Reviews of Nando's Clink Street
J. C.
My wife and I initially heard about Nando’s while watching an episode of Hot Ones and thought we just had to check it out. We ordered the humus to start and added some of the drizzle. Was really delicious! We followed it up with a shareable platter. The different sauces were definitely worth a try! We got our chicken with medium and garlic & herb, but after tasting each of those added, in turn, the extra hot, extra extra hot, and vusa sauces to try them out. Overall highly recommend!

I had really high expectations since I've heard so much about this franchise. Unfortunately it was mediocre at best, the taste was nothing special and felt like spices were missing. I've had better chicken from less popular places.
There was nothing wrong with the food just that it wasn't anything special. I decided to give it another try in another country to see if it was going to be better, I'll post that review later.
I had expectation for it to taste good with good spices but it was a letdown at the end.

Nandos' food has a unique taste which never disappoints. The lemon and herb peri-sauce along with one of the hot peri-sauces, are the best combination ever. My only negative comment - but that has been valid for all nandos' everywhere - is that the portions are small. If you are hungry, you need to order more and unfortunately the prices do not reflect the quantity of food. At least this Nandos' location is great - providing an amazing atmosphere overall.

Happy with this experience. Being from South Africa this specific branch of Nandos was in one of my case studies for my degree so it was great to experience it and having come from it's birthplace. Also awesome artwork!
S. G.
Lovely ambience and great food as always at Nando’s. Staff is friendly and service is good. Ample amount of space for seating. It’s near bankside so few seats has lovely view of river thames.
e. v.
The chicken was super teste and tender.
Chicken wings were the greatest thing.
The sweet potatoes were perfect.
Also the spot was great.
A. A. P. (.
I had my 28th birthday dinner here. Very good customer service. Great burger and chips. Must of been my day when i was given table number 28 aswell.
M. S.
the food was very good but the concept of the restaurant was kinda weird. it's a weird mix of waited tables, self service and online ordering.
F. Τ.
The coleslaw isn't tasty at all.
Garlic breads are not so good.
Although, the food is quite good.
L. F.
Excellent service. Welcoming and pleasant staff.
The grillers were excellent.
Nicely browned, succulent and tasty chicken. Did not have to wait long even though the food was cooked with tender loving care. No complaints at all.
Excellent.
L. G.
Nice vibes and good-looking venue, but I'd only go back for the seared Halloumi cheese sticks and chilli jam dip.
A. G. O.
Awesome food.. fast, fresh and pipping hot. Fantastic staffs . One of the best Nando's I have been to.. loved it.. the Building is great too.. 😊😍😍😊
M. D.
My 1st visit here and was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean.
Food service was very quick....
J. A.
I am a bit of a Nando's connoisseur. From the 50 Nando's location I have visited in 4 Countries this is one of the most unique locations. Completely worth the visit!
L. B. H.
Came here for a meal before a show. Service was quick and staff were friendly.
M. M.
As always, Nandos chicken is totally delicious. But this place is set a part by it's location situated in the cavernous setting of the arches under the railway bridge. High ceilings with several chandeliers and basket shaped hanging lights. The small upstairs area is closed for eating but a section of it looks onto the river beneath the bridge. A great setting for this Nandos restaurant.
E. M.
Big place. Orderly and timely service. The cashier Nesha is very helpful and clear in taking orders. Love the mango and lime chicken not dry. The chicken liver is tasty. The chips are perfectly cooked.
S. B.
Sagar's hospitality was superb and very friendly behaviour. Suggested us a good food which we really liked. This was our first visit and we are super happy 😊💗. Impeccable ,👍👍
P. P.
Great vibes, love the use of an arch and how the restaurant still preserved the history of the building whilst making it a comfortable dining area.
Humous and pita bread was very tasty, the half chicken, peri peri chips and butternut squash grains were great too!
M. M.
Firstly this restaurant looks stunning. The way it has been incorporated into the arches makes this one of the best looking Nandos in London.
Service was good with friendly staff who delivered our food quickly. The Sunset Burger is just great. It is sooo tasty and was accompanied with some peri peri chips and rainbow slaw. My friend who had half a chicken with chips said theirs was very nice as well.
This is my favourite Nandos to go to so go give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
K. f. a. d.
It's Nando's. If you've eaten in one before then you know what you're getting. If not then it's a menu based around Piri Piri chicken. The only difference here is the building. It's very cool so take a moment to look around. It's built into an arch of a bridge that crosses the river Thames. There's also a window up a short flight of stairs that looks out under the bridge and over the river. The staff eat there meals but if it's empty it's worth having a quick look out.
S.
Great for what it is.... Chicken central. And the best of that! Love this place for quick, easy and consistently great dinners when I'm too lazy to do otherwise!
F.
Lovely staff, great food and very spacious interior. Would visit again. Also a great location if you’d like a walk along the River Thames.
V. A.
This was our first time eating at nandos. The chicken was delicious, sauces were great, and the wine selection was quite good. We had an absolutely lovely time.
O. S.
When we arrived there we got assigned a table, all good but it was our first time so we didn't know we had to order at the counter/in front. So we waited and waited and asked a waiter if we could order. little did we know we had to order our meals in front.
After ordering the food (chicken thighs with 2 sides) we were amazed with the taste and tenderness of the chicken. We didn't need extra sauce, it was just tasty and juicy enough on it's own. We tried the available sauces for spicy test and they were really tasty aswel.
Sides were ok.
n.
Typical nandos. Very spacious. buns aren't great but everything else veggie is good.
Ł. B.
Nice place for a quick lunch. We were there with kids. Food was ok and stuff very friendly. It’s ok.
J. P.
The place is fantastic for lunch, spacious and very busy. Staff are very friendly and even with amount of work that they need to cope. The rice, the mango juice and the chicken are great. Nice branch! Clean which is highly important. But for some reason they do not display their Food and Hygiene rating on food and hygiene apps.
s. p.
4 stars for amazing service - complimentary desserts for the birthday 👍🏼😊
Good sauce and fries
Burger was a bit dry 🙁
But still a good visit
A. S.
Who doesn't love a cheeky Nandos? This particular restaurant is massive and the interior is stunning because it's a converted dockside warehouse. But even without this perk it would get 5*s because Nandos deserves nothing less. Get the chilli jam, massively underrated.
s.
This Nandos is in a great location. We have visited last Saturday and it was reasonably busy. The staff at a till didn't seem to be very knowledgeable on the menu. The food came promptly and everything was delicious!
Down side it was quite hot inside and not too well ventilated. Yet I would still come back as it is convenient place and great food
P. R.
It is located in a busy bustling area. The outside is always busy, people visiting London are always seem to be in hurry. It has small outdoor sitting place as well. Waitress are ready to welcome you and help you to find a proper seat.
The ambience looks good, however, it is old Victorian(may be) storehouse restored. You can easily identify the age of you see the book and corners. Anyways, that doesn't make any difference to the taste of their chicken and the PERI-PERI sauce.
You will be provided with a wide range of selection of sauces to complement your (whatever)chicken. The good thing is you can have any amount of the sauce😆. It was busy when I visited so had to wait for order and then wait for the chicken. The best thing(for some) is if your food is accompanied by drink, it goes bottomless. Apparently you cannot fill yourself up with fizzy drinks!
It's a happening place for tourists and visitors of London who may not find the price that expensive for once or twice as they bring memories. However, the price is bit expensive (when you don't consider rent, staffing and price for secret recepie to make PERI-PERI sauce😋) for a whole chicken and sides almost £20.
Anyways, I with my two friends enjoyed Nandos and their sauce. And of course you may like it too. Visit them and enjoy.
S. V.
The atmosphere and the music selection is amazing. The food is great and the drinks as well. The only drawback is that the waiting time is crazy. Waiting for almost an hour for Chicken Nuggets is not really a good experience. Apart from that the restuarant is good. I recommend it.
L. S.
Amazing place to eat in a stunning location. The staff were super nice.
