The chickens are delicious. I really like the Peri-Peri with garlic sauce. Just a remark that the online order doesn’t work well with Apple Pay.

There is also Nando’s in the US but not in New York, so we never had a chance to try. My friend who is really into their hot sauce sent us 3 bottles last year and we really want to know how good their chicken is with signature sauces. The options on the menu weren’t various and we had their Full Platter which included whole chicken & 4 sides. The chicken was decent and flavorful but still kind of dry for us. Our favorite sides were the garlic bread which was toasted perfectly and the satisfying corn. The environment of Nando’s is bright, clean and cozier compared to other fast food branches in our opinions. We also love how they set up the self-serving bar for the sauces.

As a clueless American trying out cheeki nandos for the first time: I've always thought Nando's was a fast food type of place but to my surprise it was actual sit and eat type. It was definitely unusual that I had to scan a QR code, make an account just to be able to order my food. As far as the food goes, it was okay at best. The sauces definitely make the food. The staff was very kind asking me if I've ever been to Nando's and explaining how to order and where the sauces were.

This was the tiniest burger I ever ate. I wonder what the kids menu sizes are like. It makes one think chicken is one of the rarest meat types. It's so expensive considering the sizes and that you help yourself. The taste was alright but nothing special. Incredibly nice and attentive staff in the restaurant though, gave them two more stars just because of them.

Located in a moderately busy part of town this Nando's is likely to have a table for two is you haven't booked. Any larger than 4 and you really need to. Service is good and the food came out 10 minutes after ordering and there were no problems there. Our server didn't check up on us which let it down a little. The toilets are downstairs with no lift, so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility. Other than that it's a good restaurant, convenient location and altogether a good experience.

I liked the fact that they have vegan options, which were tasty. Only negative was the fact that we had to wait for half an hour to get our drinks.

As a first-timer, I found the ordering process was not self-explanatory. You first need to be assigned a table number. Then you order at the counter and tell them your table number. When your food is ready, it is to be delivered to your assigned table. Not knowing this, we queued up at the register first and the register person asked us for our table number. Luckily, she was able to ask one of her colleagues to assign us a table, so that we did not have to go back to the end of the line. Mr. Joy and I had heard of Nando's and have been curious about the S. African fast casual chain that specializes in Portuguese-style chicken. So when we came upon a Nando's, we had to try the peri-peri chicken. At the front of the line, I noticed a platter of pasteis de nata, or Portuguese egg custard tarts. As a fan of egg tarts, I had to try a pastel de nata. They simply take one straight from the platter and give it to you on a plate. It was very flaky, sweet, and buttery. However, I do wish that it was warm, or more fresh. Benson's Raspberry and Lime Cider: Cold, sweet, refreshing, and goes well with chicken Chicken Wings - Plain, Medium, Mango & Lime: I appreciate that they label the flavor of the chicken with little flags on tooth picks. But it would be nice if they put tooth picks on every piece of chicken, since we ordered three different flavors. The chicken itself was nice and juicy with a smokey flavor. The Mango & Lime flavor was just a tad sweet and tart. However, some of the chicken was burnt. I like a nice char, but I couldn't get past the strong burnt flavor on some parts of the chicken. 1/4 Chicken w/ Spicy Rice and Garlic Bread: First of all, we ordered Lemon & Herb, but somehow received Mango & Lime. The flavor was okay, but it was rather dry. The spicy rice was not bad, not too spicy. The garlic bread was simply grilled, garlicky pita, also a tad burnt and a little cold. Lastly, there were quite a few sauces to try, but I didn't love them. Nando's was fun for us to try, since we had never had it before. Plus, it was quite affordable. The chicken was okay, but didn't blow us away, nor did the other items we ordered. Perhaps it is more satisfying to try in S. Africa, or maybe Portugal.

This branch of Nando's seems to be bit busy during meal times. The service here is not up to the standard of other Nando's outlets. Most of staff acted as if it was their "first day" at the job. We ordered kids meal and with that we ordered ice lollies. Even before they brought food first thing they brought are lollies for kids. We had to ask them to take it back as it is going to spoil kids meal and it would melt.

