Nando’s is same but this one is particularly good. The service is nice and fast and the staff are super friendly. The location is perfect too. The food is amazing and, most importantly very consistent. Went with my husband and my 16 month baby. We all love it.

Return to Ealing Common branch after quite a few years. Think it was one of just a few Nando's at that time. Have to say we enjoyed our half chicken (which was lovely and moist) with chips, rice and coleslaw. Its a bit bijou but I rate it as my best Nando's experience in recent years. Staff were very friendly and unlike nearby Ealing Broadway there was no enforced online ordering and happy to provide paper menu for face to face counter ordering. Male and female toilets available (ladies not so clean and one out of order). Definitely worth a small trek down the road for this branch.

Nandos always been my spot for delicious chicken dishes, the decoration is good in this branch and very cozy chairs and sofas .. food is great and clean.. but u have to serve yourself to get spoon and fork, tissues and drinks.. spoons often are not cleaned... however staff are very friendly and they offer to help .. bathrooms are not very clean and thats why i give 4 stars for this branch.. cashier lady was very friendly and she suggested the burger which is very good and delicious.. food quality is high and the atmosphere is good for families and friends.

My family usually go this nandos for last 15 years. It was always good but chicken was so dry and got much smaller. Staffs are not friendly like before. They were always friendly but they dont even say good bye.

Save your time & hunger with the other Nandos and go to the one in Ealing Common! After being on hold for 5mins + on the phone to Nando's in Park Royal & constantly passed to other colleagues at Nando's in Ealing Broadway..We decided to try Ealing common who picked up the call on the first ring and took orders promptly. I was very impressed with the willingness to help from the staff as I had few questions about claiming my loyalty points. I would highly recommend you visit this Nando to eat and experience what Nando's about. Although smaller compared to the other shops this one is full of charismatic and joyful company from the staff..and I believe this is the first branch of Nando's to have opened? Correct me if I'm wrong. Food was hot & fresh and props to Nando's upgrading their packaging into boxes 👍 Soo much easier

If you've never been to Nando's, please go! You'll love it. This Nando's has a quirky layout and unsual decor, however you'll get the same delicious food and the same unpretencious and helpful service as always, so you'll be hard pressed to not have a good meal. The only problem you'll have is deciding what to have. It's all delicious. Nando's is particularly popular with my partners nephews. They love the food, unlimited drinks and the ice cream bar.

We love visiting this Nandos. It's right next to Ealing Common tube station, so really accessible. The service is always friendly and efficient, the staff are so nice and always really accommodating - have never had any complaints about the food either! Really nice place.

The table we had was clean and was more than enough room for three of us and our big bags. No problems when ordering food. Only complaint is the bathroom floor being soaked, very slippery. Returned here with my daughter two weeks ago, my favourite Nandos and have been to many different branches. Usually quiet but this particular lunch very busy when we arrived staff seemed a bit overwhelmed however soon settled down and our order arrived promptly. The food here is always good,and our lunch lived up to our expectation,except for the frozen yogurt which tasted watery and had bits of ice in it. Have had yogurt on several occasions but this time I was very disappointed.

Located just outside the Ealing common station, this small Nandos outlet has a good quality of food- as you will expect from any Nandos. I have been there many times and have always been delighted by the service and the taste. It is usually not very crowded. Definitely recommend.

We stopped for dinner and were ravenous. The 3 of us had a whole chicken platter with 4 small sides (garlic bread, spicy rice, grain salad and creamy mash (my favorite)). Best nandos ever!!! Firstly let me start by saying that I've been coming to the Ealing Common branch since it opened way back in 1992, I've tired others in the west London region but I don't get the same service as the one in ealing common. The service they provid is outstanding, I mean I couldn't think of anything wrong with the service I mean the staff members are always so helpful caring and they always take pride when speaking to me. Unfortunately nandos closed down due to COVID-19 so I was annoyed that I couldn't get my weekly nandos, but luckily they reopened a couple weeks ago( web orders only) but the service is still amazing even though they have limited staff. I want to shout out all the staff members Mike(who is my favourite) Mikki and lastly Deusi. But i have to admit the Managers should get trained by the staff as they always seem to be talking an not working and act like they know what they are doing. In conclusion I give the overall service 5 stars for the team, but sadly give the management 3.5( come on guys your supposed the be running the place.

The usual fare, good chicken & sides with a bottle or two of Sagres (beer). Can't fault the food although sides portions could be, rather should be a bit more generous as in other Nando's.

We called very last minute to book a table for my nieces 4th Birthday. There were nine of us and they managed to fit us in within an hour. The staff were really friendly they made sure all the kids were happy and sang happy birthday to my niece. The set up is really cosy and the atmosphere was good. I eat here like at least once a week. My bf is Portuguese & he loves it too. Just got a tip from a couple. They have 2 Nando's cards and pay separately so they can get 2 chilies per Nando's trip on their rewards cards!

Lasting impressions: It's a Nando's My experience: We like Nando's chicken but maybe we're just a bit bored of franchises that really only seem to pride themselves on the standard fare and there isn't really anything special about this Nando's that makes it stand out above other Nando's. If you want Nando's, it's fine. The verdict: It does what it says on the tin, nothing more, nothing less. We'd go back if we were in the mood for Nando's.

Only good thing about this nandos is it's cosy and small and the decor is nice. Everything else.. is disgusting. Food is not to a standard. Most of the staff cannot speak english. Service is poor, you get the feeling, they want you in and out of there. I wouldn't recommend.
