese inside of the meat like they used to make it, and the burger was pink in the inside, so not cooked properly. The starters were very tasty, and the staff were lovely, and as I was super hungry at the time, I didn't say anything, so just ate it. If you have changed the recipe, just saying the old recipe was way better!

Excellent food, good service, large and welcoming. Also clean and non-hipster feel. I really enjoyed my steak and some scraps of burger I nabbed - and I really liked both! They were well cooked, and the chips were chunky too! The desert was also VERY GOOD - if you like sweet things, get the strawberry ice-cream. I've recommended to my friends and would happily go back. It is a mid-range to expensive restaurant, so around £25 - £30 per person, including desert.

Halal Restaurant with nice food. Staff is very helping and polite. No private parking. Although seating is comfortable, toilets are average. Not overly crowded place. You can book this place for private parties/gathering. Would say food is above average but they need to improve toilet facilities. Value for money

Good food and decor. The lady who greeted and served us was not very knowledgeable about the ingredients. As we were ordering for someone with an allergy, she wasn't very confident. When asked if there was a ingredients list she wasn't too sure. Eventually having settled for a cease salad with honey mustard dressing it that the chicken may have some egg and we had to get the dish replaced. Luckily no incidebts occurred and we were able to carry on our meal.

Great steak place. Nice decor and friendly staff. We ordered rib-eye and t-bone steak with chunky fries and sweet potato fries. For starters we had the calamari and chicken wings in jerk. This was all great. Dessert wasn’t quite up to the mark as the mains. We had something resembling a eton mess and salted caramel profiteroles. The eton mess was in a jar so difficult to get into and made with whipped cream from a can as opposed to fresh cream. This made it a very milky dessert with the meringue melting at the bottom. The profiteroles tasted shop bought. Apart from the dessert the steaks were juicy, cooked to our liking (medium). Service was generally good and staff were friendly which makes a massive difference when choosing to dine here

Amazing atmosphere and decor inside the restaurant, coupled with brilliant service (we were served by Sangeeta). I went as part of a group of 4, and we all agreed that the burgers were very well done (both the beef and chicken). We were specifically looking for a burger joint, and this place was perfect!

Almost passed on this place as it was nearly completely empty when we arrived - glad we didn't! Surprisingly good burgers and steak at a reasonable price. The Inferno burger was particularly good, exactly the right level of spice. The desserts were also good and large enough to share. I found some comedy in the fact that a "Meat House" is found right across the street from a vegetarian-only restaurant - I think we made the right choice.

This place was really good. The steak with the mushroom sauce was beautifully cooked. The milkshake was also very nice. The customer service was excellent - with exception of a couple of staff looking a little moody lol. But generally excellent service from all of them. The downsides however, its quite pricey (the steak price was ok) but mixed grill and burgers were quite high. They can also increase the amount of vegetables that they serve with the steak, the portion was small. Ill will definitely be returning here if ever i want steak.

Delicious food and impeccable service. We had the spicy meatballs and halomi fries for starters which were yummy and for mains we had the ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection.My partner and I shared the dessert sticky toffee pudding with custard which was absolutely divine. The food was lovely. I had the salmon salad which came as a small fillet on top of a mixed salad comprised of spinach leaves, bell peppers string beans and carrott strips. I also had a side of skinny fries. My friend had the lamp chops with hand cut fries and a friend egg. My food was lovely. Just right and not over-filling. My friend's food was also delicious although the egg was slightly undercooked. The whites especially weren't fully cooked which was a little bit of a let down but everything else was great. The lamb chops didn't have that usual fatty part attached to it which made it taste a little healthier. Don't know if that's just a subconscious thing! Service was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very nice, sheek and modern environment with a touch of class. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is a nice place and for its location, a lifesaver. A few minutes walk from King's Cross and there's a very nice halal steakhouse. It's nice inside, lots of comfortably upholstered booths and good acreage for plates plus enough distance from other booths so your conversation isn't downed out by people just having loud noise for dinner. The staff are extremely attentive and the food is delicious. Standouts are the barbecue wings and calamari as well as the ribeye and the schnitzel chicken. Not often you see that but my my, light crispy and delicious. A good little find if you don't want the bar-plus experience and just crave that meat.

Meat lover's place. This restaurant reminds me of those from the US. They also have a typical American menu sort of speaking. There's a good choice of burgers and other dishes you'd expect in such a place, like steak or onion rings - all quite tasty. The place is well located and pretty nicely decorated. First impressions, good. Nice layout and clean feel. We went for lunch. Ordered two starters and two burgers. Firstly advised staff that we were going to use taste card and were advised that everything was 2 for 1 except some of the more expensive steaks. The corn dogs and chicken wings for starters were great. We ordered the Juicy Lucy and the Meathouse Pulled Beef burger, both priced at £11.95. I got the short straw. The Juicy Lucy was stacked like I'd expect of a burger at a burger bar. Beef pate with pulled beef, sauce and two types if cheese. However the Meathouse, which I'd expected to have been the crown jewel of the restaurant as it bore the establishments name was nothing but a disappointment. It was half the size of the Juicy Lucy. It only had pulled beef, and not a great deal of it at that. The may have been a bit of Monterey cheese in there however I couldn't tell and the slaw was a measly teaspoonful on the side. I was expecting it to be a loaded burger. When the bill was served it was more than expected and we were told that the deal was only for the mains and not the starter. I advised the manager about the poor sized burger I'd received and he without any push from us, removed the service charge and applied a discount. Good touch from him and he also said he'd take it up with the chef re the imbalance between two similarly priced burgers.

When I left the venue however I spotted some very second rate street art, I am a huge fan of Banksy but cannot understand why people try to emulate his work in a very poor fashion. *Bloody excellent! * Really friendly & helpful staff and without doubt, the *single best burger I've ever had* - a "turkey burger" in fact, which was actually a huge turkey steak in a really fresh bun (choose what type you want), plus your choice of cheeses, toppings, add-ons, salads & sauces. All served up on a wooden platter with a huge cone of proper chips that took some eating. Good range of food on the menu, including beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, salmon, prawn or veggie burgers, plus ribs, steaks, salads and more besides. To top it off, really good value as well. The burgers here are prepared with Angus beef and are absolutely delicious (I usually have a burger on it's own as a starter). For the main meal I usually have a steak. They have a variety of steak including again Angus rib eye and sirloin which I have tried and are spot on. I think the T-bone steak is Herefordshire cured but I can't remember exactly. Angus is the way to go for me and the consistency here is great. In addition the staff are always friendly and really helpful. Hope this helps.
