V. V.Very good experience at Nando’s Baker Street restaurant! Helpful and friendly staff, specially the manager Leanne, the smiley Shanice and Vanessa our waitress who often returned to ask if everything is okay. They are very welcoming, and kind…today was our second time here, but we will return for sure. Thank you!
N. Y.Good option if you want something fast but you want to stay away from greasy fast food places - so many of them around Baker Street!
There's plenty of choices for a chicken place: grilled chicken, wraps, burgers, platters to share, salada, side dishes... Lots of posdible combinations and even some vegetarian and vegan options. You can have a healthy meal if you prefer, or go naughtier with the chips and sauces.
You can pick the level of spiciness for your chicken and have it plain if you can't handle spicy food as myself.
And last but not least: the staff. I've been to many Nandos and this is my favorite. Yes it's my local but I ended up visiting this place more often cause staff is lovely. Kind, attentive, helpful. I've seen many customers treating them poorly and they still have a smile for you and they are grateful. They are the best!

F. M.Beautiful building and structure. Clean and tidy place. Posh restaurant. Near Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. 12 minutes walk from Regent's Park. Kids friendly place. Family friendly place also. Staff is very kind, courteous, polite and cooperative. Toilets are available here downstairs.

Staffs were really helpful and they got 2 floor. I prefer sitting downstairs as I want to avoid the chillness everytime someone opens the door. Cheers 🥂