One of the best nandos chains I have visited in my good time as a world renowned food critic. The food was cooked to absolute perfection. The staff were slightly clumsy and seating was cramped. But these were insignificant sleights when compared to the absolute Michaelangelo's David levels of pefection in cooking and flavour. Would highly reccomend to my good friend Mr Ramsay. The food and the service was good. The new system takes some times to get used to, but it is working. There should be WiFi, but even when we connected to it there was no Internet. With the new QR code system the WiFi should be working. Also when we arrived we asked if the place is open and we just sent our order when someone came to tell us the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes. We were lucky as we managed to send our orded in.

I have been driving pass this place for years. It is always packed and seems like a good vibe but I just wasn't pressed to go. Last week I decided to indulge and take my friend to lunch there. We made reservations though. To describe this place - an amazing place with amazingly tasty food. If one wants to have the tastiest dishes, this is the right place.

AMAZING Chicken and food in general. Perfect place for dinner or brunch. So on our trip to London we were staying in Southern Chelsea. My sister had heard about this place, nando's, and she really wanted to try it. I was skeptical at first until the food finally arrived. OH MAN. Everything looked so good that made my mouth watery. There is a type of hot sauce they have and that blew me away. I even bought some to bring back to America. Customer service was good as well. basically you sit down, they give you a menu and you order at the cashier when you are ready. There is not much of a need for the waiters since everything is outside for you to grab so yea. My family decided to have lunch here today. The restaurant was very busy and the staff seemed to cope very well. However we were not too impressed with our meals considering the prices. I was disappointed with mine especially as it was not very hot. The toilet facilities were adequate but you have to climb down a lot of stairs, if you are seated upstairs, and back up again. I found this quite difficult.

Decent service, however there was a distinct lack of drinking glasses available, me and my friends who were eating, ordered a unlimited refill drink, but did not receive the glass until near the end of the meal. Some members of staff were dismissive to my request of a glass, that i had payed for. Overall, I would go again, this could have been a fluke incident.

One of the chairs collapsed on my friend, and he fell on the floor. The staff acted concerned but never did anything but offer a new chair. They said they would email us later. First time coming to this branch. The food was really nice which nandos usually is but there were a few issues. The set up of the restaurant isn't really convenient as where you need to line up to order and be seated there isn't much space so we had to squeeze in and some people even had to wait outside - it wasn't that busy - also the staff weren't very helpful. They were running around and one member was angry and taking his frustration on every one and everything. It was embarrassing to watch especially as a customer.

Lovely Nandos as indeed all Nandos are if you like chicken. Very popular and quite busy. The only gripe I had is that I had a seat upstairs, and when I needed to use the mens room it was a bit of a trek down to the basement to use it. Other than that its a lovely place.

My colleagues and I went to Nando's last Friday during our lunch break to have some grilled chicken and chips. All four of us liked the interior and the food but we all agreeded that there is still much to be desired service-wise. A cosy little place in the most touristy neighborhood in London. Seems to be busy most of the time, yet their service standard seems to remain very high. They can serve very fast as well, making it my go-to place for working lunch. Amazing first time experiecimg while in the UK from California..great flavors. Tender meats. Loads more sauces on table. Many sides to choose from. Had a nice glass of Pinot Grigot to go with dinner. Staff was amazing for my.first time explaining the menu and how to order and the serviceman at table went above and beyond. Tried to items tonight, has a Mediterranean feel if you are trying to figure out the place but so much more. Also had burgers as an option. Wished there was one of these in California, would definitely go. Only complaint is it is very casual no table service which I prefer after a day around London but that is a reference. Be clear this is a casual restaurant. Please go and enjoy. Also the location in London which seems to be the norm for the area has bathroom in basement and we sat on second floor little difficult for those with mobility/travel issues, they were willing.to try and accommodate a downstairs seat but the wait would have been too long.

I have a special place for Nandos in my heart. They make the best chicken on the planet and have the best peri peri sauce. The Gloucestor Road Nandos is a smaller Nandos and is a bit congested but there is enough room to be seated well and relax. You can chose to sit either on the ground floor or 1st. Nice place to be family, friends or even alone.