K. C.
Staff really helpful. We held a team meeting in there. Got a booth away from the main section with the help of one of the staff members.
N. N.
Such a wonderful place in best location. Very delicious food and perfect sauce
S. R.
It was my first visit to Nando's and this place didn't dissapoint. Amazing taste, great quality food and a well managed arrangement during Covid
G. T.
Cheeky Nandos!!! 😋
In London and feel like Chicken.. then check out Nandos...
same as all the nandos but in great location on the river and very spacious in a quirky building. Friendly staff and quick service.
M. R.
One of the few places in London that has refills on soda (aka cola).
This is quite possibly one of the top 5 meals I had in London. Peri peri chicken with chips. Great ambience as well.
N. S.
Tucked away in the cut near Waterloo it is uniquely placed under the arches. The decor inside is full of earthy colours and the table settings are neatly presented. Just above its ceiling runs the train. A magnificent architectural grandeur worth visiting for.
S. J.
Food was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful
E. R. M.
Quite a large restaurant where the original brickwork is used in the decor. Very nice dining space. Order using the app, no menus.
L. D.
So pretty inside! The food was great as with most nandos! The service however was not the best as some waitresses were more interested in having a chat than tending to tables... But overall it was great and nandos always delivers a good time!
K. R.
Standard Nandos. The wrap was nice.
M. O.
The food is great but the greeting at the door needs to improve. The guy who was greeting us seemed a little inconvenienced by the fact that we arrived. There were no available tables so we were told to wait for 10-15 minutes which was fine but the person who was greeting us did not know how to make guests feel welcome. You need to train your staff in customer service.
R. 8.
Food is very nice ....service is very good and fast even on a busy day.
Big and spacious, good place to stop when out with family down Southbank.
M. M.
First time at this place and I was happily surprised. The medium sauce tastes like citrus, go one more step up to hot for more flavor. Yummy, will return.
v. l.
Excellent food and service. Nice view upstairs, however that area is usually closed after 9pm
R. V.
Been here a few times now, but I have not yet been blown away. The staff are really nice and friendly, also very attentive and helpful. However, the ordering process is very complicated and annoying... I was shown the QR code, which didn't work; so I had to order delivery food instead when I was actually dining in. They were 15 minutes late with my order, and of course it came in boxes... they never brought my drink over (thank God I was dining in); and the boneless chicken thighs were tiny (looked like they were toys for children). Other than that it was a nice experience all in all.
H. K.
The ambiance of the place was lovely and unique as it was part of the older Roman viaduct and the food as expected was tasty.
T. H.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Great food, kind people and fun atmosphere!
j. s.
Food was barely hot tonight but gave it three stars not one as it tasted good
s. b.
My favourite nandos in the country, I will travel in to central London for clink street. Food is good too :)
J.
Waited an hour for food
This was refunded and when it came out was hot and delicious
Would go again
m.
Very nice, cosy and comfortable place. Prices are affordable. Food is delicious, you can choose the level of spicy, a lot of sauces which you can use unlimited. Highly recommended!
W. I.
Food was cooked well and lovely views of the Thames. Good table customer service too!
Z. H.
Soul food, love the Nandos because of its food and courteous staff. I'm not much of a meat eater but this place is really cool they have different portion sizes to fit your need. They also have unlimited coke which is the best thing ever 😂
K. F.
This is my favourite Nando's. River views from some tables! Quite a big Nando's so plenty of seating. Does get very busy at peak times. Staff are amazing. Very polite and helpful. This Nando's is also in an amazing location! Highly recommended.
s. t.
Excellent service and food, toilets are clean and there is always someone to help you
P. l.
Delicious and fancy, food was tasty, stuff friendly and the ambient was cool!
T. O.
Nice hidden Nando’s off the river Thames. It was nice and the service was good. Only downside was had to wait 20-30 minutes to order food as the chicken had run out. But all and all, it’s a nice place to pop into for lunch.
P. G.
Nice food, friendly personel. There was nog enough sauce choice that did not have any pepper in it. Almost all of them were spicey..
R. B. H.
One of my favorite restaurant under the Cannon bridge.
R. S.
Great service lovely food nice place
A. G.
Tried 2 different burgers here. Both were fantastic! Also a salad which was very special and tasty! I liked that you can choose by preference your "level of hotness" for the burger. I had a medium spicy one.
t. h.
First time at this Nando's , will give it 10/10 for service and good food , would deduct for not having the first 3 choices of beer on the drinks menu so settled for a pilsner but food made up for it . Will definitely return again in the future and hopefully second my opinion but please keep your standards .. 🙂
M.
For me the company I was with was better than the chicken I had, and the railway arches setting was cool. Not that the chicken was bad or anything, in fact the spiciness of it all was quite good, and the generous portions - including the sides - make it worth the money, but chicken is chicken! Washed down with a lovely bottle of Portuguese red wine (or three) we had a great night. As with all Nando's, you have to pay first and queue up and get your own drinks each time, which is a bit annoying, and it starts to feel like you're in a certain fast food restaurant at times, but staff are ever so helpful. It's also in a nice area if you're having a night out, next to the river Thames and the popular "Anchor" pub. De nada! 😊
L. D.
Think this is the nicest Nando’s interior I’ve visited. Service was excellent and couldn’t fault. Ever so slightly more spenny than other Nando’s I’ve visited but unsure if all have changed in respect to inflation
A. T.
Polite staff, large premises. Usual good quality food from nandos. Surprisingly fast service considering how large and busy it is.
R. G.
Very nice pleasant place for Chicken food with lots of combinations. Staff are nice and the food was super quick
D. R.
The food was really good. They have very good restaurant setup.
A.
Loved the Nando’s in London Bridge. Went there after visiting Tate Modern with my mum. We had a lovely meal and enjoyed the atmosphere and food of the restaurant as always. Nando’s never disappoints us!
F. A. L.
5 stars for Alekya. She gave us an outstanding service!
T. G.
Great location, the anchor pub is nearby. Right next to the river. Great walk and then a chilled dinner or lunch
B. I. L.
Average food, friendly service
D. G.
It was my first time in a Nando's restaurant and it was a really interesting experience, althogh I think I will think twice before ordering something spicy next time. Also, the decoration was pretty nice. Oh! And there was a guy sleeping in one of the tables while his friends were playing with him... It was fun lol.
C.
Chicken quality below average, friendly service
I.
Although having my order to take away, my family had encountered two accounts of unwarranted attitude from the staff and was told that there would be an hours wait for a table eventhough many people came after us was seated within around 10 minutes. I was confused. However, the food was up to par and was the highlight of this ordeal.
L. C. P. P.
A really good Nandos overall. Clean, lots of seating, food is delicious, and the staff are very polite.
M. Q.
First time eating nandos was very good would recommend half chicken.
M. A.
Great nando's brunch, and as usual their chicken is tasty, however it was busy and their were no staff to take orders, there were only one till is serving where i have waited for a time. And the outdoor seating is good in sunny day!!
K. E.
A fairly typical nando's. Nice location under the railway arches but having a lot of building work done so only half size at the moment and not looking its best. The table ordering app didn't work, we weren't alone in not being able to use this so ordered at the counter. Food was tasty (tried some of the new dishes/flavours too) but they wouldn't honour NHS discount which was a shame.
M. T.
It's a Nandos so expect Nandos in respect of food and quality. Not too busy for a Friday night and we were seated in a few minutes. The location is a real treat due to it being housed in the old arches and the staff were friendly.
W. H.
Exactly what you expect. Affordable and tasty chicken. Make sure to check opening times as we almost arrived too late.
P. M.
Recent visit was just OK. Some of my food wasn't as warm as I expected it to be and the gents toilets are a bit grotty. It's an interesting venue though, with a lot of copper drainpipes in the ceiling of the railway arches.
R. S.
Nando's is amazing as always. Try the spicy chicken liver (in case you are looking for something apart from chicken)!
