Went there with friends on a Sunday evening. We thought let's give this place a try. We were not expecting much. I was so wrong... the customer service was really good. It was very clean. The toilet facility is very clean. They have hot water tap so you can wash your hands properly with the hand gel they provide unlike other places where they only have cold water. The quality of the food is so good. It was tasty and damn good. The burger was top quality. The corn on cob was very tasty. The mojito drinks were very well made. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Firstly I have to say it is brilliant customer service! My husband and I ate in and really enjoyed our experience. Great food, value for money and portion size make sure you check it out!!!! We were expecting a ‘standard’ burger place but this is anything but that! We did not expect the food to be presented so prettily! It was great value for money also, especially with the buy one burger get one free offer they had on! Now on to the taste - the monster burger was great! And the ribs were my favourite especially with the spicy rice. Breaded Prawns were nice and juicy. The brisket burger was nice but not our thing but well worth a try! The chocolate mysterium was tasty but we would have loved a bit more sauce be it a little more caramel, chocolate sauce or even cream, however, we did kill it off as is!

Ordered online for delivery twice, food arrived hot, the burger was really good had nice flavour! Chips were nice. Ordered piri grilled chicken too I found it a tad dry but the children loved it. Good customer service one of the items had run out so the shop called me to ask if I wanted to have something else instead, got the Mac and cheese bites, they were nice but wish there were more, considering the price it was fair. Will purchase from here again.

I normally don't leave reviews online but I must say I highly recommend this place. Best burger restaurant in town. Their monster burger is succulent, absolutely mouth watering, literally melting in your mouth, the chips are unique, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside - don't know how they got it so perfect - reminds me of 5* restaurants in Dubai. Finally restaurant is clean, kept hygienic and the workers there will leave you beyond impressed with their hospitality. If I could rate it beyond 5* this place deserves it and outperforms all its rivals locally. Pop down you won't regret it

The food was great! The rib’s meat was very tender and juicy. The loaded fries were really crunchy and flavourful. I loved the service, the dude was extremely friendly and alway keen to help. Prices are also reasonable. Deffo recommend this friend.

I ordered here recently and the food was excellent. I got the monster burger, the patty was nicely cooked and not overdone - overall it was very high quality. The best item though was the fries - they were crispy and seasoned well. Highly recommended!!

Went there twice and had the steak both times. Beautiful steak and chips👌🏽. One of the best steaks I've had. Nice and succulent. Nice and polite staff. Clean and spacious place. Defo recommend this place. Can't wait to try more stuff on the menu. 😋

Ordered online the monster burger, double patty. Came in hot - and I was pleasantly surprised by the size and taste. A burger this good should come with a warning: MAY CAUSE ADDICTION. I eat burgers probably only once a year and if I live anywhere near this establishment I’d be there every day!

This place opened up recently and I must say I have very impressed with the presentation and the overall taste of the food. Must try their mushroom sauce and their special hot sauce (which had a hint of scotch bonnet).

Very pleasantly surprised, I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. I had the monster burger and loaded Mac and cheese fries. The patty was juicy and the burger as a whole was flavoursome. The monster sauce tied it all together. Mac and cheese fries were super good. My wife had the buttermilk fried chicken burger which she really enjoyed. I would highly recommend them. Customer service was great, they are very friendly and informative. This was my first visit as they had just opened recently but it won't be my last.

Amazing experience at Monster BBQ and Grill House on New Road. Firstly, the customer service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and professional. We were served with black trays and the staff acted promptly and quickly with our queries and really made us feel special. Trust me you do not get this sort of brilliant customer service in East London and I felt as if I was in a posh Restaurant in Central London. They are amazing! The Restaurant was very clean and well organised. The music was excellent and brought an overall good vibe and atmosphere. Honestly, I promised the man who served us a 5 star review I wish I could do more for him. The Food went beyond all standards was delicious! I ordered the Monster Burger Meal and my mate ordered the Rump Steak Meal. The Monster Burger was great! The sauce blended well with the cheese and with every bite delivered an amazing sweet and smokey flavour. The patty was well cooked and juicy. It was thick and a great size. The Turkey Bacon was flavourful and was crispy. The fries were great and the Monster Sauce was great (I felt shy asking for more but when you go please do ask for more the Monster Sauce was deluxe) My mate ordered the Rump Steak meal which is the selling point of the menu. My mate really enjoyed it and I would recommend you ask them to cook it medium well. The steak was well cooked and very smokey. It was delicious and extremely filling. In addition, we ordered 4 pieces of the Buffalo Chicken Wings (there is a great variety and range on the menu so you can have the wings done any how you want from Naga to Herbs) the Wings were well cooked and the flavour was incredible. They smelt amazing as well and the wings were of a great size. The prices are okay as we spent £30 in total between 2 of us. They have some amazing and almost fine dining experience through the desserts. Overall, I strongly recommend that you order from here and I will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu because I am highly satisfied and it was a great experience. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

"One of the best spots in Tower Hamlets" This is a quite an audacious statement to make considering the vaste stream of food spots which are located in the vicinity. However, every place around here duplicate and reproduce the same boring burgers and fried chicken making it seemingly impossible to enjoy a meal where I can enjoy. I was on a hunt (quite literally) to find a local place where I can rely on delivering food which can tantalise my taste buds when I am in need to satisfy my hunger. Monster Burger offer a variety of food which can help me acquire this objective. Brisket Burgers, Fried Prawns , Cajun Fries, Steaks, Hot Dogs, Grilled Chicken and more. We had to try the brisket burger and the monster burger. The monster burger was a tasty burger consisting of cheese jalapenos and bacon which gave it that extra oomph to the burger which elevated its status on my tongue. According to my peers the brisket burger was juicy and rivalled up to its competition Holy Smokes. The Cajun fries was perfectly fried and seasoned with ever much flavour. All in all this was a dining experience which lived up to our expectations. They were also doing buy one get one free burger at the time of this review which lured us in ever more. Overall, this was only the beginning to a start of a beautiful journey, a love affair with Monster Burger. So many things to try on their menu including the Ribs and Grilled Chicken. Also, another thing which definitely meant we were coming back was their cut slash prices on their lunch menu. Any burger for £8.50! Now that's what I call music to my ears. I'll be back....

The best steak I’ve had in a restaurant. The service was great and they catered to our different requirements. I highly recommend these guys. I just wish they would open restaurants country wide. It’s a shame I live in Warwickshire and their restaurant is only in London