Y. “. A.
Brilliant location, great food and service.
I find that getting here just before 12 for lunch is the fastest service you’d find anywhere.
Got here a few times at around 5:30pm and the service was so slow, took at least 30mins for the food to arrive.
E. B.
Great food + lovely staff (Adrien + Sophie)!!
T. G.
Always enjoy a Nandos! But got here just before closing time and during the great chicken drought, so had to make do with 30 chicken wings between 4 of us. Still great though!!!
S. D.
Standard Nandos fair, self service drinks for juice and can order alcohol and food from your table. Magic.
F. G. U.
Nando's is taking covid very seriously, thank you for that. The staff is doing a huge effort. Thank you again.
The only bad thing is that you have to give personal data to order though the website.
M. M.
Great location by the water and the food as delicious as always
L. R.
On average of nando's restaurant. Location is great set up in a old premises
B.
I enjoyed my food and everything was fine except I was given a filthy glass to drink out of. If the glasses are dirty then what else are they ignoring in the kitchen? 3.5 stars would have been more fair.
C. B.
Fall off the bone fresh... got the roulette style order, with multiple heat... don't think they gave me the super hot... but still good
S. S.
Best Nando's I've ever been in!
Nice and friendly staff, very lovely building, and of course I don't need to talk about Nando's food,
My favourite is Nando's chickens, but all the foods are perfect here,
I'd definitely keep it in mind to go there whenever I was around,
R. J.
Great nandos which is very spacious.
it's always service with a smile
Toilets are also clean and tidy
This place has a 5 star hygiene rating and I have no reason to challenge that as it's a great clean and tidy space
There is no parking here but its expected as this is central london after all
Staff are very friendly and the food quality is amazing as always
T. P.
Lovely place for some delicious chicken. Wish they could serve some great beers, that's the reason for 4 stars, otherwise 5 stars!
N. S.
First nandos since restaurants reopened for indoor dining and it was great. Prompt, great service as per usual. Slightly sad my favourite flavour (mango and lime) has been replaced but the new BBQ flavour in its place is lovely. The tables were well distanced and appropriate covid measures were implemented so all in all a lovely lunch.
L.
Loved it very Spacious NANDOS IS F LIFE ps great staff
J. S.
Large, high ceiling Nando's in a railway arch. Good atmosphere, plenty of seating, but often a queue to order. Definitely one of the better Nando's in London
M. H.
Bit slow on delivering the food but not bad
陳.
Nice location and amazing food. Especially love the atmosphere and interior design of this Nando.
e. c.
Have not been here in a while and went today with a friend. Due to cover it has changed so much. It was quiet as not loads of people and due to social distance but was lovely to sit and have a meal with not so much noise. The guy greeted us and explained about cleaning hands and took us to the table and then explained further on what to do. Everything was done through the app and scan code which did make it easier, some things have been taken off the menu. They brought drinks over quickly and staff were around if you needed a refill as they now do this. Food came quick and was hot and cooked well. Nice experience. Would go again.
C. C.
Great ambience, attentive staff and the food never disappoints
m. s.
service was good and very nice place to chill out
N. J.
Great food as always. Food came quickly, tables clean & love that you can just scan the QR code and order from the table straight away
M. S.
Good food. Lazy staff Had to get own knives and forks. Ask for glasses. Nit as good as Nottingham branch Take note
V. D. C.
Nice service, bit long queue for covid measure.
Y. N.
Superb service with a smile. Well looked after and not like some other nandos the food was good and portion size correct. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
K. J.
Lovely Nandos branch. Really like the location and setting. Staff were lovely and were really helpful. Thanks, Kath
C. H.
Service is fast, the Hummus had got to the table before I had returned, chicken cooked well.
S. J.
Not too bad service is pretty decent it could be alot better however for a nandos j can't complain about the food it's always good for me
D. O.
Really nice interior and a lovely location. Go for a walk along south bank after you’re done eating.
H. J.
Friendly staff, good food what else do you need?
A. T.
The best Decoratwd and most attractive Nando’s store.
T. I.
Absolutely great food! Quality is as great as ever. I just love their drinks dispenser >_>
The atmosphere is nice. It's underneath a train track (the arc) and gives a different vibe all over. You can hear the train above you sometimes.
Nice interior, staff, and food!
P. G.
Very easy to find and perfectly located in terms tube stations and the south bank (a key tourist hot spot!). The restaurant is spacious and has many places to sit to cope with bigger and smaller groups. The food arrived quickly and it was hot, but the over-the-counter ordering system was way too slow. The restaurant was very busy and there were only 2 members of staff on the tills taking orders. However, a pleasant visit nonetheless.
N. F.
Very enjoyable meal. Had a chicken wrap for the first time, it was really nice and moist. The ordering has changed because of COVID-19.You need to order and done in by using a QR code but apart from that, service was very quick and the restaurant was clean and tidy.
I. H.
Great place to visit staff are there in an instant. If you love chicken, then you've found heaven. Also great views of London from the windows
C. M. M.
Good food.
Service a bit slow but I think it is because they are in need of more staff.
E. A.
I love this restaurant. The best chicken in the world.
J. T.
Great as always. This site is great for veiws of the Thames.
P. A.
Clive and Tanisha are amazing.
Great customer service from both!
C. U. I.
Loved every bit of their food. The peri spice kept me close to home
b. m.
Due to the current situation restaurant was quiet when we visited but covid controls were excellent. You order and pay from your table via mobile and the food and drink is bought to you keeping contact and movement to a minimum. And the food was good too.
B. T.
Really nice place and the food it’s ok(nothing special)
D. A.
Went there for lunch with friends. Quick service, delicious food, nice views to the river and good prices.
P. F.
Very good Covid precautions, speedy delivery of food to the table and good service. We all enjoyed our dishes too, a good place to dine if you're short of time.
T. H.
Slow services but a nice place to visit.
O. i. d.
Waited an hour to get a seat in the rain (no umbrella or heat lamps)... but the food was worth it. Gets cold fast though and cold chicken/chips aren't the greatest.
M. C.
Nando’s is my favorite fast food chain in the UK. Their chicken is delicious, they have plenty of options, good sides, good starters, and most of their dishes are far less greasy than other chains. This Nando’s restaurant in particular is a big place, a comfortable one, in a great location (the little square in the riverside is beautiful) and the service is fast.
C. O.
Beautiful staff and brilliant food
D. J.
Fantastic food. Our favourite Nandos. Manager was fantastic too with our little 10 month old!
M. A.
This place is amazing. Come here just for the location, food was just average.
S.
It was decent but I think they are lacking in seasoning because I didn't taste any. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe because of lockdown but it wasnt that great. However customer service was excellent Sylvia was lovely
S. P.
Fast service and super good grilled chicken. Medium prices
E. M.
The rest of the food was delicious. Everything. The Mango lime wings were perfect. We ordered 3 sides - the Homous, Red Peppers and fried cheese. Absolutely tasty. The pita was a little to soft for dipping but that was okay with us. The chili sauce with the fried cheese was so flavorful. The fried cheese dish was late getting to the table but it was worth the wait. My son ordered 4 chicken thighs in medium sauce and they were good but the mango lime flavor was better. The 4 stars is because of how surprised we were that the food was this tasty and we all decided even after the salad fiasco we would go back.
K. Y.
Awesome place, the place should utilise the nice views
M. A.
Your PERI PERI is very tasty, I recommend 💯 x100 to eat your delicious grilled chicken dishes, congratulations.
g. g.
Probably the nicest nandos I've been to. Really cool layout gives everyone more privacy than most nandos. Staff very friendly and food great
N. P.
Large place and great for groups, lots of different chicken options and spices to pick from. You can order very spicy or not spicy at all when you are there, although people usually go there to eat spicy food. The location is pretty good too, next to the river and you can choose to sit both outside or inside. I recommend the roulette chicken wings for people who likes to live dangerously and the drinks are unlimited if you purchase a glass.
R. S.
Busy restaurant but great staff, food as usual brilliant. Lots to see and do in the area.

Went there with friends on a Friday evening. Warning - this branch gets mega busy so the queue to order takes some time. With that being said, it is a huge restaurant with lots of tables and in a busy part of town. The staff were all great and the setting is lovely with high arched ceilings, accented with brass.
It's still just Nando's though, and I say that as a compliment meaning the food was as good as in any branch I've ever visited.
J. L.
Great food typical of the Nando's restaurant and they are very organised around covid to keep you safe. Service was a bit slow but the staff are extremely nice!
J. M.
Nando's is famous of course but this was my first actual visit to any one of the branches. I had a few drinks beforehand so I'm not sure how that reflects on the quality of my review but it appeared that I want the only visitor coming there in a merry mood. Anyway, this place is a fantastic grand building and the interior looks great. We ordered with a big group and the key choice of meat is chicken. The staff was really capable of handling a gang of hungry bandits at the counter. There was a selection of everything on the tables. Everything was very tasty with some nice craft beers and wine to wash it down with. Would definitely go again.
U. G.
Friendly staff. Very busy during the rush hour. Food quality is good.
K. F.
The food was delicious, but I'm giving it three stars because of the horrible service. Specifically, the girl with the curly blonde hair was very rude and somehow thought it would be best to seat two parties of two, one party of three, and a party of six before she would seat my party of two. We waited quite a while before we were seated and all of the people sat before us came in after we did. The registers were also strangely ran with one register open at a time when there was a long line.
n. m.
Perfect every time. Staff are great and the food is great too
P. D.
Great dinner spot until the arches.
B. N.
Very spacious indoors, has a small area outdoors. Quality is consistent with other Nando's outlets.
N. P. T.
I love it, worth every penny. I planned a trip to the UK (I live in Sweden) and added in a night in london just to eat there. I go there every time I visit. Great food, great price, great service, amazing view and an all round cool atmosphere. (I recommend the butterfly chicken but it depends on what you like)
F. M.
delicious food and tasty, many sauce from medium to extra hot
S. W.
Outdoor and indoor seating has downstairs seating and upstairs seating. Nice staff. Typical Nando’s food, and typical Nando’s prices. In a really nice location. Just be careful at busy times (work lunch times and after work) sometimes they are really quick, other times a little on the slow side.
J. B.
Great staff. . Nice spacious place. Pity a few veg favs aren't back on the menu
P. A.
Love sitting upstairs where you can look over Southwark Bridge and across the water have a great view of St.Pauls.. food service typical Nandos
E. A.
Surprisingly nice atmosphere, particularly for a chain restaurant. The dishes are quite tasty, the heat scale is slightly skewed towards the mild side. If you like spicy food the"hot" may not be quite enough. Luckily they have bottles of the sauce available for your use, so if you end up with "medium" you can adjust accordingly.
The building layout by the front door isn't the best, the waiting area for the host collides with the queues for ordering (both takeaway and dine-in ordering is done at the front counter). It's worth fighting through if it's not terribly busy though!
D. M.
Not all Nando’s are created equal. This is a good one. The interior is spacious and interesting, sited in classic London railway arches. The food here is always good and the staff are friendly.
N. H.
Beautiful restaurent. Very quick service. Very friendly staff. Tor class Nandos among others
A. M.
I'm not usually a nandos person but we stopped off here for some food and I really liked it. It was calm the layout was good, it was clean and the staff was very friendly as well. The food was also lovely apart from I felt that my chicken was a little over cooked so it was a bit dry, but everything else was lovely. This will be the only nandos I will be going back to because we was made to feel so welcome and comfortable.
M. J. P.
Usual Nando's restaurant. Spacious and in a great location.
The only remark is about the fact that during winter, it is very cold, you'll see a few people eating with their coats on. The management could invest in some form of heating.
S. M.
Can't go wrong with a cheeky Nandos! Great fast service, even during busy lunch hour!
P. V.
I really like this Nandos, love it's structure... When you sit at the top you see the river and boats passing by. I like the location too.
The con about location is that on food , chicken can sometimes be a little bit dry (I always ask for Mando and lime or lime and herbs) so I find they don't put as much sauce as on other less popular locations and salad can be a smaller portion too
It can be very busy so toilets can get messy.
C. F.
Amazing location, very spacious and food never disappoints!
K. C.
Lovely food in nice surroundings, friendly helpful staff
G. C.
Who doesn’t love chicken!!! Specially Peri Peri chicken!! This is your typical Nando’s between London Bridge and Southwark bridge. It’s extremely big, with big huge tables that you would share with other customers also has normal table sizes to. The decor is nice and within theme of the restaurant with chicken hanging baskets. This Nando’s does get extremely busy during peak times we had to wait in a seating area before our table and then again waiting to order our food, took us around 35/40min for total completed order.
V. S.
Really like this Nandos, I've been to this location previously. It is very spacious so even at the busier times you should be able to get a table no problem. I've never had a problem and the service is quite good. It is a little out of the way if you're coming from the station but it isn't too far of a walk. I recommend this Nandos.
S. K.
Good taste and great ambience
А. Р.
Very good
B. B.
Very friendly and helpful staff 👍
J. E.
It was good enough.not busy
E. F.
Affordable and delicious food.
R. W.
Huge. They cope well with the volume and the food comes quickly as any other Nando's
D. G.
It was my first time in a Nando's restaurant and it was a really interesting experience, althogh I think I will think twice before ordering something spicy next time. Also, the decoration was pretty nice. Oh! And there was a guy sleeping in one of the tables while his friends were playing with him... It was fun lol.
I. M.
Great service! And it has the coolest interior!
R. B. B. W. B.
Perfect wings, chips and sauce delicious...If u watch closely even the fans matching with the shop😅😅😅😅😅😅🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍
L. Z.
Chicken breast, mash potatoes and garlic bread all incredibly tasteful.
Q. V.
The food was delicous and the customer service was great. I was a little thrown when the waitress asked if I'd been there and knew what to do. Smh, I said yes but I didn't know. Later I asked and she explained I needed to order at the front. Duh, that's what that line of people were doing. Great place tho. I'd def go back.
R. M.
It's a Nandos - so no surprises on the food you'll be getting. But the setting here is really nice - set under the railway arches, they really built that into the architecture. Quite impressive. And has nice outside seating if weather permits.
B. H.
Great experience. Fast service, large open atmosphere, this location is good for groups. Always the delicious standard of Nando's made to order food.
A. R.
Chicken was missed off one of our orders, but staff were nice and food was good, and that is what matters. It was very busy at around 1pm, which is to be expected, so you may have to wait for a seat and queue for a bit. If you can leave it till a bit later the rush subsided.
Z. P.
Customer service was outstanding, the restaurant was very busy but they served the food in very good time. Not to mention the food was delicious compared to other Nando’s. This is also the most beautiful Nando’s restaurant I have seen.
G. H.
The Nandos design team have surely done a fantastic job with this place. The building is comprised of several railway style arches which are used to great effect with dangling chandeliers and other features that add to the ambiance. The staff are pleasant and polite and manage to give rather speedy service even during vary busy periods. The seating area is deceptively large but do the popularity of the place, you might find a little bit of a queue on some evenings, though you still don't have to wait too long.
M.
A good place to eat with kids. The staff at this particular Nandos are polite but not particularly pro-active (there were no forks for a long time and these were only restocked when asked for, the fanta was only soda water and no one seemed to have noticed and the frozen yoghurt machine was empty even though they let us buy frozen yoghurt). Basically exactly what you would expect from a Nandos.
M. J.
Food was very good. However try not to have any fun or laugh at anything. As a family of six we were laughing and having a good time. Sadly the table behind us making their children do their math homework complained and we were told off by the waitress. How dare people have a nice fun time on a Saturday afternoon. Outragious
D.
Nando's is always great, if you love spicy chicken. Here the old meets modern and located in the vaults under the bridge its gives a cosy feeling. Service has always been good here but it does get busy at times. Definitely worth visiting when you're in the area.
L. B.
The best customer service, happy staff, great food, everything was kept very clean. Vibe is awesome
G. F.
Fast proper food, it's spicy what's not to like. A vast cavernous place under the railway arches by the river. Very convenient if you are going to the Globe Theatre, or at the end of a long walk from Waterloo, you will need some tasty food that is fast but not MacDonald's, not that there is anything wrong with a Mac or fillet of fish, enjoy!
D. G.
Great service, even better food. Very reasonably priced.
E. B.
Good quality, however their portions are smaller than before.
C. P.
The food is nice, probably one of the better nandos I have been to, atmosphere is ok. Customer service can be improved upon, staff were acting abit weird.
R. R.
They may have forgotten our order as it took a long time to come and we had to ask for it on our most recent visit, but on the whole this is one of the best Nando's around in terms of style, decor and location. The architecture of the building and the space inside is quite incredible, it's deceiving as you wouldn't realise this from the entrance.
A. G.
I came here with colleagues from work for lunch and as always the food is excellent .
Not only is the food excellent, but the place is not like other Nando's, it's atmospheric with loads of space and wooden tables and Spanish music playing which I really liked. The service is a queuing system which is fine, but was fairly quick to be brought to the table. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Another pleasant Nando's experience.
J. B.
Great experience. Fast service, large open atmosphere, this location is good for groups. Always the delicious standard of Nando's made to order food.
A. S. D.
Good selection chicken with hot sauce, highly recomended if you want to eat something fast that isn't fast food. The prices are good as well and you have a bottomless option for soda. Don't know if has dessert, I was already full when finished the maon meal.
K. Z.
Nicely decorated Nando’s, food was ok
J. U.
Come here every year with 2 of my best buddies and it's less about the fast service or beautiful scenery but it's about the atmosphere in and all around you - the bear bricks, the cocooned lighting, the open plan with multi-level seating and of course, the succulent chicken with varying degrees of 'heat'. Just awesome.
Z. S.
Probably the best Nandos we've ever had.
We shared a hot meal platter with peri-salted chips and long stem broccoli. It was quick and delicious.
A lovely location too.
C. O.
In Portugal the sauce is translucent. I think that the food chain Nando’s adds some mayo or something similar. But the taste is very very similar to the piri-piri chicken that we have back home. Also awesome place with awesome music. I heard fado when I was there so... you get extra points from me 👌
T. M.
I ordered the quarter chicken and chicken livers and a bread roll. The chicken was great and the sauces are amazing. The livers were a little dry (I've had more juicy livers in other Nando's outlets).
E. T.
Very kind staff. Very good and when asked drink were given instantly. Also food came very quick and nandos have made a very good way to give their food during this pandemic
M. P.
I ordered the quarter chicken (medium sauce) and two sides. Creamy mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Hubby ordered portabello/halloumi in a pita with coleslaw. Delicious Sunday evening meal. Great price. Stunning location in Borough Market. The decor is fun, great artwork and beautiful lighting hanging from curved vaulted copper lined ceilings. Always a fun, affordable place to eat 😄
N. G.
Good location close to the Thames. Good quality and tasting food. Good atmosphere in a nice environment. Decent service and a quick take away option available. Outdoor seating is available.
s.
The most beautiful Nandos I have ever seen..Wonderful location and great food! It was my daughter's 14th birthday and she loves Nandos so we chose one that could incorporate a fabulous day out. My only gripe would be that the toilets were extremely dirty no toilet paper just in a right state.
T. N.
Love to eat here with the little one. Large space with friendly staff and a huge window with a Thames view. Food is great and we cant have enough of their frozen yoghurt.
R. B. B. W. B.
Perfect wings, chips and sauce delicious...If u watch closely even the fans matching with the shop😅😅😅😅😅😅🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍
E. C.
Food arrived quick, but cold. Took asking three different members of staff to get another plate, and then took ages to come back. Standard great nandos food though.
A. G.
Nice good, location and good service
j. b.
Really great location and lovely atmosphere. I've been there for lunch with colleagues a couple of times now. It can get busy but the inside is very spacious for a restaurant so it doesn't feel like it's too packed. Service can be a bit hit and miss but otherwise it's a great place
H. B.
What a wonderful setting, great service.
S. S.
Nice one , quality food and ambience
M. S.
Dont forget to order peri peri chicken.
D. C.
Usual solid Nando's food, but great place and location.
Probably my second favourite Nando's in London after the one in Greenwich.
Food is always decent and good value for money, but the real bonus point here is the location. Next to the Thames river which you can enjoy at its best when sitting at few tables which face the river.
The atmosphere is great also thanks to a structure entirely in bricks and huge spaces.
Service is always fast and waiting times are never a problem thanks to the many sits available (not all facing the river).
A must go if you like Nando's.
A. F.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was hot, quick and delicious. Best Nando’s in a long time!
L. S.
Food was good staff very poor not bothered about guests 😕
M. B.
Nice restaurant near London bridge. Along the river. Seating is available not outside. Quick service. Is a bit pricey to buy hear but the food is nice to eat. They do mainly chicken meal, and you can get takeaway food here as well. After there are some good walks along the river. Also they serve drinks.
A. B.
Nando's! Staff are super friendly and good seating options as well. Located at a very convenient location along the river. Although close to the stairs after you are required to climb down from the bridge.
N. R.
Great food, and so customisable for fussy eaters. Very quick service. The Halloumi sticks were delicious. Bottomless drinks, and a frozen yogurt machine. The building is beautiful with very high ceilings in an arch of a bridge.
A. N.
Nice & friendly staff. Enjoyed our visit. This Nandos is on the south bank side of River Thames. The restaurant has a very nice decor and built may be under bridges which gives it a nice character. The flame grilled chicken Nandos makes are tasty. With all different flavoured Nandos sauce the chicken only gets better. We loved it.
B.
Delicious chicken and a cool atmosphere
s. m.
Nandos always has good food and this restaurant has oodles of character with its brick arches. Lots of seating. 4 stars only as taking orders was quite slow causing the need to queue for quite some time. It was peak lunch time though.
U. E.
A unique location situated right next to the River Thames, excellent decor and a great view of the river. This is probably my favourite one, in terms of location and decor, it's also a bigger one too. Often a queue though, as it gets really busy here with tourists in Clink Street, many things to do around there. Food-wise, my typical Nando's order consists of an extra hot half-chicken with two peri-peri chips as sides. No parking here, unless it's the weekend I guess.
A. J.
Good quick service, food portion sizes are very good and overall a delicious meal. It can get very busy during the weekend afternoons/evenings though. Will be revisiting if we happen to be in the area.
R. E. S.
I LOVE NANDO'S. Service was great and fast, great food averaging £11/meal, super cute location with giant windows to the Thames. Open late, too. Would totally recommend.
L. Y. W.
Love the Nandos. There may be occasional waiting but the place is huge! If you have a party you can get a nice riverside window seat. Staff is friendly as always.
C. D.
Service very good, but the pita arrived with cucumber and the order was without.
The staff was very nice and the service quick.
The order was made contactless from the table.
A. N.
Great decor which makes this the best one yet - the food is always great which ever nandos u go to but as for the setting it was very. Nice
E. A.
One of my favourite nandos spots in London. I've been coming here for years and it's consistently been great. Can't wait to come back again and experience the great atmosphere and fantastic views of the river (subject to coming in a group of 4 or above)
N. M. A.
How can you not love nandos?? Chicken chicken and more chicken ☺️☺️☺️ this place in clink street is huge, beautiful set up and the staff are really nice. I went one evening and it's not so packed as I thought it would of been. If you are outside you get a nice view of the river and there's a pub right opposite if you want to have a cheeky drink after your cheeky nandos! Boom!
J.
Really cool nando's setting as it is located under a railway arch meaning that there's a lot of space with nice decor. The restaurant is usually always busy which adds to the whole vibe and makes it a great place to grab a bite around London bridge, especially if you need something to eat while having a boozy day or night out.
Staff are friendly and quite bubbly which is nice and the food comes out pretty fast.
If nando's is your thing then you can't go wrong with this one =)
M. R.
Tasty food, nice place.
N.
Good service and good food focusing on portuguise style chicken menu. People here are friendly. Can involve a bit of wait before a table is allocated as its often busy but in our case we were served right away on a saturday at 14:00.
K. W.
Typical nandos (so decent food, my chicken was a little burnt), but their hosts were quite disappointing. Couldn't tell if they were understaffed that night (although it didn't seem particularly busy) or if they just didn't care.
If you want to know what makes me say this, I'll elaborate. It was late evening, after the dinner rush but long before closing time. I showed up with my parents (I'm very used to the nandos set up but they were visiting from America and had never been) and we waited at the entry way for 4-5 minutes.
It wasn't busy at all and I'd seen no sign of a host at all, so I decided to take initiative and just sit ourselves down (I know this isn't standard practice but I'd seen people do it in other nandos and figured why not). We found a nice table in an alcove next to one other table, but once we were there a host finally appeared to tell us we could not sit there because it was reserved. There were plenty of other tables, many of which seemed to be better suited to larger parties, but apparently that specific table was off limits to us.
He claimed the reservation was for 8pm I believe, but we ended up sitting at a table nearby and and no one showed up until 30 minutes after that time (so almost an hour after we'd sat down). And in fact, when it got closer to the actual time the party arrived, the host told the two ladies at the neighbouring table they would also have to move. And of course once the party showed up (it was very large, about 12 people), they didn't have enough space to all sit together and they had to shift the two tables together. Meanwhile downstairs there were two very large tables for bigger parties, one of which was empty. On top of all this, I find it unusual that such a centrally-located nandos even takes reservations.
Besides all that, the dining experience was acceptable. Not the best nandos I've been too, but not the worst either. Mind you, the worst experience I've had at a nandos was when the chips fryer was broken, so it's hard to top that in disappointing nandos experiences.
A. S.
Easily the best Nandos location in the UK. Loses a point as every time I've been there, service hasn't been great. Food cold, no toilet paper in men's (3 times!), or not the best staff service really.
A. K.
The place is very near to Thames River and is walking distance between Southwark and London Bridge. The place serves amazing non vegetarian food and I found chicken items really delicious. The herbs and spices were in right balance and you get a variety of sauces complimentary. However they need to work on the variety of beers as the choices were limited. The place is quite buzzy and the staff are super busy but are friendly. You have to order on your own and food gets delivered on your table. The portions served are also good. The place also offers all you can drink option.
I. S.
One of the best Nando's Branches in London!
The food is excellent (as in any other Nando's), but the atmosphere here is so much nicer than in any other Nando's i've been too (and I've been to quite a few!) ;)
Very spacious inside, with really tall brick walls and wooden tables ... and if you are lucky enough to get a table by the window in one of the arches upstairs, you can get a lovely view of the river Thames.
Various artist display their art work on the walls. And they play fun Spanish/Portuguese music to make you experience even more pleasant :)
The staff is always friendly and helpful here.
This is definitely one of my favourite 'cheap and cheerful' places to eat :)
C. W.
A collage of flavors that delight the taste buds. I ordered the wings (Plainish) with Greens & Grains, and Mashed Potatoes. Great location, great food.
M. P.
Excellent service. Thanks for the friendly staff.
F. Y.
Excellent service and restaurant. The staff went above and beyond.
J. K.
Nice atmosphere, great building, great vibe.
J. W.
Service was ok. Ordering was a bit of a faff, but covid Drama's aside...it's nandos..same everywhere aren't they?
M. J.
Great location, staff are great
A. J.
Great location, good service, good value for money as always with Nando's. Great setting, built into old arches of the bridge with nice views of the river on some sides. Outdoor seating available.
J. L.
This is one of the bigger, more impressive Nando's in London with a lively atmosphere, so maybe not the best for cosy dates. And the food... everyone loves chicken right? (They do veggies options too.)
a. k.
The ambience is too good with a fusion of old and new London. Peaceful, vibrant coupled with yummy food. Must visit if you are around and like chicken dishes.
A. M.
Good food, good beer, hot sauce. For thenchain that it is and for the expectation, this Nando's was a tasty choice. Food arrived quickly enough, was properly prepared. Staff was friendly.
T. M.
Food is standard Nando's stuff, chicken and the like, but at this restaurant you have direct views of the Thames and the place itself is built into a railway arch. Lots of nice exposed brickwork.
m.
Located right next to Wagamama and near GBK so good choices if Nandos is too busy. The place is big and has a nice interior design but some of the central seating on the ground floor has ridiculously high seats and tables that are uncomfortable. The toilets are also not the best either but that aside this is a good Nandos with a unique design. Good food, friendly staff, good Nandos.
S.
One of the better nandos I've been to, food was hot when it arrived. Staff was very friendly, sitting area was quite open so the tables weren't too close together to move around easily
M. v. G.
Lovely food, you do have to like chicken of course. Good menu and ordering system, VERY cosy and pleasant atmosphere. Many nice African paintings and such a beautiful location! Very nice as wel are the bottomless softdrinks and frozen yoghurt both for a good price.
S. P.
Big, expansive Nandos in a central, Southbank setting. Probably one of the better locations I've visited. Does what it does best - chicken if you're into that. Some perfectly acceptable veggie options too.
K. S.
With Nandos you know what you are going to get. Food is cheap and cheerful. This Nandos has an interesting decor as it is built into railways arches. Toilet could have been cleaner and smelly. Service was quick.
c. t.
not as good as Thai grill chicken
M.
Large Nando's, conviently located a stone's throw from London Bridge and Borough Market.
Slightly disappointed with my double chicken burger - I've had better burgers from McDonald's, to be honest. It was served unceremoniously in a dry bun.
A. T.
Possibly the best Nando's in the UK. It's stunning inside, I honestly can't describe the atmosphere in this place. The history around you, just kept looking around.
Service and food also fantastic, as expected with Nando's
S. E.
If you fancy a cheeky Nandoes this one is decent. If you don't know Nandoes it's overpriced piri piri chicken but it's fresh and tastes good. The staff here are a little lack lustre and the layout is a bit confusing as you aren't really greeted. Always love the 'help yourself' sauces, filtered water, hand wash station and serviettes of Nandoes tho.
S. S.
Lovely service special thanks to Clive and olive!See u soon and siuuuuuu!!!!!!
S. T.
London UK food Nando's : can you make a bad chicken menu? No, also it is hard to make it something special. This place deliver good chicken food options but does not have a 5 star.
S. K. R.
It is a nice and cosy place near London Bridge. The food are delicious and staff are welcoming. The soft drinks are bottomless, this makes an atrraction if you are dehydradating in the summer while roaming in the banks on the Thames. Underground tube stations, bus stations are very nearby.
M. S.
Beautiful space, great staff, had our food on the table 10 min. after ordering (and it was delicious) which left me and my family positively surprised and happy!
D. G.
A classic mainstay of budget aware tourists and LSE students alike. The chicken burgers are decent, the side dishes are hit and miss (chips and cole slaw remain my go to), the soft drinks fountain is easy to take advantage of, and the lively music puts this chicken joint a notch above your corner chippy. A more than decent breakfast menu.
z. c.
Usual good and inexpensive food, nice location. Shame that there was a managers meeting in front of the condiment/drink station - 3 large gents standing in the way is not good customer service!
K. A.
It's a well located handle Nando's, but let's be honest, it's a Nando's!
There is evening parking nearby which is a surprising fact.
The staff are mostly corridor and helpful.
So close to the Thames makes it good to pop in while doing the Southbank walk from London Bridge to Westminster.
M. I.
Love Nandos, they are quite nice in hear as well. Does get super busy and the food takes a while to get to you but they haven't gotten anything wrong with my orders so, they're pretty good.
R. W.
Huge. They cope well with the volume and the food comes quickly as any other Nando's
M. L.
Service was good, but was less impressed with the chicken than I remembered before lockdown
L. C.
Honestly its Nando's, which I love but the people here was not as nice. The bathrooms were missing toilet paper. We had to ask for the chips of someone twice as they did not bring them to the table.
N.
Decent sized Nando's with booths for larger groups. Great for an affordable date night and a stroll by the River Thames afterward. Located not far from Borough market (go on a Saturday in Summer you will not be sorry you did).
R. P.
Very large takeout restaurant. Ordered my food to go which took quite a long time but the food was good. I got the butterfly chicken burger and it was tasty. I should have gotten crisps as well.
T. K.
Great chill spot. Great chicken. Would get 5 stars if the waitresses weren't overworking and keeping up with the crowds usually there.
B.
Delicious food nice music nice atmosphere nice location too.👍👏👏👏
A. (.
The food is great. The location is great. Customer service is great. We didnt wait long at all there were no queues and the environment was absolutely beautiful to look at.
J. G.
Nothing too different from your normal nandos. They serve chicken. This one is situated in a rather nice area and the weather was good enough that we sat outside.
E. Q.
It's very interesting how they have taken precaution, yet kept up standards of service, it was a first having the Nandos hot chicken burger.
D. K.
Visited recently this Nando's and enjoyed the food. Had good experience.
f.
Great food and didn't haven't to wait too long. No queues and right by the river for a stroll to work the food down! A pub just opposite if getting a tipple is in order
k. p.
Food is amazing, but service is a bit slow. Being a vegetarian it generally takes more time, this one time I visited it was even more slow. But would always recommended Nandos!!!
D. G.
I mean... It's nandos... Can't really go won't here. I've eaten in this particular one a few times and the food's of a typical nandos meal... Sometimes service can be a bit slow or poor but generally very good.
T. A.
Nice and spacious under tower bridge.
J. P.
Food was good and pretty standard Nando's. Accessibility in a wheelchair was very good and friendly staff. Really nice inside of the building, better than the standard inside of Nando's. Worth a visit.
D. T. D.
I had the portobello mushroom and halloumi for the first time and it was great. This is a nice nando's friendly staff and you might see a celebrity if you're lucky.
r.
Impecable service. Super quick. The seating area is really nice in what appears to be an old warehouse. Had a really nice meal. Toilet is the darkest in the world though.
E. Z.
Chicken was juicy and liked it a lot but got mild and was bit spicy and had to pay at till before eating
G. P.
Great place. Ok, it's the same menu and same food, but the location is beautiful, the staff on the night were excellent, and a good time was had. The missus loves it and was happy, so why not?
M.
Very cosy
I. O.
I like the location, but at Nando's is always very crowdy and I don't know why people are buying that unhealthy chiken!
The drinks(Coke and Fanta) were sooo bad! I think they were made from sparkling wather and colorants.

Quite okay chicken restaurant, but nothing too fancy about it. Good quality, fairly priced (for a London meal), but not cheap either. The "choose your spice strength" is nice though
M. D.
The chicken roulette is good, be careful because it might be too spicy, make sure you have some drinks in case you get really spicy one
M. T.
The building was cool, the staff slightly impatient and the food took a while to turn up especially as it was lunch time. Food itself was nandos you know what you're getting. Nice view of the river though

One of the best Nandos branches in London. Really nice atmosphere and very prompt and friendly service. Servings also seem slightly larger than some of the others.

Great place! Food amazing! Sauces are delishhh!
P. H.
Nando's always reliable. This branch was particularly busy but had a great vibe, be prepared to queue up to place your order or wait for a table.

I love this place! It is big, cozy and with nice views over the Thames. The best chicken and always a good option :D I love Nando's!

This place has a nice homy feeling .
D. M. (.
It was only open for take out yesterday
D. C.
Visited sunday evening. Other than a friendly welcome from one member of staff the remainder seemed demotivated and lacking the usual enthusiasm I have come to expect from Nandos... The chicken was tasty but chips arrived without the peri salt we ordered (later fixed by the happy member of staff) and the peas werent quite right (comparing the great ones i had in Lime street)..
M. L.
Bloody love Nando’s. Had the chicken Caesar salad and it was so good! Normally have the sunset burger but felt like having the salad for once

Right by River. Some seats are in private little alcoves up some stairs, with river reviews. Service was good too. Toilets were clean.

Nice space, an old railway arch, loads of copper. Food good and fresh, service excellent. You need to remember to get up and order
G. C.
Great inside. Try get window under the bridge to look out on the Thames. Service is quick as expected in Nandos. Making me hungry just writing this.

This place can get very busy during lunch time but the staff is fast to sit you and serving was pretty smooth too.
Always a good option.

Food ok. There appeared to be a lack of staff which resulted in us having our desert with our plates from our mains still on the table. I also had to go back to the tills to order dessert.
D. B.
It's Nandos .... what else is there to say 😂😂 CHEEKY
P. S.
Really nice location and ambiance inside (tall ceilings and cute alcoves) cleanliness was a little lacking, tables were super sticky and toilets a bit of a mess.

Thank to the staff here they really made me feel invisible today. I being a nandoca felt like I missed that happy vibe. I wake up for work for a better nandos then this one. Thanks for the management here for ignoring me when I was standing for a table feeling regretting on my family party thanks for embarrassing moment nandos. Very disappointing, unwelcoming and dissatisfying at the same time.
W. C.
Vastly sized Nandos with lots of tables. Service can be a little slow as often there aren’t enough staff so despite there being free seats not all will be used. Also sometimes only 1 person on the till which leads to a long queue
T. K.
lovely spot on the river & was relatively busy for a Monday. food was delicious. nandos you can't go wrong 😉
P. B.
"Better than other Nandos" ;) You thought that all Nandos were the same, right? This one is under a bridge on the Thames and so has a lot more character than your usual shopping center carbon copy. The food was served quickly (during lunch), it even looked and tasted better, almost as if 'other Nandos' leave your chicken+chips to hang around a bit before bringing it to you. It may well be the best Nandos in London. You may even be tempted to go there on date night... nah, she'll still hate you for it!

Great chicken, lovely sauces. My favourite is the Extra Hot. Nice side dishes as well and the restaurant itself looks beautiful, too.

Really interesting venue. Being under railway archers is very industrial-chic, but it leaves the restaurant feeling a little dwarfed and empty. Great food however, and fast service.
R. D.
The interior is amazing, Amazon view through the windows too. Very close the public transport and all the central tourist attractions. Usually busy and you.need to wait in the queue 15-20min
J. S.
Lovely nandos, clean, excellent speedy service, food was perfect staff extremely friendly and helpful. Prices the same as at all Nando's even though this one is in London. Highly recommend
L. D.
Great Nando's! It's huge, and can always get a table easily. Chicken is obviously good because it's Nando's. Get the table that overlooks the river for a Nando's experience that is a little more special
K. N.
Everyone's been to Nando's right? I won't delve into details of the now prevalent peri-peri chicken. But what I will tell you is that it;s the most impressive looking Nando's you're ever going to dine in. Cavernous interiors with exposed bricks to give it that industrial-chic look. Located right by the river Thames and a good cheap option to go and have dinner if you're waiting for your show to start at the nearby Shakespeare Globe theatre.

Always tasty. No menu now but luckily knew what we wanted

As a local to this branch of Nandos I've had very mixed experiences over the years, so I would say it's geared more towards tourists than anyone else due to the varying service levels. Various regular issues I have is incorrect orders, cold food, long waits for table, to order food, and another for food to arrive; as well as the restaurant itself being cold, dark, and damp. It's not all bad, it's a Nandos at the end of the day. The Nandos in Stratford however is like a palace compared to Clink Street. I do recommend using the iPhone app to order to saving having to queue and at least having the right order. In summer sit outside, otherwise sit on the upper levels inside by the window facing the Thames.

Friendly staff, nice environment, great food
S.
Clean, quick service though the drinks machine was a bit off, with diet coke tasting like Fanta. Would come back again if in London due to cheap prices for meals.
S. A.
The location is good with this service is very good at this place although I like to eat in Nandos but there I felt slightly bored because of maybe interior I don't know but the food was good the staff was good and the place is good as well if you just walked out of the restaurant you have Thames river to have a good time at and there are other options of food restaurants available so the place is quite entertaining.
R. T.
If you like chicken, you'll like the food. That's pretty much all they have! The various sauces are good. The ambiance is great.
M. R.
Decent experience as you'd expect with a nandos chain, food came within 20 minutes.... Portions could have been larger but all things considered it was a good experience.
А. Р.
Very good

Great food, very friendly and helpful staff!

I like to eat nandos it's nice food but I just don't find it filling as I get hungry again a couple hours later... but all in all lovely food .... and great view of the Thames
J. F.
Nice large space and lovely location overlooking the Thames (if you sit upstairs). Friendly staff and lovely food served quickly considering how busy it was.
b. u.
When we went they weren't accepting card (not explicitly their fault) but then couldn't tell us where the nearest cash machine and wouldn't even Google it, just told us to walk and find one.
J. E.
It was good enough.not busy
L. P.
Decent food, nice outdoor seating
F. D. M.
Very nice atmosphere! I loved the rooms and the decoration. Very rustic. Big lunch/dinner areas and friendly and polite customer service
D. A.
Taste is okay but chicken not cooked well. No enough masala inside the pieces. Can be more better.
m. j.
If you like nandos, this place is great. The food came out spectacularly quickly, and tasted as Nando's should
I. A. D.
Food was tasty as expected from a Nandoos but it was a hot day and I find it surprising that there was no air conditioning in the place.
P. L.
Staff are never super friendly here, and if you're unlucky the atmosphere at your table can be pretty average. But the food is consistent.
T. S.
Huge restaurant with efficient service and friendly staff. It can get very busy at peak times. An easy, relaxed place to get a quick meal.
H. C.
great restaurant and very good chicken. also a great location to get food right after several rounds of drinks because it is next to a bunch of bars by the bank.
O. G.
Nando's is my favourite casual restaurant, they are all good, never had a bad meal and their peri peri sauce is immensely tasty
J. W.
It's a Nando's, they're all very similar. If you like chicken and you like spicy chicken, go here. If you want some more variety in life, then there are lots of other options nearby.
M. S.
Who on Earth doesn't like Nando's?! Ok, maybe the veggies. :-/
But seriously, you gotta try out Nando's grilled chicken. And you will keep coming back. Really like the location/ambience of this branch.
